3) Bedroom#3 - Ground Floor - (Game Room + bedroom) 4 FULL sized beds (2 bunk beds); Full Bathroom with standing shower.

One half bath on Main floor next to Laundry room.

RESORT STYLE POOL & SPA - gorgeous waterfall pool with pebble tech floor to delight our most discerning guests. A relaxing place to rest and unwind after long days in the Yosemite Park or hiking. **Solar pool heating May-Sept and depending on weather pool may be usable in Apr & Oct **

SECURITY - The Lodge has multiple security cameras and is monitored by a security company. All cameras are strictly outdoor cameras and the coverage includes, driveway (back of lodge), front of lodge including pool, fence.

SUSTAINABILITY- We believe in lowering the carbon footprint and doing our part for the environment.
We are a fully solar property, both for the house and pool
Minimize single use plastics by transitioning from single-use plastic bottles of toiletries with large-format bathroom amenities.
Recycling options provided.

- This estate is in the middle of 62 acres of nature, we LOVE living in lap of Sierras surrounded by nature and the privacy it offers but we understand it may not be for everyone. We do have critters you might not want to see, mice, bats, insects etc. Please do not rent this house if seeing critters inside is an issue for your party. No refunds for any critters alive or dead found inside or outside. Please do not leave doors open as they can walk or fly inside at anytime.
- Everything is in working order, however should there be any issue (equipment or pest or pool or other) getting vendor support in this area is extremely difficult, and it may not be possible to fix during your stay. We will make every attempt to remedy the situation note no refunds/discounts.
