The apartment could do with some maintenance,when you flush the toilet once it’s full it just keeps running unless you lift the lid and stop it manually there’s only one light working in the en-suite and the clothes dryer will only work with a small amount of clothes in it.

The floors in the apartment are uneven, so made for a tripping hazard. The toilet in the main bathroom didn’t flush properly. The lock key box was already open. Appears to be broken as l couldn’t close it once l picked up the keys. It took ages to open the door to the apartment. The keys didn’t appear to work but finally & ages later with all 3 guests trying we managed to open it. Sadly The Entrance is quite run down now. Lots of closed shops.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very comfortable beds in all the rooms. We needed to stay an extra night and Host Kenny was accessible and friendly.

The property is very sadly in need of some major maintenance. One of the bedroom's carpets was waterlogged. The valance in the same room was mouldy from draping in this water soaked carpet. Another bedroom's door would not close and the carpets were all in such a state that they were stretched and loose over the floor. A chair back was split and in danger of collapsing. There was no power or light to the stove extraction system. The front door latch looks like it's about to fall off and the keys to open the deadlock on the front door was not well fitting. It also took a local to show us how to get access to the carpark as the instructions were not clear as to how to do this. All in all a disappointing stay despite being located in what should be a nice part of town opposite the water.

Location fair, difficulty opening lock box for keys and returning putting back in lock box. BBQ didn’t work, light globe in ensuite over mirror not working so very hard to put makeup on. Front door handle nearly ready to fall off. Sliding door very hard to open and couldn’t lock. Main bathroom door needs fixing. Lounges very uncomfortable. We want to be fair in review. Not worth the money we spent for an off peak stay.

Good experience

Overall, Kenny was a great host. The property is a bit dated, and there was a quirky electrical issue with the lights in the main living area. Otherwise, the location was excellent, secure, and quiet. Local shops and restaurants were conveniently located. The private parking was a nice perk.

Great location

Excellent location for checking out Central Coast. Comfortable beds and good showers/water pressure.Musty smell on entry into property, and several dead bugs out in the open in the kitchen and living area. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Overall impression was good only problem we had was the fetch box was not connected to the internet and after calling the caretaker about the problem we were told the owner was overseas so no TV for our 5 night stay.Excellant size unit for 2 couples an 2 children 10 and14

Terrific location Large sized apartment in need of Reno

I wish I could be more positive about this apartment as owner was nice, however it is in need of extensive Renos. It is in a great position with great morning coffee underneath at Albies and close to water to fish etc.Accessing the keys to start with was difficult as in the letterbox, which is very dark and you have to hold up the flap of box itself and the numbers on lockbox are all black so very hard to see if your eyesight isn't flash. I finally managed alone by putting my big standup torch in there so I could at least see.One of main two worries was the electrics, down lights in kitchen, one bulb flashed occasionally same as ensuite bathroom, which came on when first turned on and then went out. I had to do makeup in the other bathroom as a black hole in ensuite at night.Everything in the flat was in need of refurbishment. Master bedroom bed is old as.Door handle to flat nearly falling off, bare gyprock in Kitchen ceiling.Main bathroom sink needs draincleaner down it.Probably worse than that was the neighbours upstairs (no idea whether holiday people or permanent) it sounded like they were doing a constant furniture removal, dragging chairs on a hard floor, and it went on all day, and kids running and jumping, it continued till about 11pm one night then started again at 6.30am, blessedly they went out for the day next day but it started again when home not quite as bad as first day. Awful. I was looking forward to home.

Lovely, but could have been better

The apartment was lovely, and well furnished.While the area looked shared with squatters, and not much in the way of cafes etc, it was okay, and a nice short walk into where the showground etc was.There was ducted air-conditioning, but that didn't work. Only the wall reverse cycle unit in the living room worked, but the cool are didn't reach the bedrooms. We could only open the windows a couple of inches too. The small desk fans in the rooms did little in the 35 heat. No wifi, and that would have been nice to have. The main bathroom had a bad smell, which thankfully disappeared after some water was run in the shower.The toilets didn't flush very well, and looked old compared to the rest of the bathrooms.There was also something that regularly beeped, and we couldn't find what it was. There were a few cockroaches, and I think the apartment could use a pest treatment.We got the feeling that it wasn't used/rented often.If these few things were attended to, we'd happily return - we visit the area a few times a year.

My experience

Very nice apartment all facilities provided swimming pool, pool table, tennis table , lifts and parking . The location is great close to the beach and restaurants.all instructions sends before check in so make it easy for us, Thank you so much for your service . there’s some stuff need to fix the bathroom room lock and if it’s possible the instructions how to use the dishwasher cuz there was nothing on dishwasher dashboard other wise everything was great

Central location

Turned up at 3pm, tried getting keys, rang owner- cleaners still had keys. Had trouble getting dead lock unlocked.The place is very spacious and is showing its age and is great for families especially the pool.The place was clean on inside apart from the lounge needing a good clean and finding a dirty bathmat in ensuite, bbq was still dirty and had broken wheel and air conditioners could do with a clean.
