Brian’s house was amazing! Super clean and loaded with great things to do and use. Only wish we could have spent a little more time at the house. Stayed for graduation weekend with another family. Plenty of space for us all with easy UBER access into Bloomington. Close to walking and bike trail too. Great for families of all ages!!

Very comfortable house. We were a group of ladies in town for a family event. We didn’t use the game room, theater room or pool but enjoyed the hot tub & large couch in the LR. The 4th BR is upstairs, away from the rest of the house & the 5th BR is in the lower level thru the theater room. A couple of us doubled up in the other 3 BRs to be closer together. Overall, very nice. Looks like the large pool & game room would be fun. Maybe next time.

The host is very gracious and easy to contact if need be. The house is outstanding. Every year my brothers get together for a long weekend. This house is perfect. We did not need to go anywhere. Jump in the pool or hot tub then the sauna. Grill and make wonderful meals. Hangout in the 2 story game room. And everyone with a private bedroom and multiple bathrooms. Towels galore Everything you need is there. I’m from Bloomington, so I didn’t need to go out to the countless places this beautiful town has to offer. If you want to get out, this house may seem out of the way but it’s 10 minutes to IU We will be coming back Thank you, Brian!!

Beautiful home! Very welcoming hosts. This stay far exceed my expectations. Our immediate family celebrated Christmas a bit early and we all felt so blessed to be able to be together here with much to do without leaving the property.

Better than pictures

Our stay at Brian's place was short but the property and all the amenities made it extra fun. We will definitely rent again, it is surrounded by beautiful trees and you can head all kind of birds. The pool being inside made it a lot better, property was so big and private.

This property is WOW! Gorgeous as you pull up to the house and then wows you more upon entering the house itself. The heated indoor pool was a hit, along with the hot tub.The dining room table was large enough for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with modern appliances. Plenty of bathrooms! Game room was awesome and a hit with everybody.

Family get away

Plenty of room for 9 of us. The indoor pool and game room were great. The game room being separated from the the bedrooms and other living space was good so the noise of karaoke did not disturb those watching tv. We were able to eat dinners together at the large table and play games. The hot tub and back porch area were very relaxing. We enjoyed the movie room the with protector screen was nice to wind down at night. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for several nights for a family getaway with kids and grandkids. Excellent experience! The house was clean and kitchen stocked with all the necessary items to prepare our meals. Lots of parking. The highlight was the pool for the grandkids along with the game room. The movie theater setup in the basement was wonderful. Brian was easy to work with. Easy access to Bloomington. I highly recommend and we certainly plan on returning!!

Built to entertain

Our family stayed here for IU graduation. Awesome and so fun, playing games and in the pool and hot tub. Not too far from town, big spacious place.

Amazing family vacation home

We had an awesome time together as a family, from playing games, pool, cards to swimming in pool and soaking in the hot tub. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more!

Great home away from home…with many amenities!

Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!

Great property!

This place was perfect for our needs. We were celebrating my wifes 40th bday and had 5 IU alums in our group who wanted to spend time on campus. It is about 15 min away. The house has so much to do between the pool, hot tub, game rooms and movie theater! Theres also nice living areas and a patio to just sit and enjoy your company. Brian, the host, was also very great. The house, pool/hot tub, patio were clean and welcoming. Really no complaints. All of my guests were also impressed with the house and offered me many compliments for finding this .

Kids had a blast in the pool!

Property was clean and fit all our needs. Kids had fun in the pool and we enjoyed the poker room. They supplied all the necessities. Definitely a place we would stay at again.

Fun place

This was a fun place for our extended family gathering. We enjoyed the indoor pool and also spent a day at Lake Monroe (30 minutes away). The house is in a pretty, rural area yet close to town.
