The Cottage Complex at Equestrian House© brings together six distinct accommodations, each offering its own charm, comfort, and character. The Andalusian Suite, Brandenburger Suite, Estonian Suite, and Fjord Suite provide warm, thoughtfully appointed spaces ideal for couples or small groups seeking a refined countryside escape. Complementing them are the Clydesdale Cottage and Dosanko Cottage, each offering a more spacious retreat with inviting interiors perfect for families or extended stays.

All six units are located within the same estate grounds, just minutes apart, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while remaining conveniently connected. When combined, the Cottage Complex can comfortably host larger groups of up to 36 guests, making it an excellent choice for reunions, retreats, or milestone celebrations.

Surrounded by nature and estate amenities, guests can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool, playing on the tennis or basketball courts, exploring wooded trails, or relaxing beside the tranquil pond. In winter, the nearby slopes transform the Poconos into a skier’s haven, where invigorating days on the mountain end with peaceful evenings in the comfort of the cottages.

Pet Policy:
We love pets at The Sanctuary on Equestrian! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

Seasonal Amenities:
During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests reserving the entire estate enjoy exclusive access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts, and the outdoor swimming pool. When individual units are booked, these amenities are shared with other guests.

Estate Options:
The Sanctuary on Equestrian offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 26 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
