Lake Lanier Home Away From Home

Come visit Lake Lanier and stay in our ***GUEST SUITE*** fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, laundry room & private entrance.

We are about a mile in a half from a boat dock with great views of the lake.

The space
This guest suite has a beautiful, cozy living room with a tv, sound system, and DVD player. The guest suite has WiFi so you can connect to the internet if needed. There is a full-size kitchen with most everything you need for cooking. Gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and a sink. It also has silverware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, baking pans, glasses, dinnerware, mixing bowls & a Kuerig coffee maker.

Note: There is a 71 degree limit for AC in fall and winter months and 72 degree limit for heat. There is a $100 fee to change the limit up or down by 3 degrees for your stay.

There is 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, two night stands, a dresser, two lamps and a large closet for hanging clothes.

A bathroom that has a shower/tub, sink and a blow dryer.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer free for you to use.

We are less than a mile walk to views of Lake Lanier. We live in a peaceful, quiet part of town and you are more than welcome to use the space outside the apartment for the bbqing and relaxing.

Notes to Travelers:
The guest suite is on bottom floor so there is potential for noise to take place from 6am to 11pm.

There is a ring doorbell and a SimpliSafe Door Lock.
