Bayview Bruny Island

Una casa de playa recientemente renovada en una posición elevada enclavada en un bosque con impresionantes vistas de Adventure Bay y el Parque Nacional South Bruny.

La casa de playa tiene tres habitaciones, dos con camas queen size. El otro con una combinación de litera doble / simple. Esta habitación también tiene una cama nido con colchón de resortes individuales para acomodar a un octavo huésped.

Esta sala también cuenta con una selección de juegos de mesa / cartas para los niños.

El acceso a algunas de las habitaciones puede estar restringido dependiendo del número de huéspedes en cada reserva. Desafortunadamente, hemos tenido que implementar esto debido al uso de ropa de cama, restricciones de agua y reservas inexactas.

Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas de baño. Tenga en cuenta que no proporcionamos toallas de playa.

La cocina está bien equipada con todos los elementos esenciales, como sartén eléctrica, prensa de sándwich, cafetera Delonghi Nespresso, etc.

Té, café, azúcar y alimentos básicos limitados provistos. Los cereales para el desayuno están incluidos. No proporcionamos pan ni leche.

La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo televisor de 55 ".

En el exterior, encontrará una nueva barbacoa de gas en la terraza junto con una parrilla y una hamaca anticuadas en la terraza con césped.

Tenemos canguros residentes que vienen a la puerta de atrás todas las tardes para ser alimentados y se deja comida de wallaby en la casa para que los alimentes si lo deseas.

El acceso a la propiedad es a través de un camino elevado que requiere cierta negociación, pero una vez que esté en la parte superior del camino, ¡las vistas estarán allí!

Wonderful stay in Adventure Bay

We had a wonderful stay in Adventure Bay. The local wallabies came right up to the door thanks to the wallaby food supplied by the property. Property was clean and well stocked. Would stay again.

Nature lovers delight

Great beach cottage in Adventure Bay, location offered spectacular views and easy access to the Fluted Cape walk. Very quiet location. We had many beautiful encounters with the local Wallabies, we had 2 white ones visit which was a bonus.2 nights was not long enough.

Comfortable cottage in great location

We loved staying here with a deck looking out to the sea.Comfortable beds and all the comforts of home with local wildlife as an added attraction. Will miss the little wallabies that greeted us when we arrived.The driveway was a bit of a challenge for our hire car, but everything else was fantastic.

Fabulous stay at Bayview

House was well presented, very clean and well equipped. Amazing view in a fabulous location. Lovely to have the wallabies so up close and personal. Would definitely recommend this house and would definitely visit again if we return to Bruny Island.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed Bruny Island immensely. The beach house was well equipped for our needs, plus it is ideally located for the Pennicott cruise base and also for the Fluted Cape walk, both of which we utilised. Loved feeding the local wallabies. The driveway was a challenge but we managed to get our FWD vehicle up safely.

Beautiful stay in Bruny Island

We had a great 3 night stay on Bruny island. The home was very well appointed and was large enough for all 6 of us. My daughter loved feeding the local Wallabies including 2 albino ones. Great location, in adventure bay and very close to Bruny cruises and some great walking trails. The only negative was the drive way was a bit of a challenge for a people mover van.

Fab location in Adventure Bay with views

Idyllic location and nice beach house with great views. We were greeted by wallabies and enjoyed feeding them the wallaby food provided. The house has great access to the beach, walks and boat tour departure area so very handy. Communication wth Andrea was very friendly with an easy check in experience. Only comment would be that there's only one lounge so seating was a bit cosy for four adults. And it's a good idea to bring groceries with you if arriving late. All in all, we had a great stay in Adventure Bay so thanks Andrea!

Actually, we shouldn't be praising this house so much and keep it a bit our secret.We had a wonderful stay in a house that was fantastic in every way.The house was even more than what we expected and is in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views. Everything you need is there. The house is cosily decorated and even the Christmas spirit was thought of.And then of course the wallabies. .......

Best of Bruny

Absolutely gorgeous property surrounded by amazing views. It was a great opportunity to get close to the wallabies. The house is spacious and has great lighting. Beach was close by and easy to walk to. Andrea was very accommodating when we had an additional guest join us at the last minute, couldn’t be anymore grateful for that. The deck is a great place to watch the stars, we got lucky when we got to see a shooting star. Only thing would have been to extend the stay another day because it was that amazing, I’ll know for next time. Thank you Andrea!

a very cold time

Lovely house with great views but absolutely freezing. Reverse cycle heater in main living area far to small for the job and turned itself off all the time. No heating at all in the bedrooms not even an electric blanket. Night time temperature was 5 degrees Centigrade at this time of year.

The 4.5kw system heats the whole house. We’ve never had anyone else say otherwise. There’s also a wall heater in the lounge, extra blankets in the lounge and bedrooms along with fan heaters in the bedrooms for use if needed. Unfortunately Geraldine didn’t let us know there was an issue otherwise we would have confirmed these options for her. As an absentee owner, this is the first we are hearing of the split system turning off, we’ll have it looked at. Electric blankets are a fire risk to the property and not something we listed as available in the listing.
