Panmar Villa is a large property, wich can be rented either as a whole or individually, since it has 2 independent apartments.The swimming pool withJacuzzi is located on the front side, while the house is only 250 meters from Saint Nicolas Beach.

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT (75 sq. m) (4-5 people)
As we enter, we find in an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area. The apartment is framed by large terraces all over the side overlooking the green courtyard. The corridor connects the "functional" part of the house with the bathroom and the two bedrooms.
The large bedroom (double bed) is framed by a large independent terrace. The small bedroom (two single beds) exudes the relaxed holiday climate.
The Mediterranean element, the balance, comfort, functionality, summer and earthy colors are the decorative choises of whole space.

FLOOR APARTMENT - SUPERIOR (65 sq.m.) (4 people)
An outer scale in N.E. side of the house leads to the two-room apartment on the upper floor which is comfortable and sunny. The unobstructed view provided by the large openings, the simple lines, the olive green and the terracotta create the visual sense of calm and harmony.
As we enter the apartment we find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room (2 single beds) in a single layout. A kitchen counter that has been integrated into the same space subtly separates it but at the same time gives flexibility of movement.
The second space of the apartment occupies the large bedroom (double bed).The color palette on the walls, fabrics and furniture moves to earthy and summer shades. All the decoration of the room is strongly influenced by the marine element.
The large veranda on the E. side and the balconies on the W. side create a sense of privacy and tranquility.

The country house evokes the coveted atmosphere of the sea and vacations, where time seems like a blurred and negligible concept leaving room only for the emotion and experiential experience of the moment.
