A studio-typed apartment with private bathroom, toilet and kitchenette to provide a convenient stay for tourists and travellers. Located at the central district of Shinjuku.
Staying in this apartment will save up on your transportation cost, as you can find everything you want at just walking distance.
A portable WIFI is provided.
This flat can accommodates 2 guests, and comes with basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a built-in closet where guests can store their stuff.
BED PROVIDED:
1 semi-double bed - for 2 person
* NOT equipped for cooking
NOTE: This is not a luxurious typed apartment where you expect high standard room, we offer this room for an affordable price and a cheaper option that you could find at the central district. This is suitable for easy going people who are only looking for a private place to sleep while enjoying Shinjuku.
Guests have access to the entirety of the apartment.
You will have your own key during the stay.
Check-in procedure will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.
In returning the key, just leave it on the table when you check-out and we’ll take care of the rest.
According to Japanese Accommodation Law, effective from July 15, 2018, ALL GUESTS must submit the following:
- Passport Copy of each guest
- or any valid ID that shows a photo of your identity
