Maravilloso apartamento en el sótano con entrada privada. Un total de 1700 pies cuadrados para disfrutar y relajarse después de un día completo de aventura. 10 millas de Snowbasin, 16 millas de Powder Mountain y 13 millas de Nordic Valley Ski Resort. 10 millas al embalse de Pineview. Compras y restaurantes están a sólo 15 millas de distancia. Nuestro apartamento es acogedor y tiene muchas comodidades únicas, como ducha de vapor, futbolín, juego de tejo y sala de cine. Cozy and fun Ski Pad

Stayed here with my son to ski Snowbasin (close) and Powder mountain (35-40 mins drive). Enjoyed it very much. Only issue is there can be some noise from upstairs, predominantly in the daytime hours. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Recommended.

Super Nice place to stay.

We had a great time, and the property was 100% as advertised. It was very clean and had all amenities that we needed to stay (and ski at Snowbasin) for our long weekend. Location is very close to Snowbasin resort (probably a 12-minute drive in good weather) which is what we were looking for as there is no immediate lodging right at the resort - this is probably one of the closest and most convenient options if you want to ski Snowbasin. The owners were super easy to work with and very nice people - While this property is essentially the basement of their primary residence, they were extremely conscientious of our privacy making it feel like we were at the property all by ourselves. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My son and I stayed here on a ski vacation. The basement unit was great. Spacious, comfortable, easy to access—all as advertised. My only complaint is that it isn’t available next time we are coming to town!

Amazing Set Up, Fun Stay

I didn't realize from the listing that it was not a stand alone condo, but that was not an issue for us. The place was great, super comfortable and nice amenities. The theater was cool, but we didnt get to use it. Comfortable place to hang out and be with friends.

Snowbasin Short Stay

We enjoyed the games, it was an opportunity for all four of us to step away from the screens. The steam shower was something to look forward to at the end of a hard day skiing. Kandy and Nate were helpful guests, we won't hesitate to recommend this property to friends and would welcome a repeat stay should we return to Utah.

Great place!

Spent a weekend and had all we needed! The sauna in the bathroom was fun. There are some fun game tables and nice tv. Did not use the movie theater but it looks fun! Nice neighborhood and check in was easy once we got the details. We booked just a few days before we arrived and had to follow up the day we arrived to get check in details. Otherwise, no problems! Would stay there again!

Nice Place!

The apartment is very nice - great kitchen (but no dishwasher), cozy living room, comfy king size bed. There is a big washer and dryer, which wasn't listed as an amenity, but fortunately was there. The second bedroom needs a headboard - there a large gap between the head of the bed and the wall which was odd and we put our suitcases in there so the pillows stayed on the bed. We were working from home after skiing, and used the home theatre room as an office. It's a nice room and there are lots of DVDs to play, or you could bring your own. We were able to use our YouTube TV account on the big smart TV in the family room to watch the NFL playoffs, which was great. As other reviewers have mentioned, you can definitely hear people and dogs upstairs, especially after 3pm when the kids got home from school. Probably not an issue if you're not working from home in the late afternoon and evening, or in warmer temps when the kids can play outside, but it was not ideal for our situation when we were on Zoom calls. We had a pair of noise cancelling headphones, and those worked pretty well, but we needed another set of those. Nathan and Kandy were very responsive to our needs, including finding a missing pair of sunglasses and help getting them picked up by our friend. Kandy promptly shoveled the walkway early in the morning after a big snow, which was much appreciated. We will probably be back, with more headphones!!

Great location for the ski resort.

The location was perfect for getting up to the ski resort quickly. Very comfortable. Would have been nice if the homeowners shoveled after it snowed.

Sorry if the sidewalks were not shoveled. When I am home I make sure they get done. I was out of town that weekend.

Ski Trip to Snowbasin

We stayed at this rental for two nights and it was perfect for our trip to Snowbasin! The views from Mountian Green are beautiful and the trip to the mountain was short and easy. We loved the amenities the apartment had to offer and everything was very clean and useful. Kandy and Nate gave us all the information we needed for a great stay. Would recommend!

Great for Skiing

We're from SLC and wanted to stay closer to Snow Basin for easy and quick access to the ski hill. This was perfect for that. The unit is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the theatre room, steam shower, and game tables. The beds were comfy. The listing is for 6 and there are two bedrooms with the other two people sleeping on an Aerobed either in the second bedroom or somewhere else in the unit. We put it on the floor in the theatre room. There are people living upstairs and we could occasionally hear muffled sounds or the click, click, click of puppy paws, but that didn't bother us at all. It was a nice touch to have some water bottles and popcorn available. And although we did wash all the dishes we could not find the typical tools for the job. (no sponge, washcloth, scrubber, etc) Just several large hand towels. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. 5/5

Amazing and Beautiful getaway in the mountains

My family loved their stay in this house! We love watching movies in the theater and playing Foosball table. It is a basement apartment so keep that in mind. But over all a good time.

AMAZING!

Pictures truly do not do this place justice! When we walked in the kids (and my husband) literally screamed with joy and proceed to run around and call out all of the great details. My kids even wanted to facetime my parents to give them a virtual tour!! A few of our favorites includes: movie theater, steam shower (my husband and I agreed we HAVE to put one in for our next house), super spacious kitchen/living area, and my son's personal favorite....the urinal in the bathroom haha! This apartment is MUCH larger in person than how appears in the photos. Both bedrooms had large closets and the master has a large dresser. The bathroom vanity is a great size and offers lots of counter space and a large shelf under to hold all your toiletries/hair/makeup stuff. There is a ton of storage in the kitchen with lots of cabinets and a large pantry, plus there is an additional set of 3 oversized cabinets just off the kitchen which was a great place to contain kids toys and winter gear. The sectional couch in the living room is massive and the (faux) fireplace added great ambiance. And, like everything else, the movie theater is much larger in person and super comfy. Tip - if you're looking for the little tables for the movie theater, they're in the arms of each chair. Finally, just the overall design aesthetic of this apartment is great. It felt like a cozy home and not some generic rental space. As other reviews have mentioned, keep in mind this is a basement apartment and you will occasionally hear sounds from above, but I'd say its more of a background/muted noise and nothing that is loud or distracting. We LOVED staying here and plan to come back whenever we're in town visiting family. Thank you Kandy and Nate for a great visit!!

Mt. Bike race at Snow Basin

Wonderful place to stay. Clean well stocked and the owners were super easy to work with. Hope to stay here again next year for the next Mt bike race. The only hiccup we had was when we got to the home the owner's dog was in the gated area barking and we were afraid to enter. The owner quickly put the dog away and the dog was friendly. But always safe than sorry. Cant wait to go back.

Perfect for our trip

Very nice well put together place close to Snowbasin. Kids loved the Foosball, shuffle board and theater room. Great rate for the area. It is a basement apartment but we seldom noticed the noise of people above, didn't bother us at all. Thanks again, hope to stay again

Fun place!

Pretty much everything as promised. Be aware people are living above you during your stay so if you expect tomb quiet you won't get it. :-) It was a nice place to stay for our anniversary.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

The rental is brand new and has all of the amenities of home. Whether you want a night or two or a month this is a great property with tons of space and upscale finishes. The steam shower and theater are wonderful. Close to skiing and shopping.
