The communication of the Host made this stay awesome. Any issues we had the host answered quickly. Place was clean, a little dated, but sufficient. Suggestion to the host, please update the master bedroom bed, it was very uncomfortable. Also, this is a connected home, in the photo it appears to be a standalone house, other than that good value for this home and the host has excellent communication.

The host went above and beyond ensuring everything was good for our stay. Excellent communications, property in nice condition, even including an ice maker and an air fryer. I’m hard-pressed to think of anything they could have done to make it better. Very pleased.

Very nice and clean. Especially enjoyed the peace and quiet. The playgrounds were great for our grandchildren. The host was particularly wonderful at keeping us informed and answering messages.

The house was clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable for my taste, but my husband liked them so it’s just a preference. Loved having the park and the pool within walking distance. The house was far from the hustle of city life which was great! Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Quiet neighborhood

Great place to stay

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was very clean and inviting. The only issue was that it was a little bit far from some of the things we wanted to do and the beds were a little bit uncomfortable. However, my family and I had a great time staying there.

Very welcoming and clean property. Loved how check in was easy, pool towels as well as bath towels/linen were provided. Kids had a great time and pool right behind villa was a plus.

Great vacation house

House is equipped with everything your family needs for vacations. Pool is right behind the house, water was nice and hot. Host responded quickly when I texted her and was super nice. Will 100% recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Florida Vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay during our vacation. The communication with the owner as well as the property manager was very good and if i had questions they were answered promptly. The property was a bit far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get get back to peace and quiet at the end of the day. We had a great time and look forward to going back!

Vacation House

The house is cute and in a nice gated neighborhood. A dollar general is convenient down the street. There also is a Walmart not to far. The layout of the house is roomy and decorated well. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is softer beds.

Nice Place to Stay

This place was exactly what I desired for my family trip to Legoland. The place had a hot tub and multiple pools. The villa was nice, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave dining room. Pretty much as described. It is in a gated community so the gate is a little of a hassle, but not terrible. It is a drive to either Disney or Legoland, but we did not mind the drive for the value we got. Would stay again.

Nice property for the price.Grandkids loved the pools.Only recommendations would be upgrade mattresses,put ceiling fans in bedrooms since usable to set air conditioning under 75,property manager responded quickly with questions about cable tv

Quick getaway

My son and I were scheduled to stay in Tampa right after Hurricane Milton. The property was damaged so we had to make a quick change. This place was the perfect fit for what we needed! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with! Easy access to the property. Accommodations were great. Three nice size bedrooms. Property is right by the pool. It is a drive to restaurants and big box stores but we were there to fish and relax. Plenty of lakes near this property.
