Construido por artesanos Amish en 2016 y ahora disponible para alquilar. Este chalet de troncos elevado de 1,800 pies cuadrados con increíbles vistas de la montaña Elk, a menos de 2 millas de distancia, acomodará cómodamente a familias de hasta 10 personas. El hogar incluye un dormitorio principal con cama king, un segundo dormitorio con cama queen y un tercer dormitorio en el desván con cuatro camas individuales con una cama nido. Another great stay at Elk Mtn.

Very clean and comfortable for two couples and our kids. Had another great stay and terrific, convenient skiing at Elk. Will be back.

Short distance to Elk

Well appointed home minutes from Elk Mountain. The home was spacious, lots of natural light and was toasty and warm! We plan to come again!

Long weekend

Had a terrific stay for a long weekend in Feb. Great room has awesome views of the mountain and lots of natural light. Easy ride over to Elk for skiing. New house, very clean and great for ski getaway. Hill in the back prefect for sledding so pack your sled if snow on the ground.

Great house and perfect ski location

Stayed here for Christmas holiday second year in a row. This is a lovely newer home. Very clean and well appointed with all the things you would need for a great visit. We would like to keep it a secret!!

Perfect house right by Elk

We stayed for several nights after Christmas to enjoy skiing at Elk. The house was great, well stocked, clean, nicely decorated and close to the mountain. Could not have been better!

Beautiful area and home

My family and another family typically spend a week together during the summer. We both have small children ages 4-6. We were looking for a quiet place to spend our vacation with a nearby lake and rented this home for 5 nights. The home is new, very comfortable, and very well equipped. There are two great bedrooms for adults and a third bedroom with 4 twin beds that is great for younger kids. It is on a small lake that is nice for swimming and kayaking. The lake is small - I could swim across it in about 6 minutes, but perfect for small kids and has docks for entry and a floating dock to jump off of. The home has a gorgeous view of nearby Elk Mountain, a local ski mountain. During the summer the mountain allows hiking up its runs, which we did and was a great morning activity even with young kids and yields a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Overall the area is rural and quiet, if you go you will want to plan to cook almost all of your meals.

Perfection

Everything about this chalet was magnificent. Super clean, very well appointed and super stocked with all the extras you do not find in other rentals. Overly generous with bath and beach towels, beach chairs and even kayaks. We loved the rural location in the "endless mountains" The owner is very helpful about local things to do. Tubing the Delaware River is a must! This is a winner.

Great ski house

This house was a perfect location for a ski trip to Elk mountain. The house is very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house had plenty of space for two families. I also appreciated the linens and towels that were provided. Jim was super nice and very accommodating. We are so happy to have found such a great rental! Thanks so much for everything!

Great times at Elk Mtn.

Had a great time over Pres. weekend at Jim’s house in Elk Meadows. So close to the mountain and great views of the slopes. The house was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Already looking forward to next year! Thanks Jim, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Perfect Elk Mountain Chalet !

A wonderful retreat with fabulous views of Elk Mountain. Comfortable, clean, and well appointed in every way. We are a party of 5 adults away for a long ski weekend. The garage and basement are heated and set up to easily store ski equipment. The kitchen and great room are perfect for relaxing by the fire and cooking dinner. Pantry is stocked with everything a cook needs for a family meal. Quality beds and linens. Clean bathrooms with ample hot water for five showers apres ski. Quiet neighborhood minutes to the mountain. The owner and host, Jim Duffy, is terrific! He is easy going and pleasant to work with through the reservation process. He went above and beyond expectations to insure our stay would be everything we wanted it to be. Thank you Jim! We highly recommend this home. We will be back for a longer stay next time. (Hey Jim! Incredible Views!

Our family found this house to be very comfortable and well designed for a group of 9. It had a great layout that allowed for privacy and yet open to group gatherings. The loft sleeping area was comfortable and sealed off from downstairs noise .The kitchen had everything that was needed for preparing meals for this large group throughout the week. Beds were super comfortable! Our only suggestion would be more towel hooks in the bathrooms. Otherwise, it truly was an amazing house. The views are spectacular! Proximity to Elk...fantastic! My 4 year old grandson just loved it especially the sleeping loft! What a great house!

Perfect beautiful ski house

My family and I loved staying at this amazing ski house. It’s brand new, with a rustic and beautifully constructed wooden interior. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The views of Elk Mountain are fantastic. Driving to the mountain is quick and easy. There’s a large garage, which is a great place to leave all your gear overnight. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft upstairs, with four beds and their own 1/2 bath. The gas fireplace was a great way to warm up. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

Jackpot rental for ski trips to Elk Mountain

We felt so lucky to find this brand new, clean, contemporary cabin. The design optimized panoramic views of Elk Mountain and surrounding landscapes. Ski conditions on the mountain could be assessed each morning by stepping out on the front deck with hot coffee. The home abuts a small lake upon which our children enjoyed ice skating. The location was ideal and the home was comfortable. Other highlights include: soft bedding, a large loft area for children to sleep & play, a cast-iron fireplace, a modern kitchen, and ample space in the garage to store ski equipment. The owner was helpful, attentive and genuinely happy to share this outdoor-embracing property with guests. Highly recommend. Hope to return!
