This 3rd level 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit sleeps 6. This is the B Side of a 4 bedroom unit. This unit has no view of the water or Pools.

This side of the unit also has a full kitchen including a coffee pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
The first bedroom is a queen size. The second bedroom has a twin over full with trundle. There is one bathroom on this side of the unit.
The living room has a TV with DirecTV access and an electric fireplace.
This side also has a stackable washer and dryer.
There’s ceramic tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

This unit is half of a bigger unit. It can be rented separate from the other side as a 2 bedroom unit or can be rented together with the other side as a 4 bedroom unit.

Great location

Great location . Condo is attached to another unit but only shared the opening walkway . Clean and had all the essentials you would need . Pool area was very clean and relaxing . Check in is at another building but other then that we really enjoyed the stay and hope to be able to return .

So gracious and welcoming!

It was a somber occasion, as the family had just witnessed the execution at Holman Prison of a man who killed their daughter and sister. Your facility exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, very clean, great pool and close to restaurants and shopping. Thank you so very much. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. This was a wonderful, peaceful visit, that allowed healing to begin on the beautiful island. Thank you so much!!!

last year was better

had difficulty checking in. lady on phone was cursing. we were emailed the incorrect info. one night the people down from us were loud and cursing and we could hear them over the TV. called someone from The Inn and that person told me to call 911 for a non emergency.. the cops didnt respond. i finally googled the HOA to get help

I have already left a review, but I'll do it again.

Enjoyed our stay here and Dauphin Island is great. Unit was clean and beds comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. There was no skillet and very limited utensils and dishes. The elevator had a terrible smell. If you want to do a lot of cooking, better bring basics with you.

Lovely!

We had a much needed wonderful long weekend. Grounds are well kept and the pool area was peaceful with the palm trees for shade which is sorely lacking in most places. We will be back!

Awful Check-In

The property was exactly as described and the area is pleasant. However, it definitely started out with a horrendous experience. What should have been a 6-hour drive turned out to be an 8.5-hour-long traffic jam and we arrived after the office closed. I had read reviews that mention the hassles of getting gate codes that allow access to the Inn (where you pick up your packet with your keys and the gate code to the Beach Club. I had hoped to avoid a similar situation by contacting the property prior to our arrival to get the correct code & was sent a confirmation letter with both codes. Once we arrived, however, neither code was correct. Since we arrived after the office closed, our phone calls went to an answering service. that was anything but helpful. The only way we got the correct code was by finding another person who was staying there to give it to us. Waiting for nearly an hour for someone to give us the correct information certainly did not start out our stay well. Another issue was not getting helpful information about where your unit is. There are two buildings side by side at the Beach Club. Both have identical unit numbers and since you are not told this beforehand, nor provided the building number in which your unit is, you have a 50/50 chance of carting your luggage to the wrong unit. My best advice: Be sure to call the office 24 hours before your arrival to get the code, and ask what building number your unit is located in.

Nice getaway

I enjoyed it. It was a nice unit, peaceful and most of the days it felt like we had our private beach because the number of people on the beach. It just was missing a few things like a broom dustpan to clean up after ourselves and the fact I had to pay a big cleaning fee and still had to do things I felt should been done in the fee.

Nice Enough, But Not Our Favorite Experience to Date!

Reviewer Comments: The property is nice enough-it's on the 3rd floor without a beach view, but furnished comfortably. Upon arrival, 30 minutes early because we drove 5 hours, reception mentioned twice that we were early and couldn't check in yet. We walked around The Inn for a few minutes until it was ready.The vacuum cleaner wasn't working well, We discovered this while trying to clean up a large pile of spilled salt in the pantry. The refrigerator also had some cleaning up to do that apparently the cleaning crew had missed. The disposal also had old food in it.Instructions stated to start a wash of towels/linens, but no detergent was provided, even though the instructions said it would be. I called the desk and the receptionist acted like I was trying to get free detergent, but said I could come get one. I went, but the office closed at noon on Saturday (?!) and I was unable to get it. We also only received one roll of toilet paper, but luckily had brought our own.All in all, it's a nice place--just needs to be looked after a little better.
