We loved our stay here and when we come back to town, we will stay here again. Directions for check in was very clear; property was very clean and so cozy. Cutest coffee bar and welcome tray. I honestly wasn't ready to leave.

Overall a really good property and enjoyable stay in a good neighborhood. Check in & out was easy and the hosts were communicative. Only negative was with pets. The listing said it was pet friendly, but there were many extra rules & fees associated with pets that were not mentioned beforehand, so be weary.

While we appreciate the guest sharing feedback, we are disappointed that he included false accusations in his review. Contrary to the guest's assertion in his review, the description section of the listing has always clearly stated the fees, rules, and expectations that we have in place for guests that would like to bring pets with them and is available for guests to read and agree to prior to booking a stay. The guest was charged an additional $50 due to the fact that he allowed his dog onto the bed in the accommodation, which resulted in dog hair and muddy paw prints being left on the bed's comforter, sheets, and pillowcases. Regrettably, rare circumstances like this necessitate additional charges to guests' stays to account for the extra cleaning involved.

Fredricksburg Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Fredricksburg. The Vrbo was clean and in a great location not far off the main strip. It was easy getting everywhere and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great little hideaway!

I stayed at this property for a much needed break and was very pleased with the property. It was comfortable, efficient, and conveniently located so that it was close to restaurants and shopping, but not on a busy street. I felt safe, and the bonus welcome gifts were much appreciated!

Perfect getaway spot!

I stayed here an extra night from my original 2 night stay. The cabin had everything I needed! It was spotless, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood location.

Christmas lights in Fredericksburg

Not the Taj Mahal… but certainly more than adequate for my granddaughter and me. Place was nicely furnished…. And certainly clean. The Christmas decor and pillows was a nice touch. King bed was very comfy. Great location close to town.

The apartment was very nice and clean. I just felt getting from my car to the front door could have been a bit nicer. We had to trudge through the yard to a path.
