¡Bienvenido al paraiso!

Convenientemente ubicado, Casa Williams es sólo una media hora en coche del aeropuerto internacional de Liberia. Enclavado en la ladera de la comunidad privada de Hermosa Heights está a sólo 5 minutos de la famosa playa de Playa Hermosa, donde encontrará restaurantes y bares de buena calidad, lujo SPA y una pequeña tienda de comestibles.

A pocos minutos de distancia se encuentra la playa de la ciudad de Playas del Coco, que cuenta con grandes tiendas de comestibles, bancos, clínica médica, maravillosos restaurantes y entretenimiento. El centro comercial es excelente y lleno de mucha emoción y gratitud del pueblo de Costa Rica.

Su casa está situada en la ladera de la comunidad privada de Hermosa Heights. Disfrute de puro lujo como usted camina a la terraza y nota una piscina de borde infinito y jacuzzi con increíbles vistas del Golfo de Papagayo y el Océano Pacífico.

Al entrar en el gran salón principal y la cocina totalmente equipada a la espera de que el partido de la cena que imaginaste en tus sueños. Note la televisión de pantalla grande y el más fino de muebles contemporáneos como usted hace su camino en los dormitorios.
Los frontal de 2 dormitorios son en-suites y tienen vista al mar con camas king size, televisores de plasma y el más fino de los muebles. El tercero dormitorio con 2 camas queen, perfecto para 4 huéspedes y el cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. El lavadero grande está equipada con una lavadora y secadora y un montón de espacio abierto.

Disfrute de pasar el tiempo en su piscina y ver algunas de las aves más bellas de Costa Rica y escuchar a nuestros monos aulladores siempre popular o para el aventurero, el libro de una de nuestras visitas guiadas increíbles.

Para terminar el día con un cóctel en la terraza, mientras se ve una puesta de sol de Costa Rica inolvidable y el sueño de la salida del sol a la espera de que a la mañana siguiente en la Casa de William.

We had such a lovely stay here. Playa Hermosa was a great beach, but honestly the view from our own pool was so lovely that we just enjoyed it from there.

Absolutely almost heaven!

This property is incredible! The pictures cannot do it justice. Very nicely stocked with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. We all slept great and I’m a finicky sleeper. Coffee every morning waking up to the beautiful view was very peaceful and refreshing. I want to come back & stay here again!

An absolute breath taking panoramic view of Playa Hermosa, with the infinity pool this view is just spectacular, that can't be captured by pictures!! Had wonderful time, beautiful place all around, very nice kitchen as well. The host was so helpful with our trips & outings. Thank you.

Wonderful house and vacation

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The views are stunning. Communication with Corby was prompt and she was very helpful with questions. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies. It also had other great items like air pumps (we brought a football and basketball for the court below), beach towels, and floats for the pool. We spent a week in Costa Rica and planned 2 day-trips to the waterfalls and volcanoes, but most of the time we just enjoyed the local beaches/ restaurants and hanging at the house and pool. We will be back!

Casa Williams

We had an amazing time at Casa Williams! Corby was so helpful and nice to us. She was very flexible with checking in and checking out, which made traveling easy. The pool, the view, and outdoor area were all beautiful. After hiking through the rain forest, the pool and outdoor area was a great place to relax and have dinner. And the view was spectacular! We LOVED every minute of Casa Williams and would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home! Pura Vida!

Almost Heaven Casa William

Casa William is a Costa Rican paradise and the care, communication, and attention from Bahia property management concierge, Corby, was fabulous! Every day we would say “another day in paradise” during our stay at Casa William. As other reviewers have written, the pictures online, although beautiful, do no justice to the actual beauty of this place. The infinity pool, the views, the beautiful bedrooms, the location, and Corby. We began anticipating our return before we even left this place. Thank you Corby for the groceries upon arrival, the local coffee and pastries, connecting us with excellent local businesses for the activities and dining we enjoyed so much. You even located another community where we were able to go for our COVID tests nearby and receive flawless service and the timely proof of negative test needed for return flight home to US! Wonderful!

The property was stunning, Corby was a wonderful help! The rooms are spacious, the pool is better than the pictures, truly awesome. My group of six had plenty of space and the house is well appointed. We had one air conditioner malfunction and it was fixed promptly with no inconvenience at all to us. You need a rental car but everything is a super short drive, the Luperon Market (2 minutes away) has everything you'll need! Martin Del Ray catamaran sail and snorkeling was a great day, the drive to Cortez falls and cliff jumping was another well worth it excursion (did I mention basically free, you pay a small donation for parking that's it!). A few went deep sea fishing with Guto tour (Fernando was super!). Aquasport bar was by far the best on the beach in Hermosa to eat, swim, relax, enjoy music, and the monkeys and other fauna on site were so cool! The deck for all our meals at home was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of linens and the housekeeping mid stay was such a wonderful addition to the property. We walked up to the top of Hermosa Heights and jogged part up and most of the way down - the views are stunning and the subdivision is very safe, the staff there were helpful and friendly as well. Coco was a short drive (10 minutes or so), the bakery and Ticoffia Cafe there IS THE BEST coffee and breakfast we had the entire time. Bocceli's has great food and a truly amazing bar - it was a fun casual place with great food and lovely staff. All in all, we plan to go again and love the property, message Corby directly if you're interested she's got so much helpful information and was an amazing ambassador to Costa Rica and host!!

spectacular spot!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Williams. It is as described in the description and the views are even better than the pictures show. It fit our family of 5, with one bedroom that we didn't need to use. Our youngest is 10, so the drop offs at the edge of the deck were not a concern but it would be dangerous for young children. The house was very clean and well appointed with high end finishings, a washer and dryer and plenty of towels etc. A maid came halfway through; changed the sheets and cleaned the whole house. It is air conditioned with separate controls in every room. It has a security system but we felt very safe in the house and everywhere we went in Costa Rica. The deck is where we spent all of our time (when not at the beach!). It has an absolutely stunning view, refreshing pool, bbq and great outdoor dining (we ate every meal on the deck!) and comfortable loungers and seating area with ceiling fans overhead. I saw many reviews that said that you need a 4X4 to get up the hill to the house. I don't think this is true. A car would work fine. It is a paved road that leads up the hill to the house from the gated entrance (a 2min drive) and the road is in good condition although it does get very steep right before you enter the garage to Casa Williams. A rental car is a must I would say. Driving was easy with well kept and well marked roads. The house is only a 20 min drive from the modern airport and we visited several beaches in the area all within a 10-15 minute drive. Playa Hermosa, which is the beach you can see from the house, is a gorgeous beach with gentle waves and a sandy bottom, just 2 mins down the hill. I highly recommend lunch at Robertos on Playa Hermosa. You can see the water/sunset from all the tables and our meals were all delicious and the ceviche was to die for. We also went to nearby Playa Panama and Playas del Coco which were lovely too, each a little bit different feel. All had very warm water and soft black sand (dark gray really, the sand is from volcanic rock) and were great for swimming. We went to Playa Flamingo one day, which is about 45 minutes away. It is a white sand beach and had bigger surf and had a lot more activity on it (which our teenager liked). I am glad we went, it was worth the drive. Just make sure you go the inland road way to get to it. Google maps shows a shorter route along the coast but it is a dirt road. All in all a fabulous spot, we plan to go back, loved every minute!

Beautiful property in Playa Hermosa

We stayed a week in Casa Williams in Playa Hermosa and it was paradise. Views are incredible from both masters and the deck and the pool was wonderful. The house had everything we needed for our stay and had plenty of room for the 4 adults and 4 children we had. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is possible to walk to Playa Hermosa but the road is steep so we had a car to make the trips quick and easy it also helped to have a car to do day trips since everything is 30 min to 1h30min away. Cleaners came in the middle of the trip which was a nice as well. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home! Amazing views!

4.5* The property is beautiful and the views, spectacular. We have not completed our stay, but already feel completely relaxed. We have never rented a home in a sun destination, and at times find ourselves extremely isolated here, but that can also be a good thing. We just need to learn to relax more! Car rental is a must, with a confident driver to maneuver these hills. Playa Hermosa beach is a 5-10 minute drive, and the beach is okay (nice, but not the best beach I’ve ever seen), and there is no shade. We will try another beach later this week. The kitchen is well equipped, just missing a kettle. The bedrooms are comfortable., as are the bathrooms, with plenty of bath linens. There could be more seats around the tv, but we aren’t really spending much time around the tv anyway! The deck and pool are gorgeous, and shaded for the morning and part of the afternoon. Then it gets super hot! Could use another couple loungers as there are six of us and only 4 loungers. Lastly, the weather here has been perfect, Corby has been excellent at managing our stay, and Josh at Tico tours helped us plan a perfect excursion (Palo Verde). All in all, would definitely recommend for a relaxing, beautiful home to rent in peaceful paradise.

Beautiful vacation home

Casa Williams is perched high on a hill above the the town of Playa Hermosa with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. Our family of seven watched magnificent sunsets through the floor to ceiling glass doors, ate lunch on the spacious stone deck, and took nighttime swims in the colored lights of the infinity pool. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with stone tiles throughout. The mountainside is peaceful and filled with flowers, colorful birds and butterflies. The house is convenient to the Liberia airport (1/2 hr drive), and is convenient for day trips to Rincon National park and zip line tours. The rental agent, Corby, responded quickly to our inquiry emails, and she met us at the property to give us the keys and helpful information. This is a beautiful vacation home.

Great property... TERRIBLE, LOUD construction

Picture a fresh cup of Costa Rican brewed coffee, a tropical breeze running over the infinity pool, a view of the Pacific... and a loud steel saw buzzing so loudly that you can't sit outside - -all day long. While we loved the property, we were honestly very upset about the lack of transparency by the owner about the impact the construction would have on our stay. When you pay that much for a property, full disclosure should be a offered. Corby, the property manager, tried to warn us, but the owner maintained that the construction would not affect our experience. We believed her, and were very sorry we did not cancel and change our accommodations. There are so many places to choose from, so learn from us and if there is construction going on, DO NOT STAY HERE. We had only a half an hour every day where construction wasn't happening (mon.-sat.). The owner gave a 10% discount for our inconvenience but in our opinion, it was a token gesture and did not make up for the fact that we couldn't even sit outside on the patio because of the noise our entire vacation. Corby (the property manager) can help you find another property if you want a VRBO, as she has several properties she rents in that area. Playa Hermosa is wonderful and we would highly recommend this area. It looks like construction will be happening another 8-10 months and possibly on another property above the house after that. Heads up!!! As far as the house goes, it is perched up on a hill and has a gorgeous view. We had 10 people and it fit us all comfortably. A few things to note about the house: *the driveway to the house is extremely steep *there is no shower in the 2nd master (just a bath - which we found strange and didn't like at all) *the jacuzzi is not a hot tub. It is the same temp as the pool. We love Costa Rica and will definitely be back, but will be more savvy about asking questions next time. Hope you learn from our mistake!

Breathtaking

Casa Williams is "almost Heaven". From the time we pulled into the driveway, past the jacuzzi and the infinity pool and onto the patio, we were in awe of the magnificent view of the ocean and hillside. Once inside, we were mesmerized by the beautiful decor, artwork and amenities. We are spending most of our time on the patio enjoying the pool and watching the sun set and rise. This is the best place we could have chosen to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We are definitely coming back and telling our family and friends about our time here in Costa Rica.

Casa Wow!

From indoors or out, the vantage casts mesmerizing views of Playa Hermosa, the rugged coastline, and surrounding hills. The house's design capitalizes on the vista, with the full-height windows and sliding glass doors, a broad shaded patio, and infinity pool, where we enjoyed much of our time. Adjoining the pool on one side is a jacuzzi and on the other, a lower-level splash deck. This spacious property is well maintained with high-end furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. The early riser is greeted with jungle sounds from the variety of birds. At the time of this review, there is nearby construction that starts after 8 AM; however, I do not find it objectionable. Playa Hermosa is less than 1/2 hour from Liberia airport and convenient to national parks and other beaches and attractions.

Amazing views

Amazing views and great amenities makes Casa Williams a great vacation spot. The experience- from early contact with Rosalyn and the attention received from Corby, including having the fridge stocked for Christmas Eve- has been exceptional. That has made our family vacation even more memorable.

AMAZING in every way!

First of all, Corby was so professional and easy to communicate with from the very first inquiry. She even supplied the house with groceries upon our request for a small fee (this was so appreciated!). Secondly, when we walked into this home we knew we had chosen correctly. The pictures on the website do not even do it justice! The house was spotless, the layout was perfect for our family of 8, the kitchen was well-equipped, showers were truly wonderful, the furniture and beds were sooooo comfy, and THE VIEW....the view was the most beautiful we have ever seen!! Our family has traveled through Asia, Central America, Europe, and North America and we were in complete awe of the beauty of this place. We were not limited by not having a car, however, we all enjoy a good walking challenge; if you do not enjoy walking up very steep hills then you should probably rent a car. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store daily. We also booked several tours through Tico Tours and they picked us up at Casa Williams and even offered to make various stops on the way back to Casa Williams for souvenirs or groceries. You will not be disappointed for choosing Casa Williams...we are telling everyone we know about this place and already planning our trip back!!!

Casa Williams is a Luxury Retreat

Casa Williams isn't just a spectacular home but a, "Luxury Retreat in Paradise!" There's nothing missing from this home, it has everything you can imagine and more, including a sensational ocean view from the livingroom/kitchen and the two master suites with large sliding glass doors leading out to the pool and patio area. The home is very neat and well maintained, with beautiful artwork throughout. One thing you won't be disappointed with are the nice beads and linens in Casa Williams. You'll get a good nights rest before exploring this incredible area. Thank you for this amazing experience, we had a wonderful time thanks to the help of our awesome agent Corby we were able to find a perfect vacation rental that accommodated our family of 10. Almost Heaven in Costa Rica!

We have stayed in Villas all over the world, Have to tell you it gets no better than this. Attention to every detail, the owner left nothing to chance on this place. Upscale everything from the furniture, deck, and Kitchen. the kitchen is equipped with everything, something you rarely see in a vacation rental. I cannot even describe the views from this villa.. Any issues, management is right on it. I have changed the name of this Villa to Almost Heaven, once you visit here you will see way. Truly Paradise!!!

Comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa William. Corby was great to work with, the house was true to the pictures. You get a fabulous view of the ocean. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. One bedroom didn't have the greatest shower in the bathroom off of it, but the other bathrooms were fine. We liked the family spaces for game playing and book reading. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, the neighborhood was quiet, the house isn't too far from the Liberia airport. We spent a lot of time on the patio just looking out to the ocean.

Beautiful! Perfect!

I had a fabulous stay at the beautiful Casa Williams! This spacious, luxurious home had and the most breathtaking views of the ocean. We didn't even want to leave the house. I especially loved the infinity pool and the gourmet kitchen. The community is also minutes away from the beach, delicious restaurants, and a market. Corby, the property manager, was extremely helpful during our entire stay. She gave us lots of advice and helped us book excursions and massages! Overall I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family and would love to return!

Simply Paradise!

This house is more gorgeous than the pictures, it is a perfect little piece of paradise. We stayed at Casa Williams for a week with 8 friends and can't complain about a single thing about our stay other than it was too short. The house sits on top of a hill with the most gorgeous panoramic views and sunsets. You will not leave the infinity pool! The house is truly a luxury home, we were simply spoiled. Every room is spotless and every detail is upgraded. Playa Harmosa is a gorgeous, quiet beach that is only a 2 min drive away. Corby took care of us the entire week, she helped us coordinate tours and was a terrific host. I have already recommended this place to all my friends and am planning to come back again.
