Roomy and comfortable, nature all around

Clean and comfortable, property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for a large group. Hot tub worked great. I liked the location, would definitely come back!

This has been the best vacation for my family. The location was perfect, the house was perfect! The age group was 87-7 and everyone had a fantastic time ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful Cozy Mountain Home!

We also took advantage of the fire pit outside and relaxed in the hot tub after a day of sighting and shopping in and around the beautiful area. I highly recommend this home and this company!!!

Property was GORGEOUS. VERY clean and well stocked. Close to Gatlinburg. Cherokee. and many fun places. Had a wonderful time.

Well laid out two level modern cabin with wrap around porch looking out onto Scenic Mountain View. The two upstairs bedrooms with kitchen and sitting area plus the downstairs Suite with bedroom and full bath Plus game room that included card table and various games

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed in the over all condition of the house. The futon's were not made up and one was missing a cushion, also the linens were on the floor in a pile(not in bags or folded). The floor upstairs was not clean. There are exactly enough towels for 10 guest to use one towel, so if you plan on using the hot tub bring towels. We also had a problem with the washer, the a/c and the little fire place upstairs also stopped working. It is close to town, so if you want privacy this is not the place. I give it an over all of 3 stars. The management company was responsive to the issues and for the price it was nice enough.

A disappointing property.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was not what we expected. Online photos portray something better than what it really was. Dust, dog hair and bugs were throughout the house. We had to wash the bedding before we could use them due to all the dog hair. The downstairs heat did not work properly. One of the downstairs doors were not locked upon arrival. It appeared as if someone had been in the house while we were gone during the day we would notice small things not in the place we left them. The shower head in the purple room was not attached properly when turned on water went everywhere. I had to fix it before we could use it. Coffee grounds were all in the coffee maker, was not cleaned before we arrived. The whole house smelled like a dirty dog. There was a bowl and a dog poop bad under one of the kids beds. More than half the lights were blown throughout the house. Kids enjoyed the fire pit, we made s’mores. We liked that it was a convenient location.

Great getaway spot. Very close to downtown and Deep Creek Winery. Quiet and private. We saw turkey and deer every morning.

Everything was as described in the listing. Great place within easy drive from all area sites but with privacy. We had contact 4 times with Yellow Rose staff and all were very prompt and helpful.

Having 3 very large bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms was such a blessing with our family - children, all adults, in need of more space. The downstairs den was very cozy and fun to watch movies together! It was the perfect location to Bryson City activities - church, restaurants, and shops! Great directions to find our cabin and no steep, scary incline to get there!

Polar Express with the Grandkids!
