¡Bienvenido a Sandy Stroll!

Nueva casa completa y lista para su estadía en el verano de 2020, tiene más de 3400 pies cuadrados con terrazas y balcones adicionales que le brindarán mucho espacio para extenderse y sentirse cómodo.

Ubicada en la hermosa comunidad cerrada de Villas of Frangista, nuestra casa se encuentra a poca distancia de las aguas color esmeralda del Golfo, con una hermosa playa de arena blanca y un rápido paseo en carrito de golf a restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y bares junto a la playa.

Nuestra casa está increíblemente bien equipada en decoración costera y cuenta con todas las comodidades para sus seres queridos, que incluyen una piscina privada de agua salada, un carrito de golf de cortesía y acceso privado a la playa sin cargo adicional. Si busca proporcionar recuerdos con su familia que durarán para siempre, ¡ha encontrado el lugar correcto!

En el primer piso, la cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y un plano de planta abierto que se extiende hasta el comedor y la sala de estar, ¡perfecto para el entretenimiento! La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas con muchos asientos. También encontrará dos dormitorios principales en el primer piso con camas king, televisores de pantalla plana y baño privado. Ubicado en el patio trasero de la casa, se encuentra su propia piscina privada (calefacción opcional) con estante / sombrilla de bronceado, área para tomar el sol, estación de parrillas y juegos al aire libre para mantener a los niños felices para que pueda relajarse.

El segundo piso cuenta con 4 habitaciones king con TV de pantalla plana y cada una con su propio baño privado.

El tercer piso cuenta con 2 literas empotradas tipo queen sobre queen, una sala de juegos extra, baño completo y un minibar / mini refrigerador para almacenar bocadillos y bebidas.

We had a wonderful time at Sandy Stroll. This was a girl’s trip of 7 ladies. We loved each of us having our own bedroom and bath. The hosts were very quick in responding to our questions and extremely helpful. The pool was a good sized and they had pool floats available. We never used the golf cart since we were a party of seven. We highly recommend Sandy Stroll.

Overall a nice place to stay for a a week with your family and friends. Lots of space, close to the beach. Golf cart comes in handy.

Great place for family

Sandy Stroll provided a fun week for our family. The bedrooms were roomy and everyone found their beds to be comfy. We had all we needed in the kitchen and the pantry was nice for all our food and snacks. The kitchen/living area was a great gathering spot. Having the golf cart was a wonderful perk - the house is at least a 10 minute walk to the private gate beach entrance. There are lots of options close by for ice cream, coffee, souvenirs and pizza. The owners were great to work with and getting into the house was easy and right on time.

Wonderful Suites and Room for All!

Sandy Stroll is a beautiful, well equipped home with 6-King ensuites that accommodated our 4 couples and 3 older grands in our family while the 4 queen bunk room gave a fun, safe place for the 4 younger children in our party. Having 8 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze for us. There was ample dining space inside and out around the pool that the children absolutely adored. The kitchen prep space and island are amazing and open to the living room. No one seemed to mind the quick walk to the beach, but we SO APPRECIATED the use of the 6-seater golf cart to take us and our belongings back to the house after a day of fun and sun at the beach. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of great food options, activities, and shopping close by! The Hoopers couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating with information and recommendations and we can’t wait to come back again. We are 15 Happy and Refreshed Vacationers!

Miramar Beach, spring break 2024

Brie and Aubrey's place in Miramar Beach is spectacular. I can't say enough good things about the accommodations and location, we had the best time ever. All of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a TV, you can't beat that! The family room had room for most of our family, with overflow into the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, as well as kitchen utensils, for the nights we decide to cook. The pool area had extra seating and we couldn't get the 5 children out of the pool. There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. The golf cart provided transportation to the ocean and to Pompano Joe's restaurant which was excellent. There was a wait most nights, but the time went quickly and the wait on the beach was easy. Miramar Beach was an excellent place for a family vacation, we will be back!

Perfect Home Away From Home

This beach home is perfect! A great amount of space, comfortable beds, and outfitted with anything you could possibly need. The heated pool was perfect for spring days. The golf cart made traveling to the beach and local shops easy. The beach was a short walk or golf cart away. We enjoyed our time at the public beach by the restaurant Whale’s Tail. (Whale’s Tail has a tasty menu and is located right on the beach!). The Hooper Family was very friendly and accommodating!

Great house and hosts

We had a great time being together with our extended family. The layout of the house was perfect, especially with two bedrooms on the first level that my elderly parents and in-laws could use. The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. One of the AC units was not cooling well, and they had a tech out within hours of us letting them know. It was great having a golf cart to use throughout the week and we enjoyed having the pool as an alternative to the beach.

Definitely recommend

Stayed with 10 adults and 7 children ranging in age from 3 to 13. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes. 2 large crock pots. The kids loved the pool. Aubrey was extremely helpful, great communication, he responded to texts within minutes. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working and he offered to bring us a bag of ice. He scheduled service for it as soon as possible.

Wonderful stay and hope to return soon

Had a wonderful 3 weeks with my family. We had 9 adults and an infant. Even with all these people we had two empty bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable which typically is not the case in rentals (the pillows weren’t my favorite but can’t please everyone all the time). The pool was fantastic after a long hot day at the beach. The golf cart was very convenient. We never used the private beach but did use the public beach which wasn’t much further (private beach allows umbrellas but doesn’t allow canopies, tents, etc.). Parking at the public beach turned out to be really convenient actually and is right next to pompano joes that has a great happy hour 3-5. The beach was perfect, area is great and house was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back.

A GREAT Family Vacation...

Our family of twelve had a great time at the property. The gated community was quiet and welcoming. Our ages were from 75 to 11. There was plenty of space for all of us to do our own thing while at home. The younger boys enjoyed having their own room with the bunk beds and the ping pong table. The amount of living space, the bedding, pool area and location were outstanding. While our late mornings and early afternoons were spent at the beach, we really enjoyed the time lounging around, and in, the pool… coffee by the pool in the morning and at night watching television by the pool was very enjoyable. Having a six passenger golf cart available for us during the entire week stay was greatly appreciated and a great benefit. The communication with the host from the initial consideration of renting the property, during the stay, and up until the conclusion of the stay was commendable. I would highly recommend the property without any reservation.

Sandy Stroll Vacation

We had a great time at Sandy Stroll. The house was perfect for our 7 couples and 4 children. Everybody had their own room and bathroom. The pool was perfect for afternoon dips when we came back from the beach. Aubrey was a great host and always available to answer questions. He even helped us find a way to watch the Braves play! Thanks for everything. We had a ball!

A great family vacation at Sandy Stroll

Our family group of 16 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Stroll. The property was spotlessly clean, and everything was exactly as it appeared on the website. The pool is very small, but the children all really enjoyed it. We were blessed to meet Aubrey in person, and he and his wife were a delight to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing!

We had the most amazing time at Sandy Stroll. The home is beautiful!!! It was so much bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was so spacious, comfortable beds, amazing layout, and well stocked for a rental! The pool was perfect for our group, the kids never wanted to get out! The location was also wonderful; close to everything but just enough out of the hustle and bustle. Communication was with Brie was amazing too, so responsive and helpful with all my questions. All around, wouldn’t change a thing. THANK YOU for renting us your beautiful property. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Book this house, you won’t regret it!

Great Outdoor and Entertaining Space

Loved this house! We had a large group and there was plenty of room. The backyard is amazing, the kitchen is huge, lots of space to congregate and play games, but large bedrooms too for when you need your own space. We had a great time!

Fantastic Property!!

We have quite a large family and have struggled finding homes in past to meet our needs and be within price point. This property did not disappoint! The kids loved the third floor bunks and the adults all loved the king beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and in addition they had a high chair and pack n play, much appreciated for those of us with small children. The golf cart charge was hard to figure out so we contacted Dave for assistance, he very quickly responded and solved our issue. We had an initial concern on the size of the pool but it worked out perfectly and the communication pool was within walking distance for those who desire more space. This home is out of the busy area and feels very private and quiet when you’re in the home and pool. Brie was very responsive and kind throughout our booking process. Highly recommend this property!

Great Home for a Family Getaway!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! The location is just a short golf cart ride to the beach and the pool in the backyard was phenomenal! When we arrived, the lower level AC unit was not functioning properly. We contacted the owner and the problem was fixed within the hour! Wonderful customer service! We would definitely return!

Family Friendly Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and very family friendly! The owners are awesome and very willing to help with suggestions. We had 13 people in the house and we had plenty of room. We didn’t mind the gulf cart/walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful! We had such a great time and cannot wait to return!

My family and I stayed at this property with 2 other families and we had the best time! Pool was a hit, along with the closet of goodies the kids used. Plenty of space for all. Brand new and perfect in every way

This is the best home we have rented and we have come south every winter since 2009. The beds were very perfect. The pool heat actually worked really well. Would rent again if the price is right!

Perfect!

From the beginning of our booking Brie and her husband were amazing! They answered all my questions quickly! Hurricane Sally decided to visit right before we were supposed to check in. Brie and her husband both called me on the way down to update us on the property and made sure we were ok in our travels. The house is AMAZING! Very clean and beautiful! Beautiful, clean, comfortable and the best sleeping accommodations. 6 of the 7 bedroom have a super comfortable king sized bed and bathroom. We have teenagers that have far grown out of uncomfortable bunkbeds that most rental homes provide. The pool was great and the golf cart was so much fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils to make cooking at home so easy. These owners really know what vacationers want in a rental home!!! Highly recommended!!!

Love this house!

This house is as perfect as the pictures! Very clean, great pool, private beach access, and a great location. So close to our favorite restaurants but the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! The pool area had plenty of space for all the kids to play and lots of chairs to sit/layout. Another very important thing to us is air condition, we were very impressed how well this one could keep up at all hours of the day. Highly recommend, we will be back!
