PLEASE NOTE: we are taking COVID-19 restrictions VERY seriously and are following guidelines from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services for cleanliness for all stays. We use a professional cleaning service and all surfaces in the apartment are thoroughly disinfected before and after each stay. We are enforcing a minimum of 72 hours in between each stay to keep all our guests safe. The building is also ensuring these guidelines are being followed in all common areas.
Our modern and chic one bedroom apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in Australia.
First in the the spacious living area, you will see the place is glowing with tons of natural light. There is also a comfortable sofa, stunning decor, and means of entertainment. Just next to this space, the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook delectable meals, while you can enjoy this at the relaxed dining area.
With the snug double size bed, plush pillows and soft sheets, the bedroom offer restful times and healthy sleep. Another special bonus that will help with your sleep, is the property being equipped with carbon monoxide detectors in the car park level, to monitor air quality level and purify air.
The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and tall shower for you to relax and indulge in an at home spa day. Towels and toiletries will be provided.
And of course, let us not forget to mention our well-designed private balcony where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.

## Neighbourhood
Prahran is the perfect place to stay and use as a jumping off point to explore all of Melbourne's amazing neighbourhoods. Locals in yoga pants move from their morning vinyasa class to the corner juice store in Prahran. Along Chapel street, sleek professionals in designer duds and edgy students in retro threads all come to see and be seen. Just off the main drag, Greville street grooves to a different beat with funky record stores and vintage treasures.
## Transit
My apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance to 78 and 6 tram lines which will take you to the city in less than 20 minutes or to the beach, St Kilda, etc. The Prahran Train station is less than 10 minutes walking distance.
## Notes
There is street parking on King Street and the surrounding streets. There is also a paid parking lot across the street less than 30 seconds from the building's main entrance.
There is a chromecast attached to the TV.
There is a hairdryer inside the bathroom.
