Amazing stay!

Leanne was an amazing host! We had an absolutely lovely stay. The house is beautiful and presented well. Lovely location, the sunset was gorgeous and very close to Broadbeach. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Fantastic stay

Such a well appointed house, conveniently located near a large shopping centre. The property had gorgeous views of the water. It was comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves.

Villa Louise

Amazing property and manager, fully equipped with whatever we needed to make our stay hassle free and comfortable. Great for families or a trip with friends. Peaceful location, but close enough to all there is to offer, best of both worlds. Would not hesitate to book Villa Louise again.

Mermaid Waters

Really nice property, beautiful location, the host Leanne was extremely helpful and accommodating. Only downside is the very small driveway and minimal times parking in the street

Hi Darron Thank you for your feedback. In reference to the parking we are the only Airbnb of this size that accommodates 3 cars most have one car park so it is a big bonus what we provide. In regards to street parking as you are in the hub area the council has restrictions on time on street parking beyond our control however we are glad of such restrictions as the whole street would be full with workers that work at Pacific Fair shopping centre and that would not allow any visitor parking in the street. So all in all to be fair we offer a lot more parking then most other Airbnbs perhaps now you Will understand a bit more that we can’t accommodate a car space for each guest if 6 or 7 staying bee feel three is more than sufficient for our guests and they have all been more than happy. We do not run a commercial place for wedding only a beautiful home for wedding couples to stay.

Waterfront luxury

We all loved staying in this villa, which has quiet unrivalled views over the water from a back deck that’s hard to beat. We loved the little track down to the water too. The home is very considered and you have everything you need for a luxury stay. The neighbours are very close and can see into the deck but it wasn’t an issue throughout the weekend. Would return.

Hi Amy Thank you for your review. We have now had large Hampton pots an tall tress placed on the left they don't normally sit outside so never an issue but it has full privacy now and non neighbours on the right that have any view into the yard so all is amended on your recommendation :)

Great accomodation!

We were surprised by the interior as the exterior looks dated etc. Love the Hamptons decor. Well appointed, Suited our extended family stay. Littlies love the “beach” & the swans. Would highly recommend!

Stunning in every way!

We had the most wonderful time at Leanne's property - The outdoor area was just perfect for relaxing and the entire property is so beautifully styled! Leanne was very helpful in catering to our requests and needs. Will be back for sure!

Perfection!!!

This is a jewel in the Gold Coasts crown. It is breathtaking from the moment you enter. Friendly communication and the rooms are divine. The back patio area is beautiful and large with access down to the water to play on the sand. Such a wonderful stay. We would love to book again!!

Beautiful and quiet place with views on the canal. Place well decorated and very confortable. High level of service with the owner Leanne who made our experience memorable. Highly recommended.
