Esta casa recientemente remodelada y reformada es un lugar perfecto para alojarse mientras visita Boise, Meridian y sus alrededores. Nos encanta alojar familias y grupos de todo tipo e incluso damos la bienvenida a las mascotas entrenadas en su casa para que se unan a usted durante su estadía.

Huge Home

Our extended family gathered in this terrific house for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen and eating area, and perfect location just off of Eagle road. Ideal house for a large group in Boise.

Great place for a family reunion!

The house was great for our family reunion. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms were wonderful. The open space allows for big gatherings, while the upstairs allows for quiet time and space away from the big gathering. I would highly recommend this house for big family gatherings! The only negative was that there were no dishcloths and kitchen towels.

Overall A Good Stay

From the pictures you think there is a huge yard and lots of parking. That is not the case. Due to the new homes that have been built up around it and the person living down stairs in the house that you are renting there is not enough parking.

Far West Regionals - Ideal Location

The Meridian house more than effectively handled the U17 soccer team playing in Boise for a Regional competition. Really appreciated the interior locking doors on bedrooms, which made the experience have the formalities of a hotel while still allowing for common areas for the group. Thank you! The size of the house requires a bit more supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper given the capacity of the location...for a full week duration.

Perfect for a Junior High honor Choir Group

This felt much safer and more secure than a hotel for younger students. We really enjoyed all the extra space. You should probably know that the main bathrooms are between bedrooms so they aren’t easily shared with people not allowed in those particular rooms. There isn’t really a shower accessible to the two queen room without going into someone else’s room. That would be the only advantage to a hotel. Better privacy. The master is so beautiful. The host was AMAZING! We almost had to rent another night due to weather and she did everything to make that as affordable as possible.

14 queen/king beds!!!

WE ENJOYED our stay & it worked out well. I'm going to be honest. My intention is not to be negative but HELPFUL to those booking this house & those that manage it. I booked this house for my group to stay in while we were in the area for a wedding. Some needed their own bed so we loved that there were enough beds for everyone that didn't want to share. That's the main reason we chose this house. There are 14 beds but even if 2 people slept in each bed that only accommodates 28 people. I don't understand how the listing can advertise sleeping 32 or 36. Just be aware that 2 bathrooms are between bedrooms and share a door so be careful. The hot water for the shower runs out fairly quickly. We tried to fill the huge tub in the master suite & about halfway full the hot water ran out. There are plenty of towels for everyone. The listing doesn't show any pictures of the bedrooms & bathrooms (only the master suite) but we were comfortable, had plenty of room & were quite satisfied. We had plenty of closet & dresser space, nightstands, & TV. I don't think the rooms with 4 beds had any furniture or TV. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The rooms with 4 beds were 2 bunks. That is important to know for anyone that may not be able to climb on top. A few of the bedroom closets, including the master didn't have a rod to hang clothes. It would be nice for the management to change that & add some hanging rods. We didn't use the sun room off the kitchen because it's not insulated and we were there in December so it was very cold. There is only the one living room with 1 couch and 1 loveseat which are pretty uncomfortable for sleeping. However there's plenty of floor space if that's what you choose. We didn't need to use the ballroom with tables & chairs so it was unusable space for us. It would've been awesome to have furniture like couches in there. For us the only place to gather all together to sit and visit was in the kitchen. So really the only gathering place is the kitchen & 2 couches with a few chairs in living room. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking & dining supplies. The snack tray upon arrival was a nice & appreciated touch. Lots of room to put food out. Lots of room for people. Cleanliness was just OK. Shower curtains were covered in pink mildew. Dirty bake ware was put away. Crock pot was cracked and cord damaged. Oven smoked because it was dirty. Light bulbs burnt out. Fireplaces didn't turn on. Smoke detector in living room absent.

Bad maintenance cleaning 👎🏻👎🏻

when we entered the house it was very dirty. Untended beds, untended sheets, garbage, very dirty and dusty carpet that we had to sleep with a mask because of the dust and dirt that was on the carpet. We notified customer service and they agreed to send maintenance to clean and they never did. We paid a lot of money for very bad service.

Team Retreat

I rented this home for a "Team Retreat"/postponed Christmas Party. The property allowed for many guests to sleep comfortably. It was a great space for a dinner celebration with tables and chairs for all. I would recommend this property for larger groups.

Treasure House

The house looked as advertised. It was a perfect fit for our large family. However, the lack of communication was a major problem. We had a breaker go out and could not get a hold of anyone to fix it. Also, they are running another business, renting motor homes, on this site. We had several people drop by to ask us information. A check of basic repairs would have been nice; i. e. broken ice maker, air conditioner ran continuously, no grill, etc.

Beautiful space, difficult to rent

The home and space is beautiful. Would work very well for a wedding party or family gathering. Master bed/bath and kitchen area are huge! Booking the rental was difficult with two different property management companies between VRBO and premium rentals. Different communications coming from all over. Not much space to gather and watch a movie with a TV but every bedroom had a TV. We wanted to watch the NBA finals but there was no cable so no sporting events. Other than that… I would recommend as a large space that sleeps lots of people.

Boise State Grad Celebration

Extended family and friends joined us to celebrate our son's PhD from Boise State. The property was perfect for the group - the kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were airy and clean, - and our celebration on Grad Day included many local friends of our son. The property was perfect for lawn games for youngsters and adults alike. Loved that tables and chairs suitable for outdoors were available. All together a very successful and memorable stay.

Great Space

This was a great house for our family gathering. Tons of room for the kids to play, and the ball room waa a great space for large dinners. The beds were all very comfortable, and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Family wedding

Our family gathered for a wedding. We traveled from 6 states. It was wonderful to be under one roof taking advantage of down time catching up in such a comfortable, tastefully decorated space. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property & host far exceeded all expectations.

Golf Getaway

4 families from the east and west coasts get together annually for three days of golf. This house was perfect - large, comfortable, and centrally located. We will return.
