Spacious, modern home with swimming pool located in a quiet coastal town. Ocean views. Pristine beaches at the end of the street, just a 3–5 minute walk away. Private tropical surroundings with Kattang National Park Nature Reserve as your backyard, offering fantastic wildflower walks and whale watching from May to November.

All the amenities you could want: free WiFi, air conditioning, Netflix, and full Foxtel. Linen is provided, and your beds are made.

THE SPACE

Illalangi means "the house on the hill" in the local Aboriginal language.

Downstairs, the air-conditioned living area has two lounge areas, a dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The dining area opens onto a fantastic outdoor entertaining space with covered alfresco dining and BBQ area, a solar-heated saltwater pool (not heated in winter), and a cabana pool area with sun loungers.

A tropical garden surrounding the pool helps you relax immediately.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A separate toilet is located downstairs in the hallway.

LOCATION

The house backs onto Kattang National Park Nature Reserve.
Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach are located at the end of the street — just a 3-minute walk.

The walk to Point Perpendicular is well worth it — even kids can do it. The trail starts at the end of the street and is a 4 km round trip. You can see blowholes and lots of wildflowers in season — and if you're lucky, migrating whales between May and November.

Take a stroll along the Camden Haven River — or just relax by the cabana next to the pool.
