Relaxing ocean view

This was a great, relaxing place to stay! We loved the full size kitchen and little deck that had an incredible view for watching the ocean and sun rises. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean, nice unit. Nice pool and beautiful view. Only downside was having to walk a couple of blocks to the beach.

The property is quiet, affordable, has a great view of Maalea Bay, and can remain cool on a warm humid day both with air conditioning and open windows. The property is a bit dated but overall it was well worth the money.

Great Oceanfront Vacation Spot in the Middle of Everything

This was our favorite condo that we stayed in during our visit to Hawaii! It is located in the center of everything and has all of the amenities you could want, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The host is very responsive and even gave us a little gift upon arrival. We would stay there again in a minute.

We enjoyed the location and definitely enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the beautiful sounds of the ocean. Perfect size condo equipped with everything we needed and more! We will be back!

Great place, terrific view

If we make it back to Maui, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plenty of room for the two of us, and the view was even better than we expected from the listing. Close enough to Ma’alaea harbor that we could walk to our dinner and whale watching cruises, but the only sound at night was the surf. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and the bbq.

Clean and comfortable, felt so welcomed and “at home” , Ron was quick to respond to any questions I had, like the location , in the middle of Maui , so can go in any direction , windy -enjoyed the breeze , nice beach at end of the street , beautiful ocean view , sound of the ocean waves

Fantastic view

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. The view from the lanai was exceptional. The location is central to everything and is very quiet and safe. Ron was quick to respond to any questions and was a great host. Check in was easy. Unit was equipped with everything you need including items for the beach.

Great Place and super responsive host

Unfortunately, I had to visit the island for work reasons due to the recent wildfires. Wish I was there for personal reasons. Anyway, when I make it back to the island, I will definitely attempt to rebook this property.

Beautiful property

We completely enjoyed our anniversary at the condo. Saw whales and turtles our first evening. The inside could use a fresh coat of paint but the view and restaurant at the aquarium made it an amazing experience. Thank you for the unforgettable memories 💗

Sunrise beauty

This unit was perfectly situated next to the boat harbor with amazing views of the east mountains. We enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony. Loved hearing the waves roll in all day. The pool was nice and warm. The grounds were spotless and had beautiful flora and fauna. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great location, central to most stuff on Maui.

We had a great time in this location. It was central to the Ma'alaea harbor, where we kicked off a whale watching tour. We were also able to pop over to Laha'ina, Kihei and Kahului without much difficulty. Not much beach in front of the complex itself, but if you want to SUP or Kayak it's a great place to start off from. We did see some whale activity from the balcony, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Convenient, Less Crowded Location

The location is convenient and away from high traffic tourist areas. Located centrally to get to Kihei, Lahaina, Wailuku, and airport. Condo was clean and well supplied. Owners offered efficient and timely communication as far as access, etc. In the afternoon, walk out to the seawall and there are lots of sea turtles swimming around. Highly recommend. This is not a new place, but it was clean and met our needs.

Ron and Shirley Gess Have lived on Maui for over 30 years. Shirley is a registered nurse at our local hospital and Ron operates a commercial cleaning company. We have a 28 year old daughgter who is also a registered nurse. We live in Wailuku and enjoy welcoming people to our island home. We have an advantage on taking care of our guests as we are here on the island and can insure our unit has all the details that will make your vacation special. Shirley routinely checks the unit and make sure it is fully equipped. We look forward to serving you.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a very beautiful area as it is on a quiet dead end road and is very centrally located. Maalaea is 20 minute from Wailea, 20 minutes from Lahaina, and 12 minutes from the Kahului airport. The community is right on the ocean and right next to a very quaint harbor giving it a special feeling compared to some of the Monster hotels.
