"Serenity By The Sea" es una casa adosada de 3 pisos que te dejará sin aliento. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en los dos niveles superiores y cada nivel tiene su propio altillo. El tercer piso tiene una mesa de futbolín y sala de medios para que toda la familia o un grupo de amigos puedan disfrutar.

El primer nivel cuenta con una encantadora cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, gabinetes a medida y una estufa de gas. Un gran comedor y una espaciosa sala de estar se abren a su patio trasero lanai. Allí encontrará una espectacular piscina, un área de picnic con parrilla, hamaca, cómodas sillas para relajarse y, por supuesto, la hermosa playa de arena blanca.

Loved the location and house. We did have some mechanical issues the second floor bathroom which was the nicest had a leak in plumbing for the shower so it dripped through to kitchen area. We worked with rental property management but made the bathroom unusable for our stay. We had a few other issues however the mechanic came and fixed those issues promptly.

The beach was beautiful! The house is beautiful and super clean. April at Resort Rental is AWESOME! We felt so fortunate to stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for 7 ladies for our three day Girls Getaway! The outdoor furniture is high quality and very comfortable. The beds and linens are also comfortable and beautiful! I can’t say more about how wonderful our stay was at this Gorgeous Beach House. Thank you for allowing me to give this stellar review!

Enjoyed our stay on the beach and the house accommodated our needs. The down side was that there were no Hand Rails on any of the steps going to the 2nd & 3rd floors, and garage doors didn’t work and were partially open. To say it accommodates 14 people and have minimal spaces for cars was hard. I’m sure this had something to do with the last hurricane and that they are still in the fixing stages. But would have been nice if we were told ahead of time. Once these items are fixed it will be a nice place to stay.

Home was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The location was easy to find and the beach access was great. We loved not having to drive to a beach. The kids had a so much fun! We used the Baby Quip rental as suggested on the VRBO site (they were fantastic), however, most of the items we rented were already at the house, beach toys, pack n play, and safety gate. I asked about these items prior to renting and was told it’s not the host’s responsibility to provide baby items. My suggestion for improving would be, there are 3 floors and not a single handrail - not great for an older adult or young child. There were minor repairs needed like bathroom door knob pulled off each time we opened the door, all 4 toilet seats were falling off, and towel bars not attached to the walls very well. None of these items deterred us from having fun, but would have earned the rental a 5 star rating. Also the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen made it difficult to use the dishwasher the entire time we were there, needing to hand wash dishes with only a tiny bottle of dish soap after the 2 dishwasher pods were used.

Great Get Away Rental!

This was a great vacation property - it was extremely clean and very well stocked in a nice Key West/beach style right on the spacious soft sandy beach. Master bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the property and the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The dolphins made regular appearances and the sunsets were great.

Great location

The location made this vacation everything we expected! We had small children and the trek to the beach and back was a delight and able to be done all day, every day! It took most of the work out of traveling to the beach with children, which is exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend!

Perfect vacation in paradise!

We throughly enjoyed having the convenience of having the beach and pool in such close proximity to the beach house. My two small children would go back and forth all day pool and beach and it made it a stress free vacation, thus maximum enjoyment was achieved. Additionally being from Tampa I can attest that Sunset Beach is still a hidden gem within our Gulf beaches. Love it!

Great get away!

The manager, Joanne, was tremendously responsive. The beach house was very clean, appliances and cookware provided all our needs for a family of five adults. PLENTY of spaces for all of us who worked remotely and a surprisingly fast wifi. Excellent location just footsteps from the beach and a sense of privacy as the beach was never occupied by others. Would recommend this VRBO. Trish

Loved the location. Not too touristy. Beach not too busy. If you get some chairs from the garage and put them out early, others will put theirs elsewhere and maintain your view of the beach. Be careful at the top of the spiral stairs as the sub-floor is caving in. Other than that - great stay.

Amazing Beach Home

We just spent a week in this amazing beach home! Everything we needed was supplied for us! Everything in the house worked fantastic! It is a very spacious home with a view to die for! Joanne greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming. Throughout the whole experience of renting to questions during the week she was very responsive. LOVED this place and would recommend to anyone interested in a fantastic beach home. We will definitely return.

The Property was Excellent!

The property was excellent! We loved the location; the beach was never crowded. The photos were very accurate. The kids loved the spiral staircase to their room. I loved that the master bedroom was located with the gulf view. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I would avoid this property for anyone that has trouble with stairs. Hope to come back again. There aren't many places where you feel like you have the beach to yourselves.
