Un lugar privado en una casa unifamiliar en una carretera maravilloso!

Para responder a la pregunta más común, sí, estamos "pasos" de distancia: 80 pasos de tamaño medio para mí! La playa es por un camino de arena y es uno de los mejores del mundo. Estamos ubicados cerca del parque de la playa en Kailua.

La unidad es un independiente, no conectado a la casa principal. Tiene su propia entrada desde la calle. No es una habitación en una casa y que no sirven el desayuno (lo siento), pero te dan privacidad!

La parte principal de la casa es una "L" en forma de habitación con la cocina en un extremo y una cama de matrimonio en el otro. El medio de la 'L' tiene un sofá y una silla. El dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La cocina y el baño fueron remodeladas en el otoño de 2014 y se ven muy bien! Hay cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Hay un teléfono y TV con reproductor de vídeo / DVD y una conexión inalámbrica a Internet. El interior es muy agradable. Hay aparcamiento para un coche en la calle.

Hay dos vendedores a poca distancia de equipos de windsurf. Uno es Naish Hawaii: Por favor pida su número de teléfono. Tienen equipos en la playa. I can’t recommend this property enough. This house had everything we needed for a relaxing month on the island. The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity to Kailua Beach couldn’t be better. The owners Mark and Lisa were very responsive and checked in on us occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a perfect home base for our trip.
Path to the beach right out the gate.
Backyard with patio table and chairs. Great for morning coffee.

Absolutely perfect place

This place is absolutely perfect. It literally is steps to the beach and the house is comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Mark and Lisa were exceptional hosts. Kailua Beach is the perfect location on Oahu.

We felt safe & happy every day. The guesthouse was located in quiet & nice residential area, and a private gate & pathway to the most beautiful beach in Oahu was just few steps from the front door. The beach was never crowded at any time, it was only occupied with people living/staying in the neighborhood. The guesthouse was comfortable with A/C in the bedroom, and new laundry machine & clothes dryer were very nice, too.The owners, Mark & Lisa, were wonderful people, always replied promptly to my email regardless of time difference.We will definitely would love to stay here again, and we highly recommend this guesthouse.

Great location, nice property

This property is close to beautiful Kailua beach. It captures the feel of Hawaii and avoids the tourism feel of the big concrete hotels. It has a full kitchen and laundry area, along with a place to park one car. The WiFi works great. I would come back.

Perfect location.

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The guest house was comfortable and quiet with a well stocked kitchen. Mark was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to stay again!

Everything was great about our stay at this property in Kailua. It is steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Oahu. The house was comfortable and provided everything needed for our stay. We had plenty of privacy and the property was extremely quiet.

Great stay, steps from the beach

5-Star Vrbo ReviewWe had a wonderful week-long stay over the New Year! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. It was great to have beach chairs and coolers available to borrow, but we often found it just as convenient to walk back to the property if we needed anything. The house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Communication with Mark was seamless; he was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly hope to be welcomed back in the future for another relaxing beach getaway! Highly recommend this property!

Great Location

This VRBO has an excellent location in Kailua. It truly is steps from the gorgeous beach and the shortest walk to Kalapawai Market and the cute shops and shave ice on Kailua Rd. It is spacious-(plenty of room for 2 and probably great for up to 4), clean and well equiped. A true gem!

Glad we stayed here!

The pictures and description of the accommodations and surrounding area are spot on. Quick walk down to Kailua beach (and Lanikai beach) and a quick walk into town to the restaurants and grocery stores etc. Bus stop is near by as is the rental shop for kayaks, surf boards etc. Lisa and Mark were quick to respond to any concerns. We would stay here again if we have an opportunity to vacation on Oahu again. Thanks again, Mark & Lisa

Great location access to Kailua Beach

It was really wonderful location access to Kailua Beach, and very quiet neighborhood. There is enough space for a couple of people inside and outside. Only missing item is A/C. The fans didn't help to make inside cool, and it was a little difficult to keep sleeping all night long. My wife and I would like to come back here again if it will have A/C at least in bed room.

Ideal vacation place for family with kids and senior

Together with a 9 year old child and my 81 year old mother, 4 of us had a fabulous Christmas vacation at this property. The location of this guesthouse is unbeatable - only steps to the gorgeous Kailua beach! They place is clean, spacious, quiet, well stocked. And they even had plenty of beach toys and beach chairs prepared for us. Easy access to grocery stores and beach sports rental places. The owner Mark and Lisa were friendly and responsive. We loved Mark and Lisa’s guesthouse so much that we plan to come back here again next year. Thank you Mark and Lisa for hosting us.

The best location!!! Clean and comfortable!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and the location was outstanding…a short 2 min walk to beautiful Kailua Beach and right around the corner for Kalapawai Market. The unit was very clean and larger than expected. Our party of 3 had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and we enjoyed playing cards at night around the large kitchen table. We appreciated the well stocked linens, paper products and beach gear. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting with them a couple times during our visit. They left us plenty of space and privacy throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this property again, the next time we stay in Kailua. The only suggestions we could think of were hanging a mirror in the twin beds bedroom and maybe a couple of new beach chairs. Everything was great - thank you for a wonderful time!

Pefect Vacation Spot

This unit is the perfect spot to stay in Kailua. We traveled as a couple having been to Kailua mutiple previous times. This unit perfectly fit the bill for what we are looking for: It is on the beach side of Kalaheo (~15 steps from property gate to beach path gate), it is within a block of the market for morning coffee and an easy drive into town. It also had the best kitchen of any unit we've ever rented in Kailua including a full size refrigerator, full oven/stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Inside there is a separate sitting area from the bed and a nice size hd tv is provided. Outside there is a nice sitting area to the back of the unit and the privacy is good with the owners house & the neighbors. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided by the owners. The only downside is the lack of A/C. While we were there the tradewinds were calm a couple days and the house got a little stuffy. Plenty of fans are provided though. To top it off, the owners were both very nice and a pleasure to meet and speak briefly with. A true gem. If it's available next time we come we wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

Perfect location!

Recently we spent 12 nights at this property. If you are traveling with small children and looking for a private less crowded vacation this location is perfect. House had all basics. Very convenient for families. Literally few steps from beautiful beach and less than a 5 minutes drive to Kailua town. Owners Mark and Lisa are available and live next door, initially I was little bit concerned with privacy however that was not an issue. Most days it felt as we were all alone. My only wish was that the house had A/C. Unfortunately house had no A/C as indicated in property details. We were aware of this prior to booking. There are several fans available but unfortunately at night we did not get much air or breeze, which made most of the nights uncomfortable to fall a sleep. During the day this was not an issue as we were outdoors. If you can get by without A/C I would strongly recommend this property. Thank you Mark for sharing your guesthouse with us.
