A super clean, stylish and cozy private room with a computer desk, office chair and a Roku TV (free Netflix and Prime Video).
Fairly close to downtown Guelph, 5 minutes drive to Linamar, 10 minutes drive/25 minutes direct bus to University of Guelph, 10 minutes walk to Conestoga College, 18 min drive to Kitchener/Waterloo International Airport and 5 minutes drive to Highway 401. Discount for international students' long-term stay is available.
Enjoy this very clean, private and newly decorated room.
It has a beautiful double-size bed and the mattress is top of the line and offers crisp comfortable sheets and a warm duvet, a wall-mounted Roku Smart TV for your enjoyment, a mini fridge, a desk and an office chair perfect for working remotely.
La Chic is tastefully decorated, modern and very welcoming.

The entire house is smoke and pet-free, well-maintained, sparkling clean and very tidy. I have a protocol in place to keep things maintained and orderly. :)
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available.
Before booking, please take a moment to read our house rules and listing details to ensure suitability.
You'll have access to the microwave, air fryer and fridge in the kitchen (long-term guests are welcome to use the stove for light cooking), front porch, and backyard. Free parking space, WiFi, books, magazines, local tourism pamphlets and newspapers, and a Roku TV with access to Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix and many more channels (Global and CNN channels streaming live).
The bathroom, main floor (living room, kitchen, and dining room), backyard and front porch are shared spaces. The basement is off-limits.
The entrance is through the main door using a keyless lock. Your room has a lock for your privacy.
For your and our protection, like in hotel lobbies/corridors, a motion detection security camera is installed in the main kitchen (common area), and one is installed facing outside the house, covering the front door and driveway.
The basement unit is also a VRBO unit and it's off limit to guests upstairs.
