Impresionantes vistas a la montaña desde ventanas de 2 pisos en la gran sala. Este cálido y acogedor hogar acaba de ser remodelado y listo para reuniones de amigos y familiares. A pasos del encantador autobús que va a Warms Springs para esquiar. Hay muebles nuevos, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina para una cocina bien equipada, cargada con platos y cristalería, ideal para planificar cenas familiares fabulosas de todos los tamaños.
GRAN habitación con chimenea de leña, TV de 5 ', muchos libros y juegos. El comedor tiene una mesa de 12 'con capacidad para 12, 6 taburetes alrededor de la isla de la cocina y 8 asientos adicionales en una mesa en la gran sala. Hay una chimenea de gas en el comedor y el dormitorio principal.

Lovely home with everything you need

We stayed for 2 weeks in the summer with our young children. The home was very nice, modern, and comfortable with many amenities. We enjoyed using the bbq and eating outside in the lovely yard in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items. The office setup in the primary bedroom allowed us to easily work from home as needed. The owner responded quickly to any questions and provided suggestions and info about the area as well as about access to the nearby pools. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property was just as advertised. Clean, neat, and very well appointed.It had everything you might possibly need in the kitchen, pantry, and two refrigerators( one in garage). The very large living area and outside area,with the creek water feature, was just delightful. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property! Great house (and even better hosts)

We had a family group of 7 in town for a week to ski. The house was large, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked, plus a very nice hot tub and a heated, attached garage. It's about an 8 minute drive to the main Sun Valley parking lot and about 10 minutes to Ketchum. The owner was available for questions and was very welcoming. We'll stay here again!

Beautiful home and views

Beautiful renovated home. Owner had everything we could have needed from laundry soap spices and well equipped kitchen .We were told we could have access to everything in the pantry. Brought our dog and she even had a bowl set up for him in the kitchen . Great location beautiful neighborhood . We enjoyed the patio area . Main bedroom has washer and dryer in the large spacious walk in clost . We are deeply grateful for a great experience and hope to come back soon .

Great house, everything you need

This house worked great for our group of 3 families, including 5 kids. The main level has 3 nice bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, perfect for three couples. Upstairs has a bunk room with 4 beds (2 twins, 2 fulls/queens), plus a bonus room with a queen murphy bed - plenty of space for our 5 kids to spread out. The house has all the kitchen stuff and extras you need. We cooked many meals and enjoyed the huge dining table, which accommodated our entire group. We also loved having the onsite hot tub for post-ski dips. Beautiful home and neighborhood to spend quality time together with a group of friends and family.

Wonderful place to stay in SUN Valley!

We had a wonderful time over the holidays in 2022 staying at this well-furnished, updated home. Linda went beyond the call of duty by decorating with a Christmas tree, lighted wreath above the fireplace, and colorful poinsettias. It was very festive. My favorite thing was the fireplace and all the seasoned wood that just added to the ambience. Even in the winter we were able to use the outdoor hot tub and grill. Although we only used the shuttle once, it is very close to the house and provides access to Sun Valley village, Ketchum, Bald/Dollar Mountain resorts, and Warm Springs. It runs every 30 minutes. While it is only about 10 minutes to Dollar Mountain and Sun Valley resort, it will take around a half an hour to get to Bald Mountain or Warm Springs. Linda is a very gracious host and is immediate in her response to any assistance that is needed. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous property; great stay

This house is amazing. The rooms were most comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, dishes, glass wear and many pantry items (unlike other properties we’ve rented). It couldn’t have been better!

Excellent in every way!

Location location location!!!. What a marvelous house situated perfectly to enjoy everything Sun Valley has to offer. The owner thought of everything the guests might need and provided clear instructions for everything (all gadgets are labeled so you don’t have to guess). You can tell the owner is a genuinely good person as well as meticulous & graceful.

Fantastic for Family

What a fantastic property! We had our whole family stay here and it was perfect! The home is more beautiful than the pictures and so comfortable and very well equipped! And please do not get me started on the stunning artwork through! This home will ALWAYS be our first choice when we are headed to Sun Valley!

Summer stay family of four and two dogs!

Linda was absolutely fabulous and immediately responsive to every question we had. Her home was stocked with anything you could every think of and was meticulously clean upon check in. All the mattresses were firm and every bed had its own electric blanket with dual controls!! We had a wonderful stay.

Spaciousness, Sophistication and Comfort

My recent stay at 101 Highlands pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The home's layout provides both comfortable gathering places for family and friends, while also, affording quiet, privacy and luxury in the Master and guest suites.The bedding is heavenly and the house is immaculate! Children can enjoy a bunk experience on the upper level and escape to their imaginations and play. The big screen direct tv provides sports and movie entertainment for all. The home is well stocked and the Chef's kitchen is equipped for hosting a sizable group at a moments notice. The views from inside the home are breathtaking! The backyard featuring privacy, BBQ, large hot tub and lovely garden(+waterfall) add to the deluxe features. Linda was a pleasure to deal with. She made every effort to insure a welcoming stay. Yes, we have booked a return visit for our summer event!

Huge space, fabulous kitchen, great for kids and large groups

The house has a larger sense of volume than the photos show, and is in perfect condition, modern, clean, nice materials, uncluttered, smells and feels great. Kitchen is enormous and central. The bedrooms are all perfectly functional sizes, except the master, which is huge. All the bathrooms are in great shape. Dual laundry rooms. The yard and waterfall are fun for kids. The location is private and secure and friendly people are the rule here. Sun Valley itself is fantastic - lots for kids and very relaxed - and the ice rink is a gem. The house is not walking distance to Sun Valley and the bike ride is over a substantial hill, but the bus is right outside and the car ride is 5 minutes. There is a pool across the street and tennis courts as well (although organized tennis programs are a short drive away). Highly recommended.

Wonderful House and a wonderful owner

I've rented many homes over the years, and this was by far the best organized and delivered on the pictures and description. It's in a great location and is an easy bus ride, bike ride or car ride to Sun Valley lodge or even downtown. The views are great and the house is immaculate. Everything you need for cooking is available. Even such niceties as a Cuisinart coffee maker, blender etc. The house lights are labeled and easy to determine what turns on what. Also included for the TV(s) are detailed instructions for operation. That would also include a very fast wi-fi connection that is easily accessible from the detailed instructions. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms( with showers) for all guests in each room. We had 6 people in the house and there was plenty of room to stretch out and not feel like we were climbing all over each other. The master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful with radiant heat on the bathroom floors and a gas fireplace facing the master bed. The backyard has plenty of room for entertaining including two BBQ's and a large table and a smaller lower table to have drinks and food as you listen to the waterfall. The custom built waterfall is also a nice touch and is wonderful to listen to while looking at the stars. The owner is very responsive to any request and was very eager to help with any and all questions. This is a great home and is worth every penny. We are looking to coming back in the near future.

Excellent in every way! Best summer home we have ever rented, not a thing they didn’t have, never felt like a scantily stocked rental. Loads of dishes, serving platters, cooking utensils, napkins, better than at home. Great outdoor space, we ate outside almost every night with 2 incredible barbeques. Private setting and comfortable seating and a waterfall. The most incredible mountain views through huge windows in the living room and master bedroom. Loved the feeling of spaciousness. Two big tables inside for meals, games puzzles etc. Loved being so close to tennis and swimming and hiking nearby. Comfortable beds, luxurious linens and towels. All enjoyed having their own bathrooms. We will definitely return for skiing!

TRULY UNIQUE

FABULOUSLY NEWLY RENOVATED, warm, inviting and comfortable!! Immaculate. High end everything: beds and bed linens, furnishings, dishes, wine glasses, kitchen needs. Fully stocked pantry. So many items you might need just waiting for you. Electric blankets, fluffy towels and ART!! Linda is a successful Ca. artist and her original, contemporary, stunning art is everywhere. Hot tub was huge and clean. Loved the huge outdoor grill!! The views are wonderful. Private, peaceful and quiet. Lots of books, plenty of seating at 2 huge dining tables. Easy commute to town/skiing. Bus will drop you at the house which happens to be the first one on the street on the bus route. The skiing was powdery and easy, no lines!! Can't say enough about the owner! Very easy to work with and very accommodating!! Our family is looking forward to returning. Wonderful, wonderful vacation. Thank you Linda.

Perfect, can't wait to return!

101 Highland Road is one of the nicest houses we have ever been lucky enough to stay in while we were in Sun Valley. Set in a lovely garden that is surrounded by trees and wildflowers, it has a terrace with attractive furniture, a BBQ, hot tub , and chairs on a higher level for a view and relaxing. High ceilings and a grand stone fireplace welcome you, with handsome comfortable couches and chairs, two dining room tables, and an open beautiful kitchen, with quality equipment and bar seating along the countertop. The bedrooms have big cozy beds and modern bathrooms and children will love being in the colorful bunkroom and extra bedroom. In every way it is an exceptional house and shows the owners care in making it a beautiful family home. Thank you.

A perfect family house in a perfect location

Linda makes you feel like it's your own home and it's lacking for nothing. She even got toys specifically for my kids interest. Easy, comfortable, convenient, no word sums it up better than easy!

Best location, walking distance to Elkhorn Golf course, tennis, bike paths, hiking, pickleball, and the bus stop. Free access to Harker Center swimming and tennis, and Elkhorn Golf Club and Grill.
Minutes to the Sun Valley Lodge, ice skating, bike rentals, and the most incredible restaurants that have outdoor seating.
In the winter, check out the visibility at the top of the mountain from your living room window. Sun Valley is known for the vast open runs, no lift lines, plenty of runs for every level and sunshine.

Sun Valley is situated across two mountains: Bald Mountain (very sunny slope that’s nearly all downhill) with access from 2 resort areas, River Run and Warm Springs. and Dollar Mountain (628 feet of vertical on a treeless slope). Baldy offers expert skiers and snowboarders a variety of challenging bowls and glades off the peak while Dollar Mountain is a beginner's dream with gentle, perfectly groomed slopes.

Sun Valley is serviced by a modern lift infrastructure and a well-designed trail system. The resort has terrain for all ability levels and has 2,154 skiable acres. The summit elevation is 9,150 feet with 2,400 feet of vertical drop. Base elevation is 5,750 feet. The area receives about 220 inches of snowfall per year. There are 121 trails serviced by 18 lifts along with 2 terrain parks, a Super Pipe and Jib Park.

The steepest run is Inhibition, which is 70% or 35 degrees, and the longest run is a total of 3 miles. The slope ratings are 36% beginner, 42% intermediate, 20% advanced and 2% expert. Snowmaking is available on 645 acres, and there are 55 snow guns. Groomed acres sit at 810 with snowmaking on 78% of these acres.
