Extremely disappointing experience. The home was not nearly in the condition that the photos showed. Upon arrival the home was surface clean but that’s where it stopped. Cob webs are noticeably hanging from the decorative ceiling canoe. The front door was unlocked upon arrival, the driveway has massive holes in it and is a very steep incline - when we arrived it was a sheet of ice and no salt was provided or a notice about the driveway which caused issues for anyone without an SUV. Further issues - the wrong WiFi username and password was provided , the washer and dryer don’t work, the fireplace did not work, the living room lights strobe if the dimmer is not in exact position. The internet constantly disconnected from the tv. For the kitchen - toaster oven did not work, the sink was stuck in spray mode, the trash drawer did not close. The deck and outside is extremely worn and in bad shape. The hot tub had no lock on it upon arrival despite the closing instructions saying to lock it. The game machines as shown in the pictures - both car racing games were non fictional. Carpets were dirty especially upstairs an the bedrooms are in need of a deep clean and update. Lastly - when we went to leave and take out the trash, trash cans were already over flowing from the previous occupants. When I messaged the host they were not apologetic at all but rather questioned me on things such as why I didn’t send the entire list right upon arrival
