Newly designed and remodeled 1/2 duplex with two suites, each with their own private bathroom. Perfect for couples! Located right off High St in German Village, steps to excellent coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, parks, yoga & public transportation. Less than 1 mile to Downtown!

The space
Modern escape in the heart of Columbus! Professionally designed and remodeled townhome with a light, airy aesthetic, and natural textures throughout.

This listing is for one townhome in a two-unit duplex building. This townhome is two stories and about 1100 square feet. The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and small powder room. A unique Y staircase leads up to the two private suites on the second floor.

The spacious King suite features a Tuft & Needle King memory foam bed, both down & down alternative pillows, a large bathroom with an oversized walk-in rainfall shower, and double vanity. *Please note that there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom.*

Across the hall from the main suite is the Queen suite, which is a tiny, private oasis. The bedroom has a Queen Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, fluffy down & down alternative pillows, and a nook for your clothing & luggage. The adjoining bathroom has a minimalist vibe with a modern sink, 36" x 36" walk-in shower with great water pressure, matte black hardware.

The living room on the first floor features designer furniture, a 55” LED Smart TV with Netflix, Sling (cable TV app), and a decorative fireplace. The dining room is open to the living room and has 4 chairs.

The modern kitchen has custom cabinetry, brand new appliances including a gas range, small microwave, and Quartz countertops. A Nespresso machine with pods, as well as a pour-over dripper for other types of coffee, is available to you during your stay!

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole home, including part of the unfinished basement where the laundry machines are located. There is an asphalt area behind the duplex that is not part of this listing, but accessible if needed.

Nice space in a great location

The property was very clean and spacious. We appreciated some special touches like sound machines and a diffuser. It was a cold weekend, so we used the fireplace and cozy throw blankets a lot. Very walkable to restaurants and activities in German Village, and there was always plenty of nearby street parking available.

A nice stay within walking distance of German Village

:D We booked this property as a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday. It is a lovely, well-appointed home. The owners were very responsive to questions before, during and even after our stay. Lots of nice amenities including a large fridge, an espresso machine and a really nice electric tea kettle. King and Queen Suites are a great setup for couples, each suite has a private shower and toilet, and there is a third fully enclosed half bath on the first floor. Very walkable to the shops and restaurants of German Village and we were able to doordash to the house for dinner one night as well. Parking is on the street, but we never struggled to find parking nearby. :D

Enjoyed our time in Ohio. The hosts we very helpful anytime we needed anything.

Great location to anything you needed. We were worried about the parking situation, but never had any problems parking our full size pickup.
