This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The hosts were prompt and communicated easily. The house itself matches the descriptions and is well prepared - a lot essentials are present in the house that other hosts miss, this was great for our family of 6. It’s located at the end of a quiet street. Pool is well maintained and the shaded lanai is a great combo. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We rented this house for a month and we were very happy. It had comfortable furniture, a beautiful pool with a private backyard in a gated community. The hosts (Bob & Sandra) couldn’t have been nicer. They contacted us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. We would give this house an A. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

It is a beautiful property! We go to Briarwood every February for a week, and have so for the last 5 years. This was the cleanest property we have stayed at and it was beautifully decorated! Everything you need was at the property, to include pool toys, beach chairs and towels, toiletries, spices, and more! Unfortunately, this property has already been booked for next February or we would have booked it for next year! Too bad the owners don't give you the 1st right of refusal for the next year! All in all, we had a wonderful time, and will be returning to Briarwood next year! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Beautiful Villa

Our stay at Villa Gordian exceeded our expectations. The property is spotlessly clean and decorated/furnished to the highest standard. Communication with the owner was excellent and provision of complimentary extras was five star. We're already planning on returning for our vacation next year.

Naples Getaway

The home was just off all the major roadways, so no road noise from traffic. Home was clean and had all the amenities as noted. All the attractions and beach were less than ten minutes away. Would definitely stay here again! All of our questions were addressed quickly.

Beautiful Naples Home

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Villa Gordian in Naples. Thank you, Bob and Sandra, for being such generous hosts. We appreciated your help finding a local beach with convenient parking--the Naples Pier is just a 20-minute drive. The house is very clean (meets my picky standards) with comfortable beds, a lovely pool and a very well-stocked kitchen. This is one of the best properties I have rented on VRBO. Highly recommend!

Great home in Naples

We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s in the past and this one is definitely a favorite. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with during our stay. Other than food everything you need is there, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, beach towels, pool floats… The hosts do a great job of documenting everything in the home. Check-in, check-out was simple. This home is in a gated community on a cul-de-sac so it’s very quiet and relaxing. Looking forward to another stay here.

Naples Home Review

This is a fantastic property to rent for a get-away! All you need to bring are your clothes. The Gated Community provides a complete sense of security, and the location is fantastic for Naples. They provide ALL the essentials from toiletries to kitchen to playing on the sun! Very clean and convenient - I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for peace and quiet while relaxing in the sun.

Excellent Stay in Naples

We rent properties in Naples a couple of times a year and have been staying at different properties in the Naples, North Naples and even Bonita Springs location. This home had everything that we needed, was ful of comfort features, and is in a perfect location to get to all key points of interest with 1-20 minutes. The hosts are the absolute best. We are already planning for our next stay here. Loved it!!!

Perfect getaway

Our family spent a week at this rental and we didn't want to leave! Adorable well kept home in a great neighborhood and the pool was fantastic. We spent a lot of time out by the pool. All the patio furniture was very comfortable too! The property had absolutely everything you might need, including chairs, coolers and umbrellas to take to the beach with you. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely book this property again when visiting Naples.

Great stay in Naples

We had a great stay at Villa Gordian in Naples. Everything was exactly as described. The property was very well equipped and had everything my family needed. If we had any questions Bob & Sandra were a text away. Having our own pool was especially wonderful and my adult children loved it. I have been going to Naples for many years and short of being within walking distance of the beach this is one of the nicest places we have rented.

AMAZING STAY!!!

Bob and Sandra were amazing hosts at this wonderful property. First, the saltwater pool was lovely and the screened in lanai was perfect to keep out the bugs. Especially nice was the water fountain feature. The house itself was spotless and was the best-stocked rental home we have ever stayed in. The layout was also perfect for families, with the master bedroom in a separate wing from the other bedrooms. Bob and Sandra was extremely prompt with all communication. We would love to return one day!
