Gran entorno rural a sólo fuera de la ciudad en 12 Acres.

Entorno tranquilo a las afueras de los límites de la ciudad de Hutchinson, Kansas. Construido en el borde oeste de un estanque de cinco hectáreas. Ideal para la pesca, natación, o simplemente recostarse y relajarse. Situado a menos de una milla de la Hutchinson Zoo, Hutchinson pista de tierra moto / ATV, Carey Park, y Carey Park Golf grueso. Dentro de dos millas de la Hutchinson Centro Shopping, el centro comercial y centro comercial 8 Teatros, Underground Salt Museum, Complejo Hutchinson Deportes, el Centro Espacial Cosmosphere, Kansas State Fair Grounds, y muchos buenos restaurantes. Probablemente podríamos llenar dos o tres páginas de diferentes cosas que puede hacer mientras se aloja en el Estanque-a-Rosa Inn, pero tendremos que venir y quedarse para ver lo que estamos hablando.

Caza: El estanque es sólo por la puerta delantera de unos 20 yardas y se encuentra en el condado y patos y gansos acuden a él sobre una base regular. No se puede rodar en la ciudad, pero está bien en el condado. No se pierda esta oportunidad antes de que se acabe. Sí se permite mascotas y perros de caza; SIMPLEMENTE NO EN LA CASA.
Sólo hay 6 casas en un radio de milla de la mitad de la casa de campo y tres de ellos son para nosotros. esto significa un montón de espacio para pasear y relajarse. Jugar al tenis en la pista de tenis o disparar algunos aros en cualquiera de los dos goles de baloncesto. Ir de pesca, natación, remo en bote, o simplemente relajarse en las más de 100 yardas de la zona de playa de arena a lo largo del borde del estanque. Ofrecemos alquileres de botes de remo y paseos a caballo, o quizás desee probar nuestros paseos en tirolina.

We had a great time here. It was a very laid back community, very relaxing and quiet. The pool was very clean and refreshing. There were a lot of places to visit within an hour away. Loved having the deck off the front and the back as well. There were many good restaurants close by.

Peaceful country stay

Came out with the family from Texas to watch daughter graduate from college and the place was perfect for our needs. There was a total of 10 people that joined and had plenty of space. Clean, relaxing and roomy would definitely come back and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time with the family.

Family Summer Vacation

We made so many memories! Feeding the horses/ponies/donkey/goats, swimming, swinging off the rope swing, diving board, paddle boats, water slide, giant hot tub outside and jacuzzi tub inside, holding the adorable baby goats, s’mores around the fire pit. We saw baby rabbits hoping around and huge geese relaxing at the pond. The owners were very responsive every time we had any questions. Huge TV’s in each room and super cute native and cowboy decorations. The sectional couch was super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Peace and Pond

There were 7 of us and we would love to go back. The property was exactly what we were looking for to end our summer. The kids always had something to do. The owners were kind and helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone with a family. And some time .

What a great time we had!

I think the Water Slide and the Zip Line was the most talked about by the gran kids! But you know what, the calm peaceful area so close to the city was on top of my list! What a Gem this place is! We will be back, soon! Randy, GOOD JOB!

Amazing!

Is so much bigger than the pictures make it seem! We live in a fifth wheel so having all that space was amazing!! We had everything we needed dishes wise to be able to cook our meals for a family of 8. My only complaint would be they advertised a hot tub on the website but it didn’t have water in it and that was one of the reasons we picked the place

Great getaway!!!!!

My family had so much fun with paddle boating,fishing, swing ropes and the water slide. The house was very roomy and my wife loved the kitchen....it was fully equipped(could've had Thanksgiving there) I was very happy with our stay and to see so many smiles on my family's faces. Thank you Randy.

Adventure Awaits

We enjoyed this "farm-like" setting just outside of Hutch as an alternative to the hustle of cramped hotel or motel. Felt safe. Kids enjoyed everything from the fishing to the donkeys, and horses to the goats, and especially "D-O-G" the do and rarely had the TV turned on or electronics in hand - now that's saying alot. Adults enjoyed the BBQ patio and firepit each evening. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for two families with 4 children to spread out. Warm hospitality. Hope to return.

Amazing fun-filled / relaxing week

We had a great week at the property. Our families got together for a high school graduation ceremony. Most of us stayed in the spacious big house and then used an RV hook up for my folks camper. It was wonderful to have everyone together and not separated and going stir crazy at a hotel. TV's in every room, lots of comfy couches, 3 bathrooms! The rope swing and basketball court were the biggest hits! The kids went horseback riding and paddle boating and loved it! Well worth the money!

We are only too sorry that the water wasn't warmer for you, but that is in Mother Natures department. Family gathering at the Pondarosa Inn.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children, ages 7 to 15, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pondarosa Inn. The kids' favorites were the tube slide (which they just flew out of) and the rope swing. Also high on the list was the zip line, paddle boats, horseback riding, playing basketball and using the fire pit. Water toys, floats and sand toys were provided. The house is close to Walmart and Target for grocery and other needs. We also checked out the nearby mall and took a tour of the salt mine museum. The salt mine is just a couple of minutes away and was enjoyed by our whole family! Nine members of our group stayed in the big house and found accommodations very comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the duplex right behind the house, but other than sleeping, spent our time at the house or at the lake with our family. Randy and Leann are great and do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. I was impressed with their patience as they were teaching two of our inexperienced horseback riders and then giving us all the time we needed to get pictures of the kids on the horse.

Needs a LOT of TLC

The property was ran down, BBQ area: grills were old and broken, look like they had not been used for at least a year. Picnic tables were broken down. No propane for the grill, had to use charcoal 😕. The lodge was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, one of the shower heads was busted and water sprayed out the side of it and the other was so plugged up that it hardly worked at all. Tile was about to fall off the wall in one of the bathrooms. Lots of clutter everywhere that didn't really have a purpose. Old out dated. Looks like when something is broken instead of hauling it off it remains on property and makes the place look like a dumping ground. The beach area and play ground area was no different. Rusty and broken toys, junk laying every where! And the poor horses looked like they were starving, so thin😭. And the hay they had looked old. This was a surprise 68th bday fishing trip for my husband and all the guys in our family. VERY disappointed!

Fun water play!

We have been to this house twice now and the swimming pond is so much fun! Our kids did the slide and rope swing hundreds of times. We also enjoyed time in the hot tub and horseback riding ($20 extra). It was wonderful to have the private beach all to ourselves (though there is a chance you will share with one other family if the cottage behind the house is also being rented). The house itself was clean and spacious for our family of five.

In need of cleaning and repair.

Randy is a very nice guy, but after telling us that all amenities were in working order over a phone call and an email, we found that the house was not clean and all of the amenities not working. Most of the furniture was broken down and dirty looking. We were only able to stay one night out of the four we had booked. Randy did work with us to get us a refund of all but $100. Given the cost of the property, it just wasn’t kept up to the standard it should have been. I do understand that Covid 19 has taken away some of the guest that would stay causing it to be hard to be renovated. But the property should be clean.

40 years past it’s prime

Upon arrival, other individuals were swimming in our private beach. Homeowner said they would be gone shortly after we arrived but continued to swim for several hours. Also one of the swimmers made their way into our house and used the bathroom. Goats wandering the yard(the only form of yard matentience done by homeowner). Exterior of home not photographed on listed is severely dilapidated. Amenities listed are not at all accurate. For instance, there is no game room, pool table, hot tub is broken with water ridden electric wires above it. One basketball hoop is completely broken. One paddle boat is broken. Zip line doesn’t function. I think intentions are good as far as the homeowner goes. He was very kind and tried to accommodate us, but I think they are in over their heads and can’t keep up with all the needed maintenance. Previous reviews are all accurate in both positive and negative aspects. Furniture is extremely outdated and worn out. Still a large hole in the bathroom floor. If you want privacy you have to not only rent the house but two apartments in back AND an RV parked in the driveway. Had I known that it wouldn’t be a private beach with all listed amenities I probably wouldn’t have booked here. Kids had a good time but we won’t be back. Would only recommend as a last resort if you can’t find anything else.

Listing/amenities not up to date!

Though we had an enjoyable time, others may not due to the inaccuracies of the amenities on the listing. We had fun swimming in the pond and fishing. However, there is no longer a game room or pool table. The hot tub does not work. In order to use the big rope swing, you have to pay an additional fee (not mentioned on the listing). Also, of the advertised pond, only half can be used by guests as the other half is roped off because it belongs to someone else. The home, while clean, could use some maintenance and upkeep (grills could not be used because of how dirty they were and the oven hadn’t been cleaned so it also produced smoke when we tried to use it as an alternative), weed eat/trim around the playground area when you know people booking are bringing children. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Family reunion

This was a great place for our family to stay. Randy was really accommodating considering they were still dealing with flooding in the area from a couple weeks before. Grandkids enjoyed the paddle boats & even the playground that was partly underwater.

Amazing

Owners are Randy Lubbers and LeAnna Doane who also run Lubbers Equipment Inc. of Hutchinson. We sell fertilizer equipment as our main business and operate the Pond-a-Rosa Inn as a second business. Also featured in the photo is our dog 'DeOhGe' who works very hard at helping out here at the Pond-a-Rosa Inn. Ask us about his abilities.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

These two properties are located on this pond and we decided if we owned the second property we could make sure we did not have any problems or conflicts with our neighbors. Also the house we live in was originally built as a bar which Randy had visited a few times when he was younger. It carried some sentimental value to him. It also has a very country atmosphere yet a convenient location close to shopping and dining. Which both of us enjoy very much.
