The bedroom has been designed with quality and comfort using quality linens, fresh 400 percale cotton sheets, and modern accents.
In the living room awaits you a modern sofa that converts to a full-size bed.

There is a full bathroom. The bathroom has a large sink with a stand-up shower. It has been designed with modern luxury for a spa-like experience.

There are extra linens, towels, high-speed Wifi, central A/C, and ensuite washer/dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!


Finally, it is fully fenced and gated. NO SHARED SPACE WITH OTHER GUESTS.

Other things to note:

- We have SECURITY CAMERAS outside the house.

- AMOUNT OF GUESTS sleeping in the Villa is constantly WATCHED.

- PARTIES AND SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL BE FINED and automatically EVICTED.

- We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.

- Be moderate in your noise as this is a guesthouse of the main house.
