The balcony was great for outdoor lunches. Overall very clean and the location - easy walk to the beach (250m). I would have liked a TV in the bedroom.

We did have an issue with a shower leakage, however once we let The Bay Holiday Properties know, they were on top of it and sent a plumber out the same day. Perfect quiet stay

Only a coup-le of minutes stroll to a lovely quiet part of Shaol Bay beach between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. We would definitely stay here again.
