Te encantará este condominio 3BR / 2BA muy espacioso ubicado en el piso inferior de un edificio con elevador / lobby. Esta propiedad tiene acceso directo al garaje desde la unidad. Este condominio actualizado tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de su estadía. El salón es muy espacioso y confortable con muchos asientos. Hay ventiladores de techo en toda la propiedad, por lo que siempre será genial. Hay una cama King en el dormitorio principal con amplio baño en suite con bañera profunda. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas Full, por lo que hay mucho espacio para todos. La cocina es muy grande y tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar y disfrutar de un refrigerio rápido. Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, un televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal y uno en el segundo dormitorio. Si necesita lavar la ropa, hay una lavadora y secadora para su uso en la unidad.

El porche proyectado es perfecto para tomar un cóctel por la tarde o relajarse con un libro. Esta ubicación es tranquila y tiene hermosas vistas del campo normando. The floors need to swept and mopped. There was a lot of hair on the floors throughout the unit. The tubs needs to be disinfected and cleaned. The area rugs need to be washed. I suggest that the company does a thorough walk through behind housekeeping to ensure that the unit’s cleanliness is up to par. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

Loved the location! Close to the beach, good food, shopping, and golf, if that’s your thing. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch. The bedroom with two full beds was perfect for teenage boys. Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we only used toaster and coffee maker for breakfast.

Reviewer Comments: To begin a checkin time AT 4 does not work for us after driving about 7 hours. issues with the condo were : One of the recliners was broken, Garage and patio area absolutely filthy, bed in guest BR had a smell of some sort and had to move to recliner in den. Am sure the owners of this unit had done a good job with furnishings but if they want to be on rental program need to correct these issues.

Perfect for our golf trip in MB

The condo was just as described in the listing, it was clean, the beds were nice and having a ground floor unit with a garage was a nice place to store our clubs. I did contract the property manager asking for the code for the exterior garage door keypad, no one ever called me back. Otherwise it's a great condo in a great resort style community
