We had the most wonderful stay. Melissa was fantastic at working with us to suit our group. The property is beautiful and well set up with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this property for your family holiday or group stay.

Great stay

Stayed here for two nights, had a great time. Pool area and Outdoor area were awesome. Plenty of beds and amenities. Highly recommend

Wonderful location, Amazing space to relax and enjoy the lovely back drop of the bush. Pool was a massive hit with the kids. Lots of room for everyone! Would stay again!

Fabulous accommodation

We had a large family gathering at this beautiful home. So much luxurious space. Lots for all the family to do and so much space to spread out. Kitchen is amazing. Thanks Melissa for a lovely weekend in your beautiful house.

Pros:- Communication was quick- Location was nice- Dog friendly- Pool good for groups...in summer!Cons- Only because we asked a day before about how many garages there were were we told we wouldn't be able to use them. Rainy weekend getting wet every time we had to go to the cars.- Hot tub did not work, and this was the ONLY reason we booked this house. Would set to 35 or 40 degrees and it would not heat past 24, so we could not use it on our winter stay at all and this disappointed 14 people.- Bath in ensuite not usable as it overlooks the septic tanks, which smell.- Wifi was terrible.- Gas fireplace worked intermittently only. No heating, so unless you spend all your time in the master bedroom, the place is freezing.- Not a luxury stay. The house is older, no toiletries provided, barely any essentials provided (sauces, salt and pepper, etc). We all each only received 1 towel so if yours got dirty over the 3 days you had to wash and dry it, and minimal toilet paper was supplied. Overall:- Not worth the cost. Have had MUCH better experiences elsewhere.

A few clarifications for accuracy: The garage is not available for guest use — this is clearly stated in the listing description. There is a large covered carport/porch at the front of the property that accommodates two vehicles. We are sorry to hear the hot tub did not meet your expectations. It has been checked and is working. The temperature controls include a child-safety lock, and it appears this may have been adjusted during the stay. We would have been very happy to assist had we been contacted at the time. The ensuite bath overlooks underground water tanks, not septic tanks. Regarding heating, a full gas bottle was used during the stay, and the property has vents running through to the bedrooms. One towel per guest is the standard provision for short stays. We appreciate you choosing the property and wish you well with your future travels.

Family get together

A lovely property with great outdoor living areas & yard for kids. House has ample room with 5 adult couples & 5 little ones aged 2-8.Very comfortable. Reasonable wheelchair access, husband is a paraplegic & once onto outdoor areas & house it was easy for him. Maybe a small ramp could be valuable down the side near the garage.We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay,thank you.

Family 80th gathering

The location of this property is ideal to escape from hustle and bustle of Noosa (but 15 minutes close enough to engage if you wished too) Eumundi only 10 mins too and Doonan hotel great for casual dining 5 mins away.Our family of 16 enjoyed the outdoor dining area and made good use of the BBQ and outdoor tables facilitating seating for us all in long dine format.The pool is large and great for groups albeit the dark charcoal tiles surrounding the pool are very hot and thongs in summer a must to access the areaBedrooms were adequate but did diminish in quality at far end of house where only one bathroom and one toilet was in close proximity to accommodate 4-5 bedrooms (ensuite at opposite end of house for main very large bedroom ) and dual access ensuite other bedroom that same end ). The grounds are well maintained and nice to have herb garden access for cooking given we foodies . Would have been handy to have an empty pantry or similar to place dry cooking ingredients in close to cooktop/cooking area . Plenty of refrigerator space , big outdoor esky for drinks - sort your own ice but lasted for days.Floorboards inside are lifting/undulating in places - wet weather or tree roots not sure - we put items down to flag trip hazard floor areas particularly having 80 year old parents with us . Overall a lovely property but needs a bit of TLC maintenance to lift & modernise some interior areas including some of the soft furnishings incl old lounge room couch .

The perfect house for a big group!

Our group had the most amazing time at this property. It was everything we needed and more, the pool and entertaining areas were beautiful. Convenient location not too far from the main Noosa strip. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Impressive House and location

We were a large group of family and friends that stayed at this property and it was very accommodating and suited for a large group of people. The house is massive and the Outdoor area and pool are a great added bonus. The fact that you are surrounded by bushland makes a great private setting. Would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and had a great time. Melissa is very easy to organise our booking with. She was also very understandable with changing the amount of guests that could come due to covid. The property is amazing and everyone thought it was the nicest place they had stayed at. It is a short drive from most places we visited and far enough away that we all felt secluded. This is the second time I've stayed here and will be back in the future!

Girls Weekend

What a wonderful place to stay for our annual GW. Huge house with plenty of space and rooms for everyone. Masses of crockery & serving platters etc. Communication from the manager was top notch. The only draw back would be the lack of aircon in the bedrooms, with the exception of the master. The location is very quiet and leafy at the end of a cul de sac, cafe Doonan is about 10 minute drive away, which has great food & coffee. Noosa Heads is not far either, about 20 minutes.

Problems

The fan in the master bedroom didn't work which meant we had to use the air conditioning longer. The master bedroom bed was invaded with black ants twice resulting in bites. The 3rd outdoor fan didn't work. The instuctions send by e-mail for the spa are incorrect.

I am sorry that you experienced these issues. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to your departure and consequent review. The instructions for the spa have been sent to countless guests without an issue, I am not sure how these are incorrect. We have never had an issue with ants before and the cleaners certainly didn’t find any whilst cleaning. Granted the battery in the control for the master bedroom fan was flat and has now been replaced. With regards to the outside fan this was working last week as they were serviced by an electrician.
