Magnificent home! Garage parking and great carriage house for privacy for guests. Pool was refreshing, front porch was delightful and held many people. The courtyard was pleasant but the cushions were a bit of work to move when it rained - nothing can be done for that- there is a cover but we were lazy! Loved the upstairs with dual staircases and the ability to close off the kitchen and living area. Spacious rooms . Amazing bar area to break up traffic flow in the kitchen area. Well stocked kitchen! Will rent again!

Excellent home for a big group. Great location, with Kroger right next door and a short walk to Forsyth Park. Mate right next door for coffee and sandwiches, all to be enjoyed on the patio under your very own Moss tree. All the amenities with ‘how to’ videos and quick responses from a communicative team.

The location and home was perfect for our group of 13 college friends. We loved being close to Forsyth park, a grocery store, and tons of fun restaurants. Our favorite spots to eat included Treylor Park pizza, Public House, and the Grey. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Amazing and very walkable location. Our hosts were very communicative and always responded in minutes. The property was as advertised and the beds were clean and comfortable!

The house was spacious, and the kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to cook meals. The large grill, pool, and outdoor area was perfect for hanging out. Loved the house. It was a short walk to Forsyth Park and an easy stroll to the riverfront.

Perfect group home

The house was beautiful in a great location. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Being able to walk less than a block to Kroger was a bonus. We had a perfect stay.

Souther Belle Wedding weekend

We stayed here for a family wedding weekend and it was beyond perfect. We had our sitter and she had her own space as well as the kids. The accommodations were clean, comfy and fun! Would stay again 10/10.

The house was very pricey. It was very southern very dark and very beautiful. I was in a great location downtown. The pool in the backyard was a huge disappointment. The pool is the size of a hot tub. They have some black tiles or black coating over the walls and the floor of the pool so the pool looks black and murky and dirty.There are trees that hover over the pool and drop all sorts of debris into the water so it not only looks black and murky, but it also looks dirtyI went to this house specifically because it had a pool and it was 100 out. It was unfortunate, but we were not able to use the pool all week because we were scared that there was something in the water that shouldn’t be there and or that we were going to get some sort of bacteria infection.I think when you advertise a house that you have a pool, you better make sure that you have a pool that is functional and safe

We do want to reassure you that the pool is serviced weekly and kept in safe, functional condition — the darker tile is a design choice that can make the water look different than a traditional bright blue pool, and pool size is shown in our photos for reference beforehand. We're sorry it wasn't the fit you were hoping for during your stay, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

SAVANNAH WITH FRIENDS

The Savannah Estate rental property was very well preserved and maintained for having been built in 1892. It was a five minute walk to Forsyth Park but over a mile to Bay Street and the heart of downtown. Overall it was a great 3 day adventure with friends and we all would highly recommend this property.

It was great!

Exactly what I expected and the managers checked in on me. No maintenance issues! A few minor interior repairs needed but it was spacious and beautiful!

The house is very accommodating both carriage and main house. There are no locks on any of the bathrooms, the front door knob is quite tricky and may fall off. These are all minor issues, and we understand the age of the building is historical. Our family had a wonderful stay , we walked everywhere, grocery shopping, dining and site seeing. . Perfect for The Savannah experience

Courtyard Let Down

Our stay in Savannah was for our friends 50th birthday. She specified she would like a home with a swimming pool. We chose the home that we did because of the pool and the patio area. Unfortunately that area was a huge let down! The cushions on the chairs were soaking wet and so stained/dirty we could not sit out back. Just a huge bummer! Take better care of the area-the photos showed a beautiful and peaceful area to enjoy, but we were not able to enjoy.

Family vacation

The home is exactly as you see it on VRBO. Beautiful & large. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Our family of 16 was able to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill was great to have for meals too. Plastic plates & drinkware would be a valuable addition to the kitchen supplies The pool is small but refreshing! The pool on Tybee Island is very nice and wish we got there more. You can walk everywhere - the River is a little bit over a mile away, Forsyth Park is 2 blocks away, loads of Squares to see and a supermarket is right around the corner. We are always grateful to home owners who share their homes and allow us to visit cities as amazing as Savannah. JT 7/24/23

Savannah Estate

Good location; near a grocery store and Starbucks and lovely coffee shop and Forsyth Park. Poor maintenance: main dishwasher broken; stovetop and oven taken apart for the first week (and then the repairman had to saw and covered everything with 16th" of dust--didn't put tarps or plastic down to protect items.) It was cold the first week--in the 20's at night--and the thermostats on the second and third floors didn't respond; stayed at about 61-65 degrees. That involved a long HVAC visit but it never got fixed. The house is lovely and deserves better--somebody needs to live there for a month and reorganize and get everything fixed.

Beautiful house in Savannah

This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to everything. We did have trouble with a few door knobs, but it is an old house. The thermostat in the master bedroom was not working correctly, so it stayed too cold in there most of the time even though we had it set up high. It stated that we needed to consult the house binder, but we never could find that. Would be helpful if it was stated where to find it also. Overall great experience in Savannah!
