You will really appreciate the ability to open your door, step into your skis or onto your bike and start your mountain adventure immediately. This condo is so convenient, you can easily ski right back in for a quick lunch or another layer!

There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the condo door, adding to the convenience of this vacation rental. The local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains.

***The pool and hot tub area is now open for the summer season, closing on September 29 and re-opening Thanksgiving weekend for the winter. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***
******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
