Location of the accomodation was great it was close to everything that we wanted to do, awesome owner who checks us during our stay to see if everything was going well. I definitely would come again, if I visited noose again.

Wonderful!

We arrived to a personal welcome and the whole house was cool, perfectly clean, with fresh linen on all the beds and lovely thick soft bath towels. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen and all appliances worked perfectly. We had our French relatives with us and the beach house and amazing lap pool, the location and beaches impressed them all enormously. It was a really wonderful place to stay...we wished it could have been for longer!

Family Christmas

Well appointed inc. sourcing Porta cots, highchairs and stair gates. Layout perfect for our family. Safe garden and well fenced pool. Lots of crockery, pots, cutlery etc. Short walk to beach and within walkable distance of Peregian Beach shops/restaurants. Cupboards well stocked. Issue with bbq was sorted promptly on Christmas eve...thank you so much. Lots of towels, linen. The curtains didn't block out light so it was early to bed and early to rise! My daughter-in-law said no-one wanted to go home, a good sign of a successful holiday. Would recommend

Home away from home !

This home was roomy and comfortable with heaps of room for us all and enough bathrooms for everyone ! The view of the ocean was stunning (even saw some whales) and 4min walk to the beach, just what we wanted on our beach holiday.The kids loved the pool and when not swimming at the beach they were in the pool. The shops were only a short drive away and Perwinkle Restaurant outstanding. Crème Brûlée to die for ! Our hosts were great and were always readily available when I needed to ask a question about the home or the area. We are all keen to have another holiday at this home. Vivian Sloey

Lovely but Improvement needed

The property itself is in a lovely location, with a beautiful deck and pool. Regrettably for us, our trip was overshadowed by issues with the neighbours complaining about noise. With a group of 10 people, adults and children, there is bound to be some noise which would happen in any neighbourhood. We were told , by the owner to go inside at 7.30 when we were simply sitting outside having a chat as friends, no music playing, etc. it would be great if this could be improved with some privacy screens etc for future stays as we worked very hard to pay for a relaxing holiday at a beautiful house. If we had wanted to not be at the house sitting by the pool, we could have gone anywhere. Again the house was nice but it was a shame we couldn’t relax as we wanted to. We hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is meant

Thank you for the feedback which is appreciated! We accept and respect your version of events.. “the customer is always right”.. Time has passed since this stay and this allowed for cool heads and rationale and dialog. It has been agreed with the neighbours that any breach of regulations can be directly reported to the Noosa Council for the Council to deal with. All properties under the Noosa Council now display visible signs with contact details for any breaches. Regulations / Guidelines apply to ALL properties in Noosa. There has been some confusion but the New / Revised regulations / guidelines are now published by the Noosa Council and clearly states expectations of tenants. These guidelines are accepted, and considered to be quite reasonable, and applies to ALL in the Noosa Region. We have respect for the neighbours too, and have known them to be reasonable and friendly people. They claim that there had been constant, excessive, and relentless noise starting in the morning and throughout most of the day into the evening for the previous 4-5 days from the back of the property. We are sad and regret any inconveniences to both parties, and wished that common sense, respect, and decency had prevailed. We point out that the property has 3 other areas for recreation; and that also doors can also be closed past regulation hours, as the property is fully air conditioned in all areas. We have over the years rarely had any issues as borne out by many satisfied tenants celebrating milestone birthdays (60,70,80), reunions, Family gatherings School Holidays, etc. as borne out from the many positive reviews of the property over five years. We assure any prospective tenants that the property is ready for you to have fun, and enjoy all the spoils of this Region; and that you will have an enjoyable stay at our beautiful property!

Great for big families

We stayed here as part of a large international family reunion. There was definitely sufficient bedrooms and bedding for everyone. And the house is large enough that you could retreat if you needed space. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a slight hiccup at checkin. But was resolved. The location had received lots of rain locally so the mosquitoes were at ridiculous levels such that you unfortunately couldn't enjoy the outdoor area, even crossing down through the bush to get to the beach everyone got eaten! Def suggest to bring the mosquito repellent! Overall great for a long weekend away.

Beautiful Peregian family

We stayed for 4 nights over the easter break. Great communication from the host right from the start. Loved the house amazing views, easy access to the beach, plenty of amenities and rooms for everyone. Well equipped kitchen for cooking up a feast. Miss it already.. Will definitely book again!! :D

Away from the hustle and bustle but still close to Noosa. The pictures provided do not do it justice. We were absolutely blown away by how amazing the property was. You could be pool side with the whole family or you could be down the other end of the house having time to yourself to chill. There is just so much space for the whole family to enjoy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay

Perfect location

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend in an amazing house that had everything you needed for our extended family celebration. In a quiet street with amazing views from every level and plenty of space to relax and enjoy on all three levels of the home. The downstairs area suited us well for some visitors with mobility constraints. The beach is a very short walk away, and the lovely pool had water that was great for sensitive skin- very refreshing for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family holiday

Wonderful family holiday This superb home at peregian beach was the perfect location for our family holiday. It was close enough to shops and restaurants, but also had the feeling of wonderful space away from people. The peregian beach itself is magical. Even at q busy time of the year there a very few people on it and you can walk for miles. You can also walk in the magnificent national park. Despite this overall impression of space and solitude, the surf Lifesavers are close by and it’s not far to walk to a patrolled area. The home is perfectly appointed with everything you would ever need including beach towels, which is unusual. The owner/property managers offered to change our towels halfway through the week, again an unusual touch. There are wonderful paintings throughout the home, which add class and beauty. The property has a pristine swimming pool and fantastic views. We had drinks for our last evening on the upper deck overlooking the beach and were so sad to think we were leaving the next day. This house is perfect in every way

Great - can't wait to come back

Stunning property. Sun room upstairs is exceptional in September as things cool down in the morning and afternoon. The things that matter (bedding, bathrooms) were very clean. Really well set up with thoughtful additions (kids items for the pool, some spare beach towels, books etc.). Great communication and easy check-in / check-out.

Fabulous family staycation house!

We had ample room for 9 of us including kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking in the nice big kitchen. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful sea breeze. Sally was a dream to organise the stay with, great communication and everything in the house was thought of, even extra blankets etc for the portacot. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend this house for any group, large or small. Thank you so much for your hospitality and opening up your amazing home to us!

Beautiful ocean views

We absolutely loved staying at the beach house. The ocean/beach views from the living room and top deck are stunning - and the garden area is a great way to spend an evening, watching the sunset with a beer or a glass of wine. There was a huge amount of space for three families (x6 adults, 4 kids and a baby) to feel at home and not under each others feet. The beach house is a short stroll to the beach and a quick drive to local shops for everything you'll need. The only very minor feedback we have is cleanliness and overall maintenance - there are scuffs and marks on the walls, the floor lamps have rust, there were some dust balls along the floor/door tracks and the sofas look a little worn and tired because of sun exposure. But overall, a truly wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Sally!

Stunning large open plan house. Huge amounts of space even with all 5 bedrooms full. House opens right up with a beautiful sea breeze keeps the place nice and cool. The pool was amazing and hard to leave. Very short walk to the beach along an access track and plenty of cafes and shops a very short drive away. We absolutely would book this house again and again
