This pet friendly and quirky cottage is only a 2 minute stroll to the waterfront and 11 minutes walk to Lemon Tree Passage Marina, cafes and the famous Poyers Restaurant. The perfect place for a small family to escape their busy lives with a huge yard for the kids to play in and space for the boat.

Featuring 2 bedrooms (main with queen size bed and second room with two king single beds) this property is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a separate toilet to make it easier for 4 guests.

Enjoy a coffee in the screened front verandah, cook a BBQ at home or wander down to the waterfront and enjoy the serenity that comes with life in Lemon Tree Passage.

It was a great place to spend Christmas. close proximity to parks and water. Great Pizza place and fish and chips. so enjoyed staying there.

Quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle

Comfortable house with a fenced garden and great lawn for the dog to run around in. Handy to local shops and walking paths adjacent to the bay.

Fabulous location with a large fenced in garden on a tranquil street close to coffee, take aways, park with public toilets and the foreshore walk. The house had all that we needed and the beds were very comfy.

Chose it because it was pet friendly. Accomodation: Basic Good grassy area for our small dog to play and good local dog walking areas.

June Long Weekend Getaway!

Great location to just chill out & relax!! The cottage was just delightful and cozy, a home away from home. Close to the water with a nice stroll to the corner shops. Awesome that it is pet friendly, Pablo absolutely loved the walks along the waters edge and the massive yard to run around in. Very friendly neighborhood. If you’re looking for a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, this is your spot!!

Great get away from busy life

We had a great time with a nice picnic by the water at night. The food nearby was amazing and everyone was friendly. Short distance drive to port stephens, nelson bay, and an amazing day at oakvale animal century.

Port Stephens stay

The property was pleasant, clean & tidy and bed was really comfy. Whilst the house was a very pleasant with mostnthings at the usual standard we have come to expect from Stayz, I would make a.couple of suggestions for this property. All other properties where we have stayed had a pantry system. Use what you need, plus add to it when you stay. Very convenient for the odd item eg flour, honey etc etc I always add more than I use. I would strongly suggest some additional TV viewing available. I have health issues and was unable to get out. Netflix or the like is low cost and would add.to the stay if house bound, as I was. A.little cheap to not have any streamed services. Please improve the lighting in the kitchen as you CANNOT see anything with current lights. Could not us backyard as drainage so poor, could not let puppy or myself use it at all. Sally and Josè

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the house was lovely beautifully decorated just needed better lamps that had brighter light.Otherwise we would love to stay again.

Place was ok for location and price. However beds were uncomfortable, tap faucets in shower and bath tub need tightening, stove/oven not easy to use, had to get rid roaches every night in bathroom and it wouldve been better with wifi. Great that it was pet friendly

Perfect Position Homely Cottage

We loved our stay here, ideal location, very homely feel cottage, perfect size for a family of 4, nice quiet street, well fenced yard perfect for dogs, our dog loved it and the off leash park at the end of the street was perfect. the enclosed verandah was great. Agent was very responsive to request. Just needs a BBQ and a dryer to be the prefect stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we stayed at was a nicely decorated older style home, the type we love. It had all of the amenities we needed to make out time there at Lemon Tree Passage a comfortable and homely experience.The only down side was that the house didn't have air conditioning, just fans and the ventilation was a problem as we could not open windows to allow airflow through the bedrooms and the lounge.We would probably use that same property again in the future if the air conditioning situation was resolved, otherwise, I'll more likely find a place that has air-conditioning.
