Gran oportunidad de hospedarse en la playa con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños donde literalmente se encuentra en la arena. Ven a quedarte y disfruta de la arena debajo de la casa, una terraza que rodea el lado este para disfrutar de las vistas de la playa y la bahía. Camina desde la cubierta delantera hacia el área abierta de la sala de estar / cocina. Hay dos dormitorios con un baño completo en el piso de abajo con una lavadora y secadora apiladas de tamaño completo. Arriba hay dos dormitorios principales cada uno con baño privado y puertas para acceder a la cubierta superior. Duerme 18!

El espacio
Todas sus necesidades serán satisfechas. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla grande con acceso WIFI de alta velocidad y ROKU para sus necesidades de transmisión. Nintendo WII y más de 20 juegos en la sala de estar. Inigualables vistas de las olas y la arena. Todas las sábanas, toallas, jabones, champú, acondicionador y secador de pelo están incluidos.

Need more updates of house and equipment

Good ocean view . Need provide basic things : trash bag,, napkins, washer detergent..as ready as checking . Tv and wifi need more attention and updates. No barbecue pitch available compare to other houses on the sides.. some wood rails of the fence of deck and balcony losing .. chair seat of dinning table not sturdy!

Family vacation

This is our second year staying at this location and it has been the best spot for the money spent. You are literally steps from the beach, with beautiful views of the ocean from your front door step. We will continue this tradition every year. Tom was an excellent host.

Great location and service but a blocked view

Booking, management company support and the property itself was great. Our family and friends had a welcome, safe stay on the beach. Only item missing from the listing is the 50% blocked view of what seem to be 4 beach house shared by multiple free spirited folk who left a lot of trash in front of this wandefuk beach house and under it. Other than was a great stay and great support.

Perfect location

We stayed at the beach house Sunday to Wednesday. Very easy check in and the place was nice and clean. We only have two complaints . We spotted two roaches which was odd because there was no food left and the water has a terrible metal smell . We did receive an email about the water issue. The home it self was great ! Plenty of room and prime location. Quick 5min Walk to the 24/7 Circle K and the daiquiri hut which served delicious frozen drinks and on the Rock beverages. We would definitely consider staying again. Recommendation to owner maybe get the house exterminated. The roaches could actually be coming from the very old beach houses directly in front of your beach house. Other then that it was wonderful.

Fun local getaway

We live 15 miles from the location so it was like a mini vacation. House was perfect and comfortable for two families. I would have liked to have seen better products used. Trash bags are an example. Bring your own. Who ever manages the property provides the cheapest trash bags on the planet that easily rip. We ran out of dish soap the first day and they only provided two dishwashing pods so we ran home and got more supplies. Bring your own ziploc, foil and other home items like this and you will be glad you did. Minor complaint but worth nothing for future stays.

Beautiful view with a rough start

My family and I have been coming to Surfside beach for holidays, vacations, and getaways for years. We love the town, the community, and the people. First for the good- This home is in the perfect location, close to everything, and right on the beach. The views from the deck are gorgeous! And the home was well equipped with all the kitchen necessities- better than most rentals I have visited. Now for the not so good - the check in process was lacking. I called upon arrival and was told that I should have received and email with check in instructions. After clarifying multiple times that no email Had been received, I was not given any check in information. Instead I was blamed that I must have provided faulty email info, and I was given another number to call. I called the second number where the same conversation occurred. I finally received a code for check in over two hours after arriving at the house. When we walked in, the home had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Dirty towels, Unflushed toilets, and missing bedding treated us. To their credit, there was a crew thief to clean immediately- and they were very apologetic. I did finally receive the auto generated emails a week later. It was a bit of a mess. But if you have the patience to get through the beginning, the home was a great size and the location is fantastic. I can’t say enough about Surfside - it’s a great little beachside community, perfect for a quiet escape.

Location was amazing and the house so beautiful an clean .

The owner of the hose was super attentive. He keep checking on us to make sure we had everything we need and if we had a question he was very fast at responding. House was great right on the beach as soon as you put a fit down of the stairs you touch the sand 😀

overall satisfied

property was nice great parking and was right on the beach which was perfect for our family. plenty of space on the patio with plenty of seating. could have been a little cleaner but overall was very enjoyable. there was convenient stores close by if need be which was also a bonus.

Easy stay. Everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Directions were thorough. All In all a great time. My only suggestion is consolidate email communications. I received too many and it became a little confusing. Thank you for sharing your property.

Great location

We had 5 teenagers, and two families. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Location on the pedestrian side of surfside was perfect. Convenient to town but also private. We’d stay again.

Excellent Holiday Break

With the end of 2020, my family was looking for a spot to get away from the chaos where we could enjoy the beach, keep our distance and have just enough activities and food around us to not have to go any further than we could get on foot. I won't review the town itself, but I'd love to share the great experience we found at See by the Sea. First, the lead up to the stay was leaps ahead of any other rental I've done. Great communication, information on the arrival process and a check list of the most common things you'll want to remember. This helped make sure we had everything we needed and could get right to our vacation. Next, the property was very clean, especially for a beach house so close to the salt water (sand, water, etc.) It was well equipped with games and although we didn't use the Wii...there were a TON of games if you get stuck inside. The rooms were very good size and didn't feel overcrowded with beds like we've seen in some houses. The house temp was great to keep things comfortable (we had low 50s at night and and mid-70s in the day so a couple open doors and windows made it perfect). We had zero complaints and was one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. And when you add in the service of the owner and property mgmt, it was definitely worth the rental. Because everyone has their own likes and dislikes on vacations, here are a couple things to keep in mind that may make your stay as great as ours... -We anticipated the cold evenings (Dec 25-29) and brought extra blankets and warm clothes. The house is well prepared, but don't come with the expectation that they know what size long johns you wear and have them sitting at the end of the bed for you. -If you have super awesome pillows at home and love them, it's always a good idea to bring them with you. Again the house was well stocked and most folks would love what's there, but I'm a sucker for a 10lb memory foam one so I came prepared. -Pay attention to their emails about things to bring. It will save the hassle of having to find something when you're in a small town. It would also be good to look up things like golf cart rentals, fishing license requirements (and gear/bait/etc), beach equipment rentals and the local restaurants. I'm not sure when our next trip down to Surfside will be, but See by the Sea will definitely be the place we look to stay.
