Great Place

Great pantry. Really nice but tight kitchen with two cooking. Beautiful bathroom. Loved the location 1 mile from the north side of downtown Breck so you are away from the town but several restaurants within 100 feet away (the Mexican restaurant did nothing for us tho). Downside is there was no sound on the TV, so we basically had no TV the first night. The owner keep saying to get it to work use the right input button. Very frustrating when that didn't work. So went into settings and menu and found someone had switched the sound to "off". (Some kid? Previous guest a jerk?). With a cleaning fee of $150 I'd would suggest that person check that everything works as it should in addition to cleaning. All lights have bulbs that work? TV works as it should and not assume it? BTW the only toilet paper was what was left on the roller. Just attention to detail so guest have no unnecessary hassles.

Boutique Rustic … a better name!

The building exterior speaks nothing of the remodeled cozy condo. Loved the boutique decor and bathroom sink and shower. Appliances were brand new. Washer and dryer provided. It was in the 80’s in August and host installed a portable AC unit in the bedroom. It was quite loud but did the job. Unit was convenient to Distillery and Broken Compass Brewery. Bike path is nearby. Easy drive to town. Perfect for two.

Great stay!

We loved this cute little cozy condo. It had everything we needed for our ski vacation. The kitchen had all the cookware for dinner after a full day of skiing. The condo was super quiet even on a holiday weekend. The bed was comfy and we loved the shower with the rain shower head with amazing hot water. We would definitely stay here again when we come back the Breckenridge.

Nice condo for a family of three.

It suited or needs well , the bed in the bedroom very comfortable, but unfortunately I can say the same thing about the sofa bed. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Kitchen well equipped we had fun cooking our meals. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great Condo

We loved the condo. The oversized steam shower was excellent! Kitchen has everything you need, the washer and dryer was a plus! We loved the little Latin cuisine grocery across the street! The most amazing park is right around the corner as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay for our little family!

Nice place but it’s not a 2 bed

The property was pristine. Very tastefully designed and decorated. Is perfect for people looking for a 1 bed. The host was respectful. For us though, it was a bit of a let down because we were looking for and had paid for a 2-bedroom and it was not a 2 bed, it was a 1-bed. We had to to make alternate arrangements and shelled out extra cash and had a few disgruntled friends, who had to adjust. I reached out to the host the very same day of the check-in and asked for a discount. He mentioned that Vrbo had decided to list the property differently and asked me to reach out to their customer service. Spoke with customer service from Vrbo - totally useless and rude! They asked me to take it up with the host directly. I am stuck without a solution, having paid for a property that was not as described. Deeply disappointed with Vrbo and their lack of ownership in solving my situation.

Comfortable and peaceful location

The location was very quiet and the space comfortable. To clarify, the air conditioning is a stand alone unit in the bedroom, but it does cool the bedroom effectively. It would be even better with a ceiling fan in the living room. We had a great time watching the hummingbirds flying to the feeders next door. Unless you need to be downtown, this location will definitively meet your needs.

Very cute place!

The unit was so cozy for my husband and I! It was very clean and I loved all the small touches of toiletries, hot cocoa and tea in the pantry, etc. The power went out once during our stay but luckily we were on our way out for the day and it was back by the time we came back! We did lose heat and had no hot water our last couple days and being that we were there in the winter it was no fun. Both the property manager and building owner were in contact and working on the issue. They offered great customer service through the process. Location was great in that it was easy to grab a free bus to middle of town! But it is not walking distance. Overall it was our first time visiting Breckenridge and we had a great stay despite the power and heat hiccups.

Snow Globe vacation

Property was in a great location with easy shuttle service to and from the village. Great little taco place across the street, but get there early!! This made for the perfect getaway weekend to enjoy the early season.

Hiking site seeing trip

Our stay at the landing was great! The little touches were greatly appreciated. You really don't need to bring any toiletries with you on your trip, which saved room and weight in my check bag. The condo was cozy and made you feel like you were in the woods. I liked that it was a little bit away from downtown ad I am a light sleeper. The proximity to other towns of interest and parks was key as well. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful experience!

We loved our stay so much! The space was full of warmth, much like “home”. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed to prepare meals. We used the BBQ for a dinner in. The shower was so relaxing, the fireplace warmed the unit and the bed was super comfy! We will certainly return.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this great unit! Everything was so nice here from the furnishings to the decor and how well stocked it was to how easy it was to get in contact with Brian. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely stay in cozy Breckenridge condo

My husband and I traveled to Breckenridge from Denver for a long weekend at the end of August. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We had a tasty dinner and margarita at Yo Mammas Cantina across the street one evening and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at South Ridge Seafood Grill in town another evening. We mountain biked outside of town two days and my husband walked across the street to fly fish in the Blue River two afternoons. Brian’s communication was friendly and informative, and check-in and check-out were easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Brian!

Breckenridge perfection

Great stay, couldn’t have picked a better place. Clean. Shower was awesome. Kitchen was super nice. Clothes washer and dryer was also perfect. Will definitely come back!

Breckenridge has it all - delicious restaurants, world class skiing, unique festivals, fascinating history, and a rugged outdoor landscape. Staying at the North End of Breck is perfect for experiencing all that the area has to offer. I chose the area for its blend of easy connection to the action, but also the privacy and quiet that is so valuable in a bustling resort town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location of The Landing really is a hidden gem in the Town of Breckenridge! So relaxing after epic ski days, easy access for hiking the Blue River Trail, super convenient free shuttle, and just a quick jaunt to Breck Distillery or Broken Compass. The views from the balcony get me every time, and just wait for the stars after night falls!
