Nuevo, super soleado, casa familiar con vistas al mar. Ubicada en las terrazas de Riversdale, la casa tiene una hermosa vista con el océano a un lado y las tierras de cultivo al otro. Gran parcela con mucho espacio para juegos al aire libre. Los perros son bienvenidos si están muy bien entrenados y confinados a la sala de estar. Por lo general, hay ovejas y vacas que bordean la propiedad. Campo de golf a dos minutos caminando por la carretera, playa a 700 metros. La cubierta envolvente asegura un lugar a prueba de viento / sombra para relajarse. Juegos de interior y exterior y tablas de bodyboard disponibles.

Small, tidy and peaceful with beautiful views of the hills. Wish there was a microwave to warm something up quickly while on the go and spend more time out and about rather than in the kitchen. No TV, but this worked well for us. Contacted host twice with questions and they were very helpful. Overall it was a very good stay and we would book it again next time we are in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is lovely and light and bright with views over farmland and the sea in the distance. Very convenient having two nice bathrooms also

Dog friendly... but...

Nicely presented house. Most of the amenties that you could want in a holiday bach. Some improvements would move this from OK to Excellent. Eg. A fenced area for the dogs, Blinds on ALL windows - felt exposed at night in the living area, Check on cleaning - there was mould in the fridge drawers and the dishwasher stunk. The pillows and duvets were stained and past their use-by date. A washing machine and a clothesline would be handy for longer stays. Beds were comfy. Great selection of games for evening entertainment. Loved the retro looking Espresso maker.Price of stay was higher than we expected compared to similar properties we have stayed in that provided full cleaning service and rubbish removal.

Great kiwi getaway

We loved the location, space and well equipped kitchen. It was reasonably clean and tidy. We were a little disappointed at how long the lawns were, and the lack of/falling apart lounge curtains. We also found the bbq to be in need of a clean, but given it wasn't bbq season we figured it hadn't had its annual spruce up. We felt it was a little overpriced given you have to supply your own linen and clean on exit (which I brought my own cleaning equipment so didnt look to see what was on offer). Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It has a great view, lovely space on the deck and yard for kids to play. We thoroughly enjoyed it and were fortunate to have great weather.

Riversdale

We really loved our stay there were a few things that we thought it was important as we are older people we found the lock box in a strange place we all wondered why it wasnr by a door and we had to crouch to get to it.Also the water had been turned off and the infinity box was also turned off there is no imformation booklet so I had to go over to the wonderful neighbour Simon to help us numerous times it was raining so not great.Also only two rolls of toilet rolls for two days....The other thing was the gas was low so we were worried about hunning out of hot water Not ideal.I know it sounds like alot of moaning but it was cold and I really think a imformation book and contact number would be great.We really loved the house and the location

A great place to go to relax and unwind. The house had everything we needed and was really warm even though it was a cold weekend. Well set up and great communication from the owners.

Perfect to chill out

Lovely little batch - comfortable for family of mum, dad and three teenage boys. Enjoyed the farm animals up close. Close to beach and golf club👍

Great place for a break

Great spot, beautiful rural outlook and only a short walk down to the beach. House worked well for our family of teenagers. Deck is a huge asset.

Absolutely awesome.

Wife and I stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary, and what a great place to tune out from everyday life. We played some board games, cooked BBQ during sunset on a balmy evening and couldn't believe our eyes at the view of the ocean, Would highly recommend, what a great spot, we now want a section up there! =)

Missing basics

The property was OK, but no shelter for the weather you can expect on top of a hill. The add should have mentioned.... Bring your own barbeque, TV, microwave and washing machine. The scullery taps not connected is a bit mean. If I had a few people or children there I would be a bit more direct. Hope they sort something out if they want to continue.

A lovely spot for connecting and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and a nice flat section for playing on outside next to the deck. Friendly hosts and great communication. We would return :)
