Wonderful stay on Yacht Club

We stayed in this apartment 3 times and have to say that is still everything wonderful They Yacht Club is perfect for my vacations The condo is very clean and have everything almost new . This home had anything one might need for an extended stay. Pool and Hot Tub area are just renovated ,I enjoy to relax there Many restaurant and shopping ,minutes walking to Aventura Mall I recommend this apartment for anyone who want quiet place in a perfect environment

Excellent Apartment

We loved our month stay in Yacht Club. The community has all the amenities The owner is very professional and always available. He replied to all our emails almost instantly. Everything as described in the site and even better. The apartment was very clean and kitchen had all the appliances in a great condition. I strongly recommend this apartment and we definitely will come again.

Nice apartment, cost effective

Apartment is in ground floor, good size, kind of old furniture, lacks on cleaning, some dirty cups and dusty floor. Owner very easy to deal with, respond to demands frequently. Do not make online purchases, there is not a concierge service on the building and we got our front door packages stolen. Tried to talk to the property manager (Robert) who was arrogant and careless. Finally, a very cost effective property for a week stay in Miami area.

Love Diego

Diego is the rental agent and has been a joy to work with. He was always responsive ( within minutes) to any needs or questions. He is very professional and friendly. If I have to rent again I will definitely look for properties he manages. The unit was fine, nicely furnished and new bathroom vanity and nice shower. The complex is very nice, great pool area and very helpful staff. Overall, great experience all due to Diego, he is awesome!

4.5 to 4.7 stars, VERY responsive owner, quiet, comfortable, as pictured. This clean condo is in a safe and easy to find resort complex surrounding a large golf course, with lots of open space and greenery. The entire area is replete with medium and high-rise apartment buildings. Aventura Mall is a 30-minute walk. Other shops and grocery stores are a short drive away. The apartment is on the ground floor, comfortably furnished, and quiet, except for the electrical transformer which you can hear from the small patio and at night if you are a light sleeper. The condo facility has a pool, tennis courts, and gym, none of which we used. The view across a patch of lawn is the side of the adjacent building. It’s spacious for two people with separate living, dining, bedroom areas, and walk in closet. New bathroom; there are plenty of towels, including pool towels, lots of electric outlets, good lighting, and acceptable wifi. The table in the dining area is a fold-out card table and should be at least twice as large. Good kitchen appliances: double sink with small disposal, four burner electric range with oven, convection toaster/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, and small ironing board. Typical limitations in pots, pans, utensils (dull knives, only 2 small pots, almost no serving dishes, no pot holders, no cloth napkins, only 4 coffee mugs). In contrast, there are ample dishes, glasses, flatware, paper towels, and TP. BYO dishwasher pellets, laundry soap, salt/pepper. Diego, the owner, is immediately responsive to messages and questions, always within an hour! Excellent service!! He rapidly provided a replacement salad bowl, extra frying pan, and large pan lid on our second day after learning about a broken glass salad bowl and missing frying pan tops. Later, when we couldn’t get the DVD to work, he told us within minutes where the missing remote was located. It would be useful to have a “guest book” describing typical rental items (Internet, grocery store locations, entertainment center, DVD operations, etc.). We would stay here again.

How to live in Florida in January!

Property is well kept and furnished with all the necessary items. The swimming pool area is as beautiful as it looks: hot tub, view of the bay, heated pool, great lounging chairs, and the grilling area is a great place to meet and have fun with other residents. The Hallandale beach area was our favorite place to visit close to Aventura, must visit to understand. The mall was close for one rainy day. Many other tourist places are close like the Water Taxi of Ft Lauderdale and the riverwalk at Ft Lauderdale. To have Diego ready to respond to any needs was also a very positive when coming from the northern states. We had a great stay! Thanks Diego!

Excelente, muy recomendable

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una magnífica estadía en el Yacht Club de Aventura. La descripción y las fotos publicadas en la Web eran exactamente las que encontramos al llegar. El lugar es seguro, al igual que el estacionamiento, común para todos los residentes. Estaba limpio y bien mantenido, y es muy tranquilo y silencioso. La lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas funcionaron perfectamente, al igual que microondas, grill, heladera, tostadora y pava eléctrica. El apartamento es fresco y no fue necesario el aire acondicionado, a pesar de los más de 32 °C (85 °F) de temperatura al exterior, con la humedad habitual de la zona. Es muy recomendable una caminata rodeando el Turnberry Golf, frente al Yacht Club. Son aprox. unas 2,5 millas (4 km) muy agradables. Está muy bien ubicado para tomar las autopistas hacia cualquier lugar, por lo que llegar y salir es muy ágil. El Aventura Mall está a unos 500 m y hay un supermercado Publix a menos de 1 km. Para ir a la playa es más conveniente ir en auto, ya que está muy cerca pero no hay formas cómodas de ir caminando. En nuestro caso ya habíamos previsto que no haríamos mucha vida de playa, por lo que este punto no nos molestó. Resumiendo: muy recomendable.

VERY NICE, ACCURATELY REPRESENTED

My wife and I stayed at this condo on an anniversary trip and had a great time. The unit was fully furnished and had a nice little patio that we utilized for morning coffee. We particularly enjoyed the nice heated pool and hot tub as well as the grilling area. We liked the grilling area so much that we only went out to eat once! Acrooss the street from the condo there is a very nice 3 mile walking/exorcising trail that we used almost every day. We will definately be back and are already planning a return trip. Thanks to Diego for the great instructions and for all the help! Matt and Stephanie from Iowa

Awesome Aventura Condo

The condo was truly furnished with everything a person would need. It was in immaculate condition and decorated very tastefully. Great Stay!

The apartment was very conveniently located for everything that we needed. Everything that we could possibly need was readily available and in good condition. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos. Diego was very pleasant and accommodating from the booking all the way through our departing day. He responded to us immediately even during our stay. The building is very private and quiet as well which was wonderful. We definitely recommend Diego and his property.

Great Vacation

I have stayed at many different vacation properties at the Yacht Club at Aventura , and this is one of my favorites. The unit is well appointed, the bed linens and towels are new, all the appliances are clean and work well. The apartment came cleaned and looked better than the pictures.. Always good

This is our second stay at the Yacht Club. This is a wonderful resort for those who want peace and quiet. The condo is perfect for 2 people, very clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and helpful, it quickly responds to our questions. Everything is done remotely and was number one on arrival. The only minor irritant, balcony is not sunny. This is my third stay at the condo. I return because Diego is an excellent owner and is a pleasure to do business with. He is reliable, trustworthy and professional. The condo is perfectly located in Aventura. The Mall is walking distance and the beaches are close by. The condo itself is amazing. Everything inside is up to date and all you could need for a home away from home. The Bathroom has recently undergone a transformation with twin basins. I cannot praise the condo or Diego enough. We had a wonderful time ever since we walked into the apartment! It was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed to spend our vacations there. The kitchen had all the appliances that one would have in our own home. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and a big TV and the walk in closet was very spacious. I strongly recommend this apartment for any vacation because the owner is a very polite and nice person to talk to and is always available whenever an answer is needed. For my husband and me, it was a pleasure to be there!!!

A wonderful getaway for snowbirds

We really enjoyed our month-long stay in Diego's condo unit in the Yacht Club complex in Aventura. Inside this gated complex is a beautiful big swimming pool, a gym room full of exercise machines, tennis courts, even basketball hoops. There are 9 buildings, six stories each, 8 units per floor, so 400+ units. It seems that many families live here year round -- it's a lively place, with children coming home from school and playing b-ball in the evenings. In the spacious unit, everything is clean and well appointed -- two TV's, wi-fi (which was important for us to continue business duties), dishwasher, washer-dryer (no trips to coin laundries). Outside the gates, there's a big city out there -- nearby golf, the classy Aventura Mall but also lower-scale stores and restaurants, the bright lights of Miami... and maybe too much traffic. But it's beautifully quiet and sheltered inside. Diego was very helpful in answering questions and dealing with Wi-fi glitches. Highly recommended.

I would like to say that the service provided by Diego was excellent and also I felt he was very professional. The appartment is perfectly situated for North Miami Beach area and is fully loaded with everything I could have expected from a home away from home. It was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this appartment for any couple who is thinking of staying in Miami if they are staying for their first time or even if they are regular visitors. My stay at the Yacht Club

We arrived very late at night, but it was no problem as we had our entrance instructions in hand. Security had our name in the computer, the building was easy to find, and the front door to the apartment has a combination type locking mechanism. The apartment itself was spacious, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Flat screen TV's in both the living room and bedroom, fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer for our clothes, even a Wi-Fi connection. The location of the Yacht Club in Aventura is right in the heart of north Dade and south Broward counties. You can walk to the famous Aventura Mall, and nearby US 1 has every imaginable store, restaurant or bar. The Gulfstream Racetrack Casino complex is less than 10 minutes away. We are going back. It was perfect for us and our needs.
