'Point of View' es un paraíso frente al mar ubicado en el pueblo de Nags Head. La casa se encuentra en un lote alto que ofrece vistas panorámicas del océano desde la gran sala, comedor, cocina, rincón de desayuno y dormitorio principal de nivel superior. Un elevador desde el nivel inferior es conveniente para llevar equipaje y víveres al nivel superior y permite a los necesitados disfrutar de todos los niveles de la propiedad. El nivel inferior cuenta con una sala de recreación con mesa de billar y bar con fregadero. Afuera se encuentra la piscina privada (13x32), una ducha al aire libre, mesa de limpieza de pescado, parrilla de gas y mirador con vista al océano. 'Point of View' está bien equipado y ofrece algo para todos para sus próximas vacaciones en los Outer Banks de Carolina del Norte.

La comunidad de Village at Nags Head ofrece un complejo de piscinas comunitarias que incluye una piscina olímpica, un snack bar y una cafetería para el almuerzo, un bar de servicio completo, baños, canchas de tenis y estacionamiento frente al mar en la casa club.

From the moment we arrived we knew we found the perfect house. The design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We loved the oceanfront views and short steps to the beach. The location made dining and shopping more convenient. Everything about this house made our stay perfect. We have visited the OBX for over 10 years and stayed in many houses but none compares to this. I can’t wait to return!

Family Gathering in Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2024 year provided another perfect vacation in spite of windy tropical storm Debby. We had to closely watch our now toddler waterbaby and really appreciated easy access to the beach, covered gazebo great for second low country seafood boil gathering, elevator for arriving and leaving is appreciated, elevated platform area for jigsaw puzzles, cardgames, etc. Pool was just right for when sand was blowing on the beach, various family members enjoyed the new hot tub. No complaints, the home is beautiful and our family plus 3 guests was thrilled to spend a week together completely happy. No turtle hatching nearby this year but that was a once in a lifetime experience last year....the aquarium was a positive experience but this year our youngest a toddler was our own baby turtle headed to the sea and needed serious watching. Such delight! Chef B. cooked up a fantastic seafood bisque from leftover seafood boil and lots of half and half... Something for everyone, shopping was convenient...everything perfect. Serious weather avoided us and provided some gorgeous if scary photo ops of skies in the distance. Yes we had red and yellow flag days but spent time on the beach running up and down like sandpipers in the wave outwash. Our 2 year old squealed hunting for crabs at night with flashlight, accompanied by 81 year old grandma....daughter in law got her hair bobbed locally and was beautiful! Shopped for the kids, went to Fish heads, etc. And had to escort out a curious and noisy Carolina wren that managed to get in the house when a door blew open! Just a wonderful experience for all....thanks.

Need to add one of those heavy duty rubber mats I saw on other homes. There was many little black spiders in the home that was unusual to see. In every room at different times of day, in one particular chair in living room. I suggest a good exterminator would help with this.

Fabulous vacation in OBX

At the Point of View everything was absolutely perfect on arrival!! The house was very pleasantly decorated, appointed with everything needed and beautifully maintained!! We could not have hoped for a better place to stay with a lovely location as we all!! Compliments and thanks to the owners and Beach Realty!!! 👍⭐️💛

Great house.... not so great reality company

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was situated perfectly on a dune overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful and had many fine amenities (private pool, elevator, well maintained decks and balconies). My family had a wonderful week. My frustration was with the inconsistent information we received from Beach Reality. The information on the website for the property was wrong in some cases, the information on the lease contradicted itself, the information given over the phone by different personnel contradicted themselves... even the magnet on the refrigerator stating the days of trash collection was wrong! We also received a message from the Hospitality app stating our trash day was Friday when we had already missed it on Thursday! The cleaning service did the bare minimum and it was obvious that the whole house needed a thorough cleaning. We had to call maintenance because our combination lock stopped working and they sent someone out right away to replace the batteries so that was good.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was great and being ocean front. However the cleaning of the house was terrible. Especially with COVID I expected better cleaning, trash left inside trash cans throughout the house, an actually turd left in the the thing next to the toilet that cleans the toilet, floors not vacuumed good. Also a lot of issues with the TVs in the house, three TVS didn't work properly, one of the toilets would not flush good, and one bathtub ran water the whole time. Over all the house conditions were poor.

Perfect getaway

This property provided the perfect getaway during the pandemic. We had our beachfront for the family to swim play in the sand and fish. The pool provided quiet time and relief from the sun and sand. Definitely one of the top 5 family vacations

Wonderful memories

Beautiful home. Kitchen furnished with practically all your needs.Beds were comfy, views were magnificent. Only down fall was the cleanliness of the place. Furniture needed dusting floors, better mopping and vacuuming. Crumbs in kitchen drawers, open Cheeto bag in dresser. We had to call them back to clean. Surely would stay again.
