The host was very quick to reply to any questions/concern. We couldn't enjoy the pool due to weather but enjoyed the house itself. It was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of kitchen accessories which was perfect as we cooked every meal. There's plenty of games that kept our teens entertained. Definitely recommend, Would stay again!

Kiu was very responsive and accomodating with check in and check out times. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels. With the exception of the tubs draining poorly making the tub and shower slippery the rest was perfect. We would stay here again

In Town Get-A-Way

My husband and I stayed here this week, and it was just what we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, rest and relaxation was on our to-do list; and that’s just what we did. The host was attentive and answered all of my inquiries in a decent amount of time. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great house for us to stay for 8 nights! The house is a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hanging out on the patio. The host was very responsive, and the check-in & check-out process could not have been easier. This house is tucked into a cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood and the use of the garage was a nice bonus. We would stay again!

Very comfortable and safe-feeling house! Wonderful layout, and clean, lovely pool! Owner was great at getting back to me on questions. Ice maker was broken, but owner volunteered to bring a bag of ice. Furniture could be improved, but we all slept really well. Would definitely stay again!

Will definitely be coming back!

The hosts were always so quick to respond! My son (12) loved the game room. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to hopefully enjoy the pool in the warmer weather. Such a beautiful home!

Spacious home with everything you need!

This home is very spacious and provided all the amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive and was quick to answer all my questions/concerns. The pool/patio area was a hit with our family-especially at night when it was lit up. We felt very safe and were able to park in the garage that was in an alleyway behind the house.

Fun and Relaxing Family Time

My family loved our stay in this home. Located in a lovely neighborhood, this beautiful home with super comfortable beds and fabulous amenities was the perfect place for our family vacation. We would gladly stay there again! Please note, the description includes a pool table but there isn't one, and the kitchen was not as well stocked with equipment as I've experienced at some. If you have a particular interest, I suggest you ask about it.

Clean, great space but needs updates.

This was a GREAT space for entertaining! Upon entering it was very clean too! However, the photos were not current when I booked and we found that the house needed a lot of updates.. the jacuzzi tub had not been deep cleaned, and the hot tub in the pictures is not a working hot tub..which was a major bummer. Overall we had an amazing time for my sisters bachelorette weekend! The wet bar in the center of the entertainment area was one of my favorite things!! There is a wood burning fire pit too so being wood if you stay!!

Wonderful home but needs repairs and a few clean.

We loved the house. It was so great for our group of teachers. The pool was nice each evening after the Texas heat. It does need a deep clean. The beds were all very clean. It just needs a deep clean such as the floors, appliances and furniture. The carpet is really stained. There are many tiles broken around the pool which had sharp edges. We would return but wanted to point these things out because if someone thinks they are getting an immaculate and super clean house they are not. It’s such a great house overall.

Horrible and not clean! Do not recommend

This location was horrible. The place smells old and like a dog. The pool wasn't clean. Master bedroom shower knobs were gone and shower head was corroded with mold. Ants on the master shower. Walls were dirty in every bedroom. No face towels to wash. microwave wasn't clean and the oven door didn't shut. A roach in the laundry room and also the garage smelled like cigarettes. The vents had water stain and the bed are foamed mattress. Game room were old and outdated. The house needs to be remodol. This was the worst place I ever stayed. Do not booked! I'm so upset.

This review was clearly left out of retaliation after we addressed damage to the property caused during the guest’s stay. After checkout, we discovered severe stains on the bedding, a bent door key, and a broken toilet seat—none of which were reported during their visit. When we brought this up and requested clarification, the guest became defensive and soon after submitted this exaggerated and misleading review. It’s worth noting that the guest had no problem using the key throughout their stay, and they were in frequent communication with us about minor concerns—yet none of these dramatic issues were ever mentioned until after we brought up the damages. We have hosted many respectful and satisfied guests, and we stand by the condition and cleanliness of our property. We encourage future guests to look through all reviews and contact us with any questions.

Cute, Cozy, and Clean in Adorable Neighborhood

I stay in rental houses for two primary reasons: Silence and Coffee. This home is tucked into an absolutely adorable golf course neighborhood. The wood paneling in this house and the central bar gave it so much character. Yes, there are some worn down Ikea pieces. Who cares? The house was clean. Unlike what a previous reviewer wrote, it absolutely did not smell like dog. I would have zero tolerance for that. The beds were all very crisp, clean, cozy and had an abundance of (I think) down pillows. Unlike what a previous reviewer said, all of the shower heads worked perfectly. The master is a double-headed shower. Also, about a previous reviewer's notes about neighbors: while the neighbors did have very rude, anti-renter wifi names, they were personally not loud and not rude to us. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. I do also want to say that it was great being able to park our car in a big empty garage. We always worry about our car out on the street at night at hotels and rentals. It gave us peace of mind to know that it was safe. Lastly, I also appreciated how cold we were allowed to make the air conditioning at night. My sister stayed at a nearby rental duplex, and they were not able to make it below 70 degrees. Their owner kept remotely turning it up to 72. I on, the other hand, was allowed to make freezing at night. As, I'm of a certain age, and require it to be freezing in order to sleep. All in all. Great house. Would stay again.

The listing for this home like many have said is deceiving. The pictures that are online are very outdated. The house needs some repairs throughout the home. The crown molding around the one of the windows is coming down. The yard had dead tree branches and needed to be cleaned in the gated area. The patio furniture was old and the cushions needed to be replaced. The firepit was old and rusted, it needed to be replaced. We didn't even get in the pool and that was the purpose of us renting the house. The pool water was nothing like the picture. There was only one television throughout the whole house. Television's are really cheap now and it wouldn't cost much to add one to the other rooms. The home owner said professionals clean the home which I don't believe is true. There was spiderwebs inside the light fixtures where the television was and throughout the house. All the plugins were empy and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not fully stocked, it just had the bare minimums. The shared bathroom shower handle is messed up and needs to be replaced. The master bathroom only one of the shower heads work. The bathroom fixtures are very outdated. The molding around all the bathroom doors needs to be repainted. The neighbors on each side of us put cones out in front of their homes so you couldn't park in front of their house. I thought this was funny because it was only four of us and we only had one car. The home was just okay, I have stayed in better ones. My advice to the homeowner is to not rent it for a few months and make the necessary repairs to update the home to make it more modern. Get rid if the futon furniture throughout the home. Some people that rent the home, can't sit that low. Stock the kitchen with better cookware and silverware; get an air fyer and waffle maker. A few minor repairs and a welcome basket with snacks for each guest stay would give your home a five star rating. I which VRBO would allow us to post pictures. I took plenty to show and to back up my review.

Great property with plenty of space. Missing some online amenities (grill, missing pieces to air hockey, table tennis). Not a lot of great instructions to check in (house code, WiFi password) and no check out instructions for wrapping up our stay without reaching out to host. Host was very timely with responses and very accommodating to needs that arose!

Home was great for our family. The biggest issue we faced was while we were out of the home, the pool cleaning company came and shocked the pool. Leaving a note that we could not enter the pool for 24 hours. Otherwise, it was amazing!

Disappointed, home not as expected

The shower in master bedroom did not work. One shower head leaked badly and the water did not get hot leaving us with one bathroom to shower in. The ceiling was falling down because of the water leak on shower. The refrigerator was leaking daily. Gnats and flies throughout the house. Pictures of the hone online are misleading, the outdoor patio furniture cushions were nasty and should be replaced. Picture shows a very nice gas fire pit that was not there but instead an old rusted pit that we did not use. I reached out to the owner about the shower not working and the refrigerator leaking and got NO response. Had I known there there was only one shower I would not have chose this properly. It was a major inconvenience for my family. The landscaping around the pool and the front of the home could have been manicured better, the subdivision is very nice but very disappointed that the owners are basically slumlords. The owner only responded to little concerns that were brought up the major issues were ignored.

Great stay

The home was very clean and spacious for our group. The property owner was very accommodating and friendly. The home could use some upgrades and additional everyday use items (blender, peeler, strainer), but overall a great place to stay.
