Long fishing weekend away

Loved the location. The batch was excellent with million dollar views of the ocean. watched major shipping vessels pass by. We traveled surrounding districts and the batch was a terrific place to be our base. Nice neighbours, batch was very clean and comfortable. Hope to be able to return sometime.

Beautiful little crib in a stunning location. Quiet and relaxing yet close enough to Dunedin. Beautiful beach, creek and bush walk. The little crib was welcoming, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were amazing, comfortable with beautiful linen and very clean. The communication from the host was outstanding. I will definitely be going back to stay in that little piece of paradise when I get the chance again.

Such a unique property. Great to have peace and quiet. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. And the walks. Beds were warm and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It wasn’t a problem to us to have an outdoor toilet and shower. Everything was clean.

Fabulous! Everything about this place was wonderful. Quaint, old fashioned but with all the home comforts. Loved it. We had just completed a 196km bike ride over 5days so it was the perfect place for some R&R

Amazing rural beach paradise

Loved this remote little enclave of cribs. If you’re after some time away from the world and like the idea of staying in a proper crib (as they used to be, but nicely updated w mod coms), then this is for you! We loved the beach views, seals, bird life and the peace and quiet.

Family fun seaside crib

Lovely location very close to a beautiful cove, golden sand and turquoise sea. Well equipped, homely holiday house with plenty of space and a private garden. Our extended family had a really comfortable stay, indoors/outdoors, bush walk, beach fun. Many thanks to the helpful and accommodating hosts.

Stunning views & activities

If you are a nature lover then Bull Creek is the place to be! You've got beach and rocks and you've got walks in native bush to a waterfall. You might spot a seal or 2 as well. The crib itself is exactly what we wanted with a beautiful set up but batch/crib feel. The locals are friendly and ready to help. Crystalls Beach is just a small drive away and Cook rock is a must not miss with it's amazing hexagon structure. The perfect place to explore but also to tuck up with a book or a movie and unwind! The hosts are wonderful and make sure you have the best time.

Kiwi Bach Dream

Amazing little Kiwi bach in a remote and beautiful location. Our hoast was just fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. The whole Bulls Creek settlement had a real seaside community vibe. We even managed to capture a spectacular aurora australis light show from the beach. I would like to come back and stay here again in the future.

Brilliant home for a family holiday!

Wonderfully set up home for a family break with everything you would need for some days on the beach. Really felt like a home away from home and Dale went out of her way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had all we needed. Sheltered beach and shallow creek pools just a two minute walk in Bull Creek were perfect for the hot days and the crib really complemented the beach lifestyle. Couldnt want for anymore from a family holiday home - a great experience!

Stunning isolation

We loved our stay in this remote and very special place. The house is lovely, the outside loo and shower quite delightful and all so beautifully presented. We had two wonderful days, not using the car but walking, relaxing and watching the waves. Really didn’t want to leave.

Perfect coast escape

Great wee crib for a family get away. Clean, comfortable and well located. Thoughtful extras - pantry supplies, games and beach gear. Easy to explore the beach - surf, rock pools and river mouth - and bush. Wifi but no phone coverage, so easy to disconnect that little bit and enjoy family time and the surrounds. We’ll be back and would recommend to others.

Gordon and Dale - We are a husband and wife team. Along with our children and many friends we love the Bull Creek environment, the restfulness of the sea and the sheltered location of our crib. It's such a great spot we want to share it with others.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

You can relax, read, swim, boogie board, walk or play games. The TV works well and has a google chrome attachment for Netflix or other apps that you have on your phone so this is also an option. The crib is lovely and warm so is enjoyable in all weathers. It easily houses two families if you don't mind sharing bedroom two and bedroom three which is in the sleepout, as they each have a double bed and two bunks.

It also a great retreat for couples on their own.
