Great location for a relaxing weekend

Wonderful house to stay at with all the amenities you would want, very clean and lovely location. The outdoor deck was fantastic for a relaxing evening. A close walk to the beautiful Second Valley beach.

Wonderful location!

Beautiful surroundings, we loved sitting outside and listening to the sounds of nature. Close to the beach and restaurants. The owners are proactive and prompt in replying to queries. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great accomodation. Plenty of room for all. Not to far from the beach but far enough to feel like you in the country side. Very modern with everything you need for your stay. Will be rebooking

Great Getaway from the City

Quiet, close to Deep Creek National Park, Second Valley beach and Rapid Bay.Kitchen was excellent in terms of selection of things to use for cooking.Both the ensuite and main bathroom were generous sizes.Would definitely recommend.

The house is close to the beach and well equipped. The owner even left some Easter eggs for us! It was a pleasant stay.

Perfect location very clean accommodation

I brought 4 generations of family to spend a few days in the beautiful Second valley. The home accommodated my frail elderly parents well who are wheelchair bound. Accommodated 6 adults and 2 children nicely. Absolutely recommend for a family get together

Lovely, relaxing setting

Property was very clean on arrival and was as we expected from the photos. Beds were comfy, kitchen quite well equipped and lots of dvds and board games available. Deck nice and spacious with tasteful decor throughout. We had a lovely time, thank you!

Amazing property!

Totally worth the money and time spent there. We loved spending some much needed family time at this property. Owners were super helpful and easy to contact, huge and clean house. Loved it! Would love to come back another time!!

I wouldn't recommend for families, there aren't many facilities around or pleasant spaces for children to play. House itself doesn't have drinking water and is quite small. Vastly overpriced.

Sorry that you felt was inadequate for your needs. We have families of ten stay that are more than happy with the size. We clearly advise regarding drinking water on both our listing and correspondence. Our pricing is comparable/lower than similar properties in the area.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck surrounded by trees and views of the hills. There are horses in the field behind the property which the kids loved seeing. The owners were lovely to speak with and helpful in answering any questions. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful house. We highly recommend this place to all.

Wonderful large home with rural views

Four of us stayed at this property and we were all extremely impressed by the size, cleanliness, location, views, outdoor balcony, bedroom sizes and kitchen. We also loved the fact the home was well stocked with condiments, coffee/tea, vegemite, sugar, etc and cling wrap, alfoil, rubbish bags, plastic bags, cleaning products, tea towels, hand towels, toilet paper, etc. Loved this place and can't wait to stay again.

Second Valley Extended Weekend!

We are group of 3 families with 3 teenagers and one three years old child. We stayed there for 4 days three nights. Except for the hot water which rather non consistent as tend have icy cold water half way showering, we have no issue what so ever. We really enjoyed our stay!

Serene stay

Pepper's Place is a gem. Very peaceful and calming, particularly sitting on the deck surrounded by the beautuful trees, hills and birds - we even saw some yellow tailed black cockatoos which was very special (also on our lovely walk to the beach). The place is very clean, neat, tidy and spacious. Sandy & Les were really wonderful to communicate with - very prompt, thorough and warm. The three (of us) families who stayed there all agreed we hope we return one day.

Just wonderful!

From booking, to check in and everything through to check out just a smooth process. House was so well set up for 2 families of 4, with 4 young boys. The location is excellent.... Able to walk of you want or very short drive to the beach. Short drive to forest walks, Deep Creek Park and more! House was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Thank you!

Nice big house with lots of room close to some wonderful spots

It was great. We stayed here with two families, and there was easily enough room for everyone—lots of space to hang out and relax. It is located off the main road to Cape Jervis in a little no-through-road adjacent to farming properties. There was beautiful birdlife and the stars were incredible. The beach is a solid walk away but only a very short drive. There is no dishwasher, which wasn't an issue for us, and I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like higher ones. Otherwise, a spacious, comfortable, and well-priced house is a wonderful location.

Cooktop is a bit slow to heat up. maybe just me donno how to use. other than that everything is 100% : )
