INMACULADO CONDOMINIO DE UN DORMITORIO CON VISTAS AL MAR

Venga a relajarse en nuestro condominio frente al mar recién renovado en Islamorada. Disfrute de impresionantes amaneceres y atardeceres, o escanee el horizonte en busca de delfines, aves marinas nativas o algún que otro bote en nuestro amplio balcón privado. Pase el día chapoteando en el agua pescando con mosca, o nadando en la piscina climatizada frente al mar bajo las palmeras.

Esta encantadora suite de un dormitorio y un baño con sofá cama se encuentra en Sea Gulls Condominium; una comunidad privada situada en el borde del Atlántico. Situado al final del quinto piso, con hermosas vistas desde la sala de estar, cocina, dormitorio y amplio balcón privado. Esta unidad ofrece 1 cama Queen en el dormitorio principal, un sofá cama desplegable, sábanas de 400 hilos, 1 baño, un televisor de pantalla plana con cable y WIFI. También hay una cocina completamente renovada y completamente equipada con encimeras de cuarzo Caribbean Blue y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, pisos de cerámica, toallas de playa y lavadora y secadora en el piso.
También hay un pack n play y una trona bajo petición.


Las comodidades incluyen: piscina frente al mar, canchas de tenis, playa privada que incluye: parrillas, cabañas tiki, estación de limpieza de pescado, una mesa Ping-Png y gimnasio. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la tienda de comestibles y de muchos restaurantes.


** Como las Keys son islas y están formadas por arrecifes, nuestras playas son más angostas y la arena que ves no forma parte del terreno natural. La arena se crea al golpear las olas que golpean la costa y, dado que el arrecife rompe las olas antes de que lleguen a la orilla, en realidad no se crea arena en los Cayos de Florida. La arena que ves en nuestras playas a menos que se importe y se proteja cuidadosamente contra los elementos, está hecha de coral molido.

Pleasure in Paradise

The unit was well appointed and immaculate. We loved the balcony and the breeze each night. We enjoyed watching the soccer and Lacrosse games at the high school. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. The pool was heated, quiet, clean and very much enjoyable, along with the ocean breezes The sandy point was fun to enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Sea Gulls Condo pleases

Our beautifully decorated condo was clean, comfortable and gave us stunning views of the turquoise waters. If only there was beach access to the water, it would have been perfect. Pool was large and clean. We enjoyed getting familiar with the upper keys.

Excellent unit in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to visit again. Largo was very easy to communicate with, answered all of our inquiries promptly and was attentive to our needs. Great experience!

Always better in the Keys

The apartment was very comfortable. We used the kitchen for breakfast every day and a couple of dinners. It was easy to use and everything was clean and in order. The bedroom was also very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and functional. We loved the shower. We really had no complaints about the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. We did have one minor issue though. We purposefully selected this apartment because it was supposed to have laundry on the premises. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with the washing machines. Every floor of the building has a couple of washers and dryers. But there was a sign stuck on the washers indicating that they all had a problem and until fixed, tenants/owners would have to use a laundromat on the Overseas Highway. Other than that we were very happy and would likely look to the Millers next time we go to the Keys! Thank you Millers for the use of your home!!

Quite paradise

This was the most relaxing stay we had in the Keys. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The view was not perfect but not bad. Kayaking to the Kalteux key is worth the trip alone. We HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Wonderful Vacation

Our first real vacation in 5 years, the condo was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. A few things went wrong but I reached out to the owner and the issues were addressed. I have to say only one elevator was in working order so that was a pain to walk 5 flights of stairs to bring in groceries etc, but all things considered it was great. Sitting out on the balcony every day enjoying the quiet and relaxing was amazing. The pool over looking the ocean was crystal clear, warm and inviting. We would absolutely come back.

Beautiful condo on the inside, location in building not so great

We loved the inside of this condo. It is beautifully decorated, but how much time do you spend indoors? The patio looks out onto the football field of the local school and it has four huge spotlights that shine onto the patio every night. The distance from the elevator is a long trek next to railings that leave a lot to be desired on the fifth floor. There are issues with the patios being propped with roof jacks. I didn't feel overly safe on patio. The parking lot was completely under construction while we were there and it was noisy and cumbersome to maneuver the piles of dirt sand and debris. The pool is excellent! Inspiration point was very nice. Please don't be mistaken and think you can swim at this location or that there is a beach, you can't Swim here. At low tide, there is a lot of weed and smell. The location of the condo is actually good and quiet in the evening as it is a dead end street. Make sure that you follow the rules here as they are pretty strict. We had a great time in the Keys!

How do you write a review on a perfect stay...PERFECT!

What an EXCELLENT unit! My wife and I are avid travelers and decided to spend a month in the Florida Keys. This condo was exactly exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. It was the cleanest, spacious and well stocked one-bedroom we ever stayed in. Great up to date furnishings, the bedroom had direct access to the large porch large and provided privacy. The view is unbelievable. The proximity to the water was a short walk from the our door step. The parking was easy. The condo caretaker, Largo, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed....she provided valuable insights of how to experience the best of The Florida Keys. The highlights of our stay would be snorkeling the nearby reefs, the day trip to Key Went- an amazing drive, the full moon party at Morada Bay Beach Cafe, swimming with the dolphins, and our offshore fishing trip! All in all the trip was everything we had hoped and more. We would highly recommend this unit and plan to return!

This property is located within the same neighborhood as the local high school, so there is a beautiful walking track and tennis courts open in the evenings. The school does not infringe on the stay, very quiet area.
