Great location right by the beach with beautiful views. Easy access to shops and restaurants. However, the unit needs upgrades — furniture, fixtures, and linens are dated and worn. Overall, an okay stay, but the condo could be much better with some updates.

Overall i really enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful, balacony is huge. Great for the price but could use a couple updates here and there. Would still highly recommend though😊

Nice place

Very nice place and the view is awesome. There are some minor issues. Like the towel rack in the master bedroom looks like it's being held on by caulking and show other minor details. But overall, a very nice page and would definitely stay there again.

Great property, incredible water views

We had a perfect long weekend in RP. The condo itself is spacious, clean and comfortable - but we spent most of our time on the patios when we were there. Perfect 180 degree views of the Sea of Cortez, absolutely beautiful. The property is gated and felt totally safe, and everything there is great - pool and hot tub, the little shops onsite, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. AJ was a good host, very responsive to questions before our trip (we had no issues with anything while we were there). Overall highly recommended, we will definitely book again.

Got what we paid for - and would stay again!

Views are great. The resort is clean and safe. Very easy check in. Safe parking. The photos of the unit are very out of date. Kitchen and cookware are very worn. There were no cushions for outdoor seating, and no beach towels. But everything was pretty clean. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. We would book again for the price.

Nightmare

The unit was filthy, dirty dishes, bad smell, old everything and the A/C was broken. There were no couch cushions and bird poop on every outdoor cooking area. Do not stay here.

Amazing view

The location and the Sonoran Spa was wonderful. Our unit was right on the beach. Pools and walkable restaurants were great. The condo unit we stayed in was very dated. We understand with Covid and the closure of the boarder, revenue was lost. The property owner was quick to response to our concerns. We would stay at this property again, but would look for an updated unit. We would reach out to this owner first, to see if he had the opportunity to update his unit. Thank you

Summer Family Trip

We had a fantastic view from our bedroom and living area with the two balconies but I understood why the price was low. The place needed some renovating. There were wall patches everywhere that were not painted yet. The bedding was old, the pillows had seen better days, there wasn't a mattress pad, and the area rugs needed a deep clean. I understand the need to warn the guest they are responsible for any missing items but it was posted everywhere inside the unit. A little tacky when you're on vacation and had already acknowledged this when checking in. Great price for the view & size when on a budget.

Photos are deceiving

The good:The hotel, pool, restaurants, bars are great. There are jet ski rentals, banana boats, fruit, and tropical drinks directly in front of the resort on the beach. The resort common areas are clean. The deck is huge with lovely views and the washer and dryer are great. (bring detergent). The furniture is very comfortable. The bad:1. There are no cushions on the deck furniture.2. The unit smells.3. There are no beach towels.4. There are no amenities - soap, shampoo, etc.5. The pots, pans, utensils and toaster oven were dirty and should be replaced.6. The door handle going out to the smaller deck is hanging on by one screw.7. The primary bathroom towel rod is holding on by grout.I would stay at the resort again, but not the unit.

Great Views, Responsive Host!

Spent 5 days in this wonderful condo celebrating my birthday. While we were there, the Lukeville border was closed…while many left their vacations early, this resort remained calm, extremely peaceful and continued to provide excellent service for the entirety of our trip! The resort staff really treat you as family! Upon arrival, we found that the lights on the large patio weren’t working. One message to our super responsive host and maintenance was on the way! The condo itself it beautiful, very cozy and comfortable inside with absolutely gorgeous views from both patios!! Spent every sunset on the smaller patio which provided the perfect angle to watch the sun set into the sea and then moved to the large patio for dinner and drinks ~ great space to celebrate and entertain!! Will definitely rent this condo again, whether they reopen the Lukeville border crossing or not, it is worth the longer drive!

First of all, I take no pleasure messing with someones livelihood but I also would like to get what I pay for. This condo was full of ants in the master bathroom and in the master bed. My wife and I woke up riddled with ant bites and we almost left and came home that moment. Thankfully, the spare room was a little better so we moved into the interior room. So much for waking up to the ocean view... If this property had been downtown and charged 50 a night, I would expect such a thing but for what we paid, definitely not worth it. This property is in need of some serious repairs. The showers don't drain, the toilets take a few tries to flush, the sheets are stained and the towels appear to be from the Regan administration.. If you choose to stay, take your own bedding, pillows and towels.. But, don't look at what is under the sheets.. My wife is still having anxiety over that. Once again, if it was 50 per night downtown, we would expect this.I sincerely don't like giving bad reviews but when I feel taken advantage of, I feel the need to speak out. For what we paid,, we were taken advantage of.Best of luck! I hope you find your perfect condo and have an awesome trip.

Guest name is Rosa, Public review "The place had such an amazing view and the amenities that we needed, It very private and safe, walkable to restaurants mini market and the beach, has a great kids pool as well I do recommend oiling the sliding doors and maybe changing the front door lock since it’s a little difficult to lock and unlock the metal door. & the outside BBQ place don’t think is working. Awesome relaxation

This is a nice condo, in a great community, with good restaurants nearby. (The restaurant on site was awesome! Would have eaten there every night if they were open.). The 2 patios made it possible to find seating that was perfect all day long, and the views are stunning. Property was clean and saw. Definitely would recommend and return!

Disastrous Getaway

Within 24 hours I notified the owner Aj of the issues at the condo, Ants, No hot water, Flooding in laundry room, And the wall by sliding door was literally falling apart. He sent someone at 11pm when all the guest were sleeping.(which he didn't inform us until someone was there) We thought someone was breaking into the condo. He then was not avail because he was on a 16+ hr flight. Tried to reason with him and got nowhere about a refund. I had to escalate the issue to VRBO to get anything resolved. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY.

As an owner this was one of the strangest experience for us. I am sure Jeanette had her reasons, but it felt like a renter who just wanted to stay there for full 4 days and then create a lot of noise to get a full refund. Even VRBO didn’t agree to that. They kept the full condo open with all doors in a super humid and sandy environment and created AC leakage issues for us. First time ant issue we have ever seen which probably come with something the guest brought but was sprayed and solved immediately. We tried to be really professional and courteous and responsive while traveling to a different country but it unfortunately didn’t work. Please feel free to look at the 5 star rating across platforms for this property before you decide.

Very nice stay

Location and view was amazing! The property was definitely older. A little run-down. Very sparse kitchen utensils and cookware. Some towel bars barely stayed on the wall, cabinets were pretty beat up, outdoor furniture isn't as nice as it looks in the pictures nor is the Outdoor barbecue area, it's barely functional. Ask for my complimentary gallon of water for 2 days before actually receiving it on the 3rd. If you're there just to party and have a place to sleep and keep your booze cold in the fridge, it's GREAT! I was there for a week hoping for a little more luxurious stay and this didn't meet my expectations of that.
