Wonderful place

Spacious house, well equipped and nice furnishing, we didnt miss anything. Short stroll to beautiful beach, shops close by, quiet place. Loved every minute here and felt home.

Amazing spot

Great affordable spot just metres from the beach, in the most amazing part of the Northern Rivers. This is clearly a well loved and looked after beach home. It was perfect for our week-long stay over Easter.

Beautiful villa

We loved our stay at Villa Casuarina. There was plenty of space for all our family (7 of us) and we especially loved the balconies and pool area. The kitchen was really well equipped and we cooked most nights, enjoying sitting on the balcony to eat all our meals. We loved exploring the area, with the beautiful beaches and creek. Really hope to be back soon, thanks Mark and Tonia

Welcome return

We’ve stayed a few times now and always enjoy our stay. It’s the first time we’ve had a holiday with all of our (now young adult) children in some time and it’s the perfect home for us to spend time together or have a little break from one another. Mark is a great communicator too.

Relax with all the comforts of home

Our family had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Casuarina. It’s location is brilliant....a short stroll to a beautiful beach where we spent much time relaxing. The accommodation itself left nothing to be desired. Thanks Mark and Tonia for making your lovely home available for a relaxing holiday

Perfect Family House!

We absolutely loved our week at Villa Casuarina (4 adults + 4 kids under 10yrs)! The house was so spacious & had a real welcoming, homely feel. There was everything we needed plus more! Beds were super comfy, all rooms had both fans & reverse cycle air con. The location was amazing with a direct path next to the house straight to the beach (3-4 minute walk). We would highly recommend this place to everyone & hope to return ourselves one day!

Had the best time.

Property exceeded our expectations, Great location, in between kingscliff and Cabarita Beach. Everything was there to use at the property, beach 2 min walk away access next to the property. Spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the pool cooking bbq and relaxing. Property was very clean, well maintained and great for our family but could have easily accommodated 3 couples. We hope to return again next year, if not sooner.

It's a lovely, spacious house with lots of artwork that makes it feel comfortable and cosy. We really appreciated all the board games, books, and beach accessories. The house has two lounges, which really come in handy when you are travelling with kids. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need for cooking. I especially appreciated having stainless steel equipment and glass containers, which are very rare in short-term rentals.The area is so nice and quiet. It's a good 40-minute drive from attractions like Dreamworld, but it's well worth it if you want to avoid the crowds. We really loved Cabarita Beach and the Salt Bar and Restaurant (they had Easter kids' activities, which we really appreciated).

Happy days at Casuarina

We were looking for a spacious house where the three teens and the parents could hang out together or separately, and this house was perfect. From the high quality bed linen and towels, to big comfy sofas and board games, it had everything we needed. We had a car which enabled us to explore the regions north and south, but also walked to the Salt area 3.5kms away most mornings for coffee and croissants on the beach. We hope to return and would happily recommend this house to others looking for a relaxing break.

Villa 2 casuarina

The villa was beautiful, lots of items for use such as pots and pans, cutlery, blankets, books to read, brochures on things to do, basically everything you need. The plunge pool was good, too cold for me though. Bikes, extra chairs, loads of hats and bags just inside the door. Host kept us informed and respoded promptly. Would stay there again.

Great property, short walk to the beach. Awesome communication from the hosts. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to shops/restaurants. Loved it.

Returning to Villa Casuarina

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Casuarina, our second visit. The house is fantastic, with plenty of space to spread out and settle down for the post beach afternoon nap. The location is great, with the walking track and beach just a few minutes away. None of us wanted to leave!

Great Location and size for a Family of 5

This property is in a great location to enjoy the Casaurina/Kingscliff. 1 block back from the beach, so easy walking distance for the smallest of person. The size of this property was wonderful for our family of 5. Unfortunately Cyclone Seth was sitting off the coast so we didn't get to use the pool as much we would of liked to. Would not hesitate in staying at the same location again. Owners communication was fantastic. Extremely neat and tidy on arrival. You won't be disappointed. Shame the weather wasn't the greatest while there.

Casuarina Getaway

The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location within walking distance to nice restaurants. Fantastic walking/bike path nearby. Quick distance to beach. Would consider booking again as so much to do in the area. Lovely friendly people in the community. Great hosts.

This is an excellent beach house only one block from a great beach. It is very well connected to Gold Coast, Byron and Tweed areas. Highly recommended.

A wonderful and peaceful place to stay

The holiday home was amazing - large, clean, open and airy and even comes with your own plunge pool! A real benefit especially during this COVID pandemic. Mark was great and extremely accomodating. I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful holiday home to any large family or group of adults wishing to spend some quality time on the Tweed Coast.
