Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing experience staying here, the home was beautiful/well kept and we were especially blown away by their complimentary coffee bar! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Kerrville area!

Beautiful well appointed town-home on the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee bar was great; we enjoyed our morning coffee on the beautiful patio watching the birds and deer. Very comfortable stay; just like being at home!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay while in town for a tennis tournament. Our 13 year old loved the guest room upstairs. We enjoyed watching the deer at sunset. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very cute house that had everything we needed.

Great experience - a real gem

Beautiful property inside and out

This place is absolutely lovely. It is stocked with anything you could need. We loved the deer wandering around and tranquillity off the golf course. To top it off Dana’s communication was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

My wife and I had a great experience at the fairway fun retreat. Property was as advertised, great location and very clean. Beautiful view of the golf course and plenty of deer. Dana was an amazing host, helpful flexible and kind. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be staying here on all our future trips to Kerville

Hill Country Stay

We are a family of 5 and have a few of us who play golf, so staying on the golf course at Riverhill was a perfect spot for our family. The house was very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed when it came to cooking.

Hill Country Escape

Really enjoyed the Hill Country Escape. Very clean, spacious rental. Den area and back yard area were very inviting. We travel with our small dogs and the yard was just right for them. We definitely would recommend this and stay here again.

Great Getaway Property - Top Flite Quality

Great home. Great location on the golf course. The deer came right up to us. The house had all the amenities we could have wanted. The house is impeccable. I highly recommend this property. Nicely decorated too!

Quiet and relaxing

The townhouse(doesn't feel like a townhouse) is very comfortable and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The backyard is so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Perfect house for our trip

This house is beautiful. The owner had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very easy check-in and check-out process. The owner Dana was very accommodating to us. Any questions I had she would promptly answer. She made sure everything was perfect for us. We will be back next year!! Thank you Dana for your hospitality!!

Hill Country Gem

If you are looking for a beautiful home on a well designed golf by Texas great Byron Nelson, this is it. If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated home to just relax and watch the deer come in at sunset, this is it. Dana, the homeowner, was extremely hospitable and responsive. Kerrville is 5 minutes away but it doesn’t feel like it. This place is just “it”. We can’t wait to stay here again soon. Carter

Great location

The view is excellent of the golf course. Every morning the deer come by for their snack of dried corn. We had lots of birds also. Just beautiful location. The house was great. We used the enclosed patio to set up our desks and worked remotely just fine with all windows watching the animals and golfers all day. Internet was very good. Rooms downstairs was plenty big for us and we never really used the upstairs. The fridge and freezer were well stocked with basics which was a nice surprise.
