Enorme apartamento de 4 dormitorios más sala de estar, más loft y sala de estar principal, más piscina privada y piscina comunitaria climatizada detrás de la propiedad. Cerca de piscina portátil mantenida en el garaje disponible para uso de los huéspedes. Duerme 20. Hay un gran comedor con TV fuera de la cocina y área de desayuno dentro de la cocina con una mesa alta con 8 sillas agregadas en 2018. Todas las camas son firmes de alta calidad con almohada y tenemos comentarios excelentes de los huéspedes sobre las camas. Arriba, el enorme dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y una sala de estar con una cama queen. 2 dormitorios tiene una cama de matrimonio. 3 dormitorios tiene una cama king. Dormitorio 4 tiene 2 camas individuales. La sala abierta se puede usar como el quinto dormitorio con un sofá cama o colchón de aire. El loft tiene un sofá cama o colchón de aire se puede utilizar. 4 colchones de aire reina adicionales con acolchados de espuma de gel para mayor comodidad encajan fácilmente en el maestro, altillo, y sala de estar. parque de césped es directamente detrás de la casa y una pasarela zona común está en un lado. La pasarela conduce a la piscina comunitaria climatizada detrás de la propiedad en el otro lado del parque. Sólo una casa bordea la propiedad. Beautiful home. Perfect for our family stay for our son’s wedding. Very quiet you didn’t hear a lot of noise from other guests even tho there were lots of us. Nice walking trail goes past the house.

Plenty of room. Well-equipped kitchen. Love the nearby park that’s easy to walk to. At least two inflatable mattresses don’t hold air and should be replaced. Kitchen drawers need to be cleaned better. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

The property was not clean and was not stocked with essentials. There was clothes from previous guests left behind as well as garbage (dirty diapers) left in the closest. It’s too bad because the neighborhood is beautful and the amenities overall are fantastic. This house was overpriced for what we got and definitely needs updating

We are disappointed that you would leave such a poor review. After you contacted us, we offered to have the cleaning service come back. Unfortunately, no one expects to see or find dirty diapers in a closet and often, guests leave clothing behind. Your group included 12 guests. With all fees included, you paid $68 dollars per night per guest. You can hardly call that overpriced in March. All but one of the photos you sent about the cleaning were in hidden places. A corner of the closet under the stairs, the pullouts under the sink, the floor under a rug. We do want our guests to be happy and satisfied, so we have given all of your feedback to our cleaning service and maintenance and hope to have more guests make wonderful memories here in the future.

Property is average in need of some TLC. Primary shower area not sure if dark growth is just dirty or moldy. main floor sink area floor build up. and no battery in smoke detector in one bedroom. No outlet cover in one bedroom old food should be removed in our opinion. Garage is a mess. The host was excellent and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Thank you

Amazing Stay

FIVE STARS! From start to finish our family had the best stay. We were in town for a pole vault camp and the home was 5 minutes away. The home offered spacious rooms with ample space for kids and adults to relax. And the pool of course was a hit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a gorgeous master planned community with frequent neighborhood events, lakes, and parks. This property comfortably accommodates a large group. Recently another bed has been added giving the property 3 king beds and one queen, 4 twins. 4 air mattresses with foam toppers are provided for comfortable extra sleeping arrangements.
